I’ve stayed at this property during the pandemic and had a decent stay. This time around the hotel was beyond unacceptable. The first room we had was horrible with a hole in the wall. I had to ask for another one. The front desk lady was super nice and switched it. The second room was ok. The heating system was outdated and didn’t turn on. The outlets were all so old and loose that we couldnt plug in our phones unless in the bathroom. The entire floor where our room was located smelled like pure smoke although it was a “smokeless room” and the ice machine didn’t work. Overall will not be booking again as it gave off sleezy “motel” vibes.

The staff at the hotel is very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean despite a piece of hair left from someone else in my bathtub. My only issue was the cleaning of the elevators. They really need to be cleaned. There was food on the floor for two days in the elevator. Over the place is not that bad. It came with the refrigerator microwave. The beds are clean and comfortable. I was actually very impressed for this location. The price is very reasonable. You definitely get more than what you pay for. They were security cameras inside the building and there’s always somebody at the front desk.

This property was horrible upon arrival there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling which made me uncomfortable i had to call management next it was blood on the curtains also informed management about then went to plug in my phone charger Outlet open could see tge wires had to call the manager which too 10mins to fix while i was in the room.... Cleanliness was a big NO I actually cleaned the room myself because we had no other place everywhere seem to be booked @ 150.00 I didnt think i would be cleaning the shower just to take a shower...Paul is the worst the only thing he kept saying was ill make a note although stuff said hes already aware of these problems...smh

It was a good price but the property at the entrance had alot of garbage. Hallways were damaged elevator was falling apart and rug was old worn and stained. The room was clean and had a comfortable but the furniture was old and heating and AC was very old and outdated couldnt control the temp
