I really appreciateHollie's the new manager's efforts to communicate with me before I checked in as I was beginning to wonder about the place. She was very reassuring about the construction and safety.

Old motel but obviously kept up. Room was very clean. Had a great window AC. The gentleman at the desk was top notch! Only thing missing was a chair, but I can deal with that! Walkable to SPAC in 30 minutes should you want. Five minutes drive. Walkable to many restaurants, shops in the downtown! Free parking as well.

Very outdated property for the money they are charging… Construction items all over the place. No, I amenities, not even a hairdryer. Staff did the right thing in the end. But I don’t recommend this hotel.

This property is an old motel in a nice area. Parts of the property were under construction. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We wanted to stay in the City close to downtown and this was pretty much all that was available. Definitely overpriced because of the Travers Stakes at the racetrack. However, it served our purpose, was safe, clean and easy to check in and out. All check in is done by text message with lock codes etc., parking was free and easy. One strange thing was there were no garbage cans in the room but there was a large can at the top of the stairs outside. No elevator, that I saw, so customers have to carry suitcases up stairs.

We had never stayed at this property and decided to give it a try for a night after the races. We read that there were new owners and renovations had been made. The room pictures shown online looked nice and technically were accurate but you couldn't see that the furniture was not in new condition. (Some pieces are beat up.) The renovations that were done are not great and are basically patch jobs, covering things up here & there. No hair dryers are provided (you can ask for one). The room did look clean for the most part, which was important, but the shower stall looked like it had mildew in the corners. (We opted to wait until we got home to take showers.). We received a call from the office shortly after 3 pm, letting us know our rooms were ready. That was a nice touch. You have to check in by 8 pm but that was not a problem. We checked in then went downtown for dinner. The couple we were traveling with did have an issue when we returned because they discovered they did not have a top sheet on their bed. They were not able to contact anyone about it and when they went to the office in the morning, they were told since the booking was through Expedia there was nothing they could do. (They did not even get an apology.) We realize that $215 a night for a room during race season is a "good deal". We are happy as long as the accommodations are clean and the bed is comfortable. Sadly, the Community Court Motel did not rate highly on these two requirements.

We only stayed one night so it was great. But for longer stays I would not recommend it as it doesn’t have amenities as other hotels do. No pool. No coffee in the room. It’s very convenient to walk to Broadway for dining and shopping. For another one night I’d consider it. For longer I’d definitely look somewhere else.

Convenient location right on the park at the edge of downtown. It's an older motel building so everything is... older. But clean and in working condition. The shower floor had a lot of buildup- probably calcium from the spring water, but it would have been nice if there had been a rubber mat to use. They did not tell us the internet access code, which was frustrating after the office closed at 8 pm. The blanket was very light even though weather had turned cold, and there was no extra blanket. And no coffee maker in the room. Okay, but not great.

There was black mold on the shower curtain as well as in the shower, burn holes in the bed spreads, piles of dirt in the corners of the room, and a makeshift blind thumb tacked into the window frame. The blinds on the windows were broken and the walls had spots where it looked like they washed the walls and just let the water dry. The location was convenient but not worth the cost.

There was no working ice machine, no soap whatsoever in the rooms not even hand soap, bugs in the room, spiders, and wood bugs. The tv didn’t work. No mattress covers, stained sheets and uncomfortable old beds. I understand that this is not an expensive motel but a lot is being overlooked here.

This is an old-time motel in the middle of town, conveniently located. We did not have high expectations, but even our low ones were not met. The beds were like bricks, the ultimate in cheap mattresses. Three electrical outlets, almost completely filled by the one lamp provided, the TV and cable box, and the window A/C. A small town's worth of dead bugs on the baseboards behind the beds. Parking lot too small to accommodate the cars of all guests. But hey, what do you expect for $280 (plus tax) during the height of racing season? On the plus side, it was quiet even though the place was full, the location was good, the bathroom was old-timey in a positive way (except no electric outlets) and the manager was friendly and helpful.

Nice stay close to that track and around several restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean. Only improvement I can suggest is add a lamp with USB plugs for charging phones, there were only outlets behind the bed.

Room was very clean and had new mattresses and bedding. Very friendly staff. There is a wonderful park adjacent to the hotel with ponds and fountains, it was a lovely setting. Walk to restaurants and shops.

I needed a cheap, clean, not-stinky room for a single night and this was perfect. It is very old-school and shows its age: peeling paint, rickety staircase, super cheap furniture, bare wood floors, and you've got to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive (what's your rush?!?). BUT, and this is important, my room was clean, dry, odorless, and the bed was great. In fact, the morning that I was leaving , fresh beds were being unloaded from a van. Cheap, clean, no smell...but old and well-used. For me, it was perfect....and it's right next to the park. For the price it's a solid option.

It is very old-school and shows its age: peeling paint, rickety staircase, super cheap furniture, bare wood floors, and you've got to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive (what's your rush?!?). BUT, and this is important, my room was clean, dry, odorless, and the bed was great. In fact, the morning that I was leaving , fresh beds were being unloaded from a van. Cheap, clean, no smell...but old and well-used. For me, it was perfect....and it's right next to the park. For the price it's a solid option.

This place is a scam. After confirming on Friday Sept 5th, I arrived at 4:45 pm. No cars in the entire place, fencing around most of it. Note on the door stating to call this number- no one answered, no way to leave a message. Text was not returned. SOO- we had no place to stay! Disputing this with hotels.com. When they call the motel- the motel reports " an emergency " happened and will be closed until Sept 10th. Why wasn't this explained that night? I call BS- I think this place is closed and scammed us.

I didn’t even end up staying here because I couldn’t get into my room. The stay code I was given didn’t work. Would never ever stay anywhere near this part of Saratoga again. Half of the motel was under construction with doors wide open and lights on at 11 o’clock at night. I ended up driving 2 1/2 hours home after a concert because I couldn’t get into my room, couldn’t reach anyone for help and felt totally unsafe there.

We had never stayed at this property and decided to give it a try for a night after the races. We read that there were new owners and renovations had been made. The room pictures shown online looked nice and technically were accurate but you couldn't see that the furniture was not in new condition. (Some pieces are beat up.) The renovations that were done are not great and are basically patch jobs, covering things up here & there. No hair dryers are provided (you can ask for one). The room did look clean for the most part, which was important, but the shower stall looked like it had mildew in the corners. (We opted to wait until we got home to take showers.). We received a call from the office shortly after 3 pm, letting us know our rooms were ready. That was a nice touch. You have to check in by 8 pm but that was not a problem. We checked in then went downtown for dinner. The couple we were traveling with did have an issue when we returned because they discovered they did not have a top sheet on their bed. They were not able to contact anyone about it and when they went to the office in the morning, they were told since the booking was through Expedia there was nothing they could do. (They did not even get an apology.) We realize that $215 a night for a room during race season is a "good deal". We are happy as long as the accommodations are clean and the bed is comfortable. Sadly, the Community Court Motel did not rate highly on these two requirements.

Old motel but obviously kept up. Room was very clean. Had a great window AC. The gentleman at the desk was top notch! Only thing missing was a chair, but I can deal with that! Walkable to SPAC in 30 minutes should you want. Five minutes drive. Walkable to many restaurants, shops in the downtown! Free parking as well.

This property is an old motel in a nice area. Parts of the property were under construction. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We wanted to stay in the City close to downtown and this was pretty much all that was available. Definitely overpriced because of the Travers Stakes at the racetrack. However, it served our purpose, was safe, clean and easy to check in and out. All check in is done by text message with lock codes etc., parking was free and easy. One strange thing was there were no garbage cans in the room but there was a large can at the top of the stairs outside. No elevator, that I saw, so customers have to carry suitcases up stairs.

What a gem! Great location, great staff, and a great room. I have plans to return. If you want something fancy (room service, spa, bar/lounge), you need to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a reasonable rate and a clean, quiet environment with a super friendly staff and a chill vibe, then this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

Convenient location right on the park at the edge of downtown. It's an older motel building so everything is... older. But clean and in working condition. The shower floor had a lot of buildup- probably calcium from the spring water, but it would have been nice if there had been a rubber mat to use. They did not tell us the internet access code, which was frustrating after the office closed at 8 pm. The blanket was very light even though weather had turned cold, and there was no extra blanket. And no coffee maker in the room. Okay, but not great.

The room looked nothing like pictures!!!!!. It was original 1950s, even the bathrrom. The TV did not work, No coffee on property , window A/C smelled so bad, could not use. The bed mattress sloped toward middle. The whole room smelled musty. On a positive note, had hot water with decent pressure.

We only stayed one night so it was great. But for longer stays I would not recommend it as it doesn’t have amenities as other hotels do. No pool. No coffee in the room. It’s very convenient to walk to Broadway for dining and shopping. For another one night I’d consider it. For longer I’d definitely look somewhere else.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this place and was hesitant to book. But my husband, two kids and I were coming for a last minute overnight to see a concert at SPAC and needed a place to stay. Yes, it is under construction. But only one building was and the debris was all contained behind a fence. We were hoping, and pleasantly surprised to see, that we were assigned a room that had been recently renovated. The bathroom was brand new and the room was very clean and exactly what we needed. This place is a motel, not a hotel. Do not expect amenities or a staff on premises. We were totally fine without a person on staff. If I owned the place, I wouldn’t staff a front desk either. They sent me a door code and a phone number for emergencies which was perfectly acceptable for the size of the place. The price was beyond fair for a place to sleep. I was very happy with our decision to stay here rather than a large hotels with amenities (that we wouldn’t have had time to use) for a third of the cost. We wouldn’t definitely stay again.

This motel is being updated. It was nothing to look at on the outside but the room was updated and very clean. It served the purpose and I slept very well. For the price it was anice clean room to sleep in. If your looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep and not break the bank, I highly recommend this motel.

It was a little rundown on the outside, but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very simple hotel but it was only a mile and a half from spac and about a mile and a half from the racetrack perfect lay your head down for a night or two.

The rooms are so much nicer than in the past and the renovations are going well. The location cannot be beaten and it’s a very comfortable and easy stay. The rooms are very basic but clean and upgraded. I’ve always been a CC fan and will continue to come
