Had a late check in as normal for us, got assigned a room but couldnt sign anything as front desk lady couldnt get printer to work, went up to our room and it was never cleaned from previous guest, towels all over the floor, bed not made, key cars on the table and trash in cans. FD lady wanted to verify what we were saying so she went to see herself. Got reassigned a different room, she goes to verify it ready and actually wasnt. We get assigned a third room, different from what was reserved. It didn't seem like it was embarrassing to them for the conditions we encountered. As a retired store manager,I wouldnt have been able to apologize enough

Literally the only slight disappointment was the tv in our room didn’t work but we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t a big deal and the staff did attempt to fix it!

We had a clean , good sized room. It had a couch and lots of room to spread out. The free breakfast was tasty and the wafflemaker turned out delish waffles. And we got a great deal from Hotels. com. We will stay here again.
