Best Western Plus Tulsa Woodland Hills Hotel and Suites

Hotellet var sentralt plassert med gode parkeringsmuligheter, men både rommene og fellesarealene var slitne. Frokosten var svært enkel, og personalet ryddet ut av spisesalen og stengte den på minuttet. Vi måtte fornye nøkkelkortene flere ganger pr da pga gammelt system.

The staff was very friendly. We were not able to use the pool or hot tub because it closes at 8 pm. We were looking forward to utilize the hot tub but were unable because it closes so early. We also needed a roll away bed and the staff said they did not have any available. Most of the light bulbs were out in the room and bathroom. Otherwise the staff was friendly and it was a very quiet room and location.

Clean room, Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was okay- need 2 waffle makers.

Very rude front desk worker upon check in. Should have walked away. The only reason we stayed was because the manager was really nice and fixed the issue. We got into our room and it smelled so bad of smoke. No smoking hotel. We left and got back a little before midnight. The room next door had a birthday party I guess. They screamed, yelled,jumped,banged, opened doors and ran through the hallway til way past 4am. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Found out we weren't the only ones who did. Next morning took kids to breakfast no breakfast left at 8:03. Kids decided to swim and throw pool was overcrowded by that party. My kids got out due to them not being able to swim. Back in the room house keeper walked in our room while we were changing, never announced or knocked on the door. When confronted she laughed and walked away. We decided to check out and tell the manager what had happened. She apologized but nothing she would do. Says he had multiple complaints on that group. Said she might kick them out due to all the noises. Bad place. Also the halls reeked of pot and the rooms smelled. Don't waist your money nor time.

Hyggelig folk. Mye for pengene. Mb! Rydder maten 2 min før tiden, så kom tidligere til mat. 😅. Eller a veldig sentralt og praktisk
