I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not working so we had to Uber downtown. Service in the bar was also lackluster. Took awhile to get a drink ordered. Hotel itself was BEAUTIFUL!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The free and easy parking made arrival stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Inside, the hotel was super cute with a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful property that is extremely clean and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The only thing I would change is the bed pillows. They were feather/down and flat and terribly unsupportive. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

Front desk workers are also the valets and the bellboys. No automatic door make it hard to enter with luggage. No vending on site, ice is inconvenient. It wasn't clear upon arrival that valet was available. The room was roomy and clean and quiet. I don't think it should rise to autograph hotel level

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and they accommodated us a little early. Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!!

One of the cutest most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. Service was great, the room was beautifully decorated. My only complaint would be that my room 907 was hot even when the thermostat was set at 70.

We had reservations for dinner and were a large party of 10, but they were not prepared and everything took 30 min or more to get. Breakfast this morning took an hour! Some people opted out because there wasn’t time. We had no coffee cups or body lotion in our room.

Very cozy, easy to find/get to, and lots of meal options. Only recommendation is there's got to be a better way than "Beyond TV" service. FYI, can't watch your streaming apps unless you want to cast & stream from your phone, that's if you're one of the few w streaming apps on your phone. I do have apps on my laptop but I don't always bring it with me. Nonetheless, minor detail. Overall, the staff was great and we'd stay again if we're in Tulsa for any time soon.

This is absolutely where one wants to stay in Tulsa; absolutely delightful as long as price is not a big concern. Treat yourself or go to the standard venues and be underwelmed. Great place. Great service. Perfect location.

Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!!

I loved the service, the well appointed and spacious rooms, and the shuttle to and from the concert. Also, Marlon in the bar was an outstanding bartender! I definitely recommend this hotel!

I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not working so we had to Uber downtown. Service in the bar was also lackluster. Took awhile to get a drink ordered. Hotel itself was BEAUTIFUL!

We had reservations for dinner and were a large party of 10, but they were not prepared and everything took 30 min or more to get. Breakfast this morning took an hour! Some people opted out because there wasn’t time. We had no coffee cups or body lotion in our room.

For the price of the room I would have expected more things to be included, like the mini bar and room service. All of that is extra, and it’s not 24 hour room service, that’s a lie.

This was a fairly expensive hotel. I didn’t do the research but it an ancient hotel or a least a building converted into a hotel, I ran several nightly rentals , we always left our guest snacks for free ( over 500 5 star reviews) , this hotel left a common snickers bar in the room but want us to pay $7 to eat it . The room cost between $300 and $400 really The restaurant was very small and very expensive, we had 1 bowl of soup and 2 salads 1 desert , pure $70 ,I’ve never liked Marriott, and try to avoid their hotels . To be certain this is a Marriott

With the temperature at 105F outside--the temperature in our room was a constant 65F. That is--the hotel and the room was excellent. I also found the hotel as a whole to be darn good. The building is attractive and perfectly maintained. The parking is easy and close (like parking at home). The room was--darn nice (first class). The bar in the basement was good (attractive bartender and sports on the TV). There is also a great walking trail along the river which is a short walk (to the south) from the hotel. Downtown Tulsa (proper) is just to the north and I found it to be clean, safe and devoid of vagrants. I will return.
