I would love for the pool to not have been down and sheets clean properly and stair hallway not to smell like urine or rat or bug spray and I would like things to not be inconveniently out of order elevators and ice machine etc . And maybe towels to be automatically restocked if a guest is staying more than one night and maybe have bacon and sausage available and to go trays made available if an guest is not able to stay and eat in lobby or no room

Large gap at door with light coming in. Room keys lost coding everyday, they could be near technology, pool was not open, pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Location didn’t feel real safe. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were not clean they stink like old smoke house the carpet felt damp when you walked on it the room was damp all the time especially if you’re turning the air down there was serval cars broken into one on daytime sonn m e people windows were busted out just horrible this is not a place I would ever stay again.the ladies at the front desk Lesa there were very friendly and helpful with places too go.the Ladie on nights complained how she dose not feel safe sometimes just the pool area was terrible bad experience overall.

Friendly staff but the property is a DUMP! Poorly maintained grounds and building. People smoking marijuana at the pool too! Won’t stay here or any other Wyndham property in the future.

Noticed multiple windows broken out of cars. Not sure when or how but "not responsible for theft or damages" signs everywhere. The ADA accessable door on lower level did not work from outside. We were almost forced to go to the main door after hours, a nice couple inside let us in. Glad we weren't jewel thiefs. Pool was not kept up and out of service. Free ear plugs on the pillows instead of mints. Seriously, free ear plugs were in the room due to noisy interstate right outside. Trees at the exit of the hotel created extremely hazardous issues with seeing oncoming traffic, 75 to 80 percent obstruction of your view.

This hotel was not as marketed. Parking was easy, but very concerning when numerous cars in the parking lot had broken windows with bags over them and there was glass all over the ground. My car was not damaged while parking there on a week night, but I was certainly concerned. The hotel is quickly falling into disrepair. The door to my room was damaged and you could see through a rather wide crack into the hallway. The pool was closed, even when the front desk clerk specifically told me it was open. I would not choose to stay here again with numerous hotels available on the same street.

I loved the breakfast and how quiet everything was overnight. The room was clean, but smelled musty. Great value for the price! However, in the fitness room, the bike was missing a pedal and the weight machine was missing a bolt, so the only things available to use were an elliptical and a treadmill.

Overall adequate, but a few things were off: the main elevator was out for the entirety of our stay, the pillows were lumpy, and when we tried to get housekeeping services by making sure the “do not disturb “ sign was off the door, no one came. There was no other sign to put out to request it. The only way is to call the front desk which seems like that shouldn’t be needed. Lastly, there was a shortage of washcloths. We could only get one the entire time. I will say the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly.

My room had roaches. Also, oir rooms had no small wash towels only 1 per room with multiple guest in it. I asked for mpre and I was told by the clerk that they didn't have enough for the hotel. Mattress spring kept digging in my back. The kids room had mold growing in the corners in the bathroom. Never staying at a hotel again with this type of ownership. It is common with property upkeep with these types of owners.

We had stayed at this LQ a few years ago and were very surprised how old and run down the room was. I would not recommend if you are a stickler for clean room. It isn't the staff's fault, the carpet and room fixtures are so old and probably can't be cleaned anymore.

I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. We had gotten a non smoking room with a king bed for me my husband and 3yr old and the moment we entered the room there was a heavy cigarette smell so we let them know before settling in, they gave us another room but I’m pretty sure that one was smaller than our original room. We found a live roach and a few other bugs throughout our stay.

Overall, this hotel was pretty decent. There were a few areas that needed cosmetic maintenance and you had to remove the lid to the tank of the toilet to flush it. The bed was comfortable but my room faced Central Expy and the traffic noise was so loud i had to check to make sure the windows were actually closed! I was in room 709, so next time i would ask for an even numbered room that are across the hall.

The building needs refreshed. It seemed older and not cleaned from the hallways. Not much parking. Hard for handicapped accessibility (1 broken elevator), the other elevator was extremely slow. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. It was very basic and simple in the rooms.

You couldn’t program thermostat in room to go below 65 degrees, and it was burning up in there at night. We had it set as low as possible and there’s no way it was actually 65 degrees in there. Couldn’t even sleep with the comforter on the bed it was so hot. Also, the noise from the traffic/highway was insane. It sounded like the bed was right out on the highway. Will never stay there again. We also found 2 bugs in the bathroom crawling around.

The staff was very rude. It was a young lady and what seemed to be the manager and older guy, Unfortunately it looked that both lacked people’s skills and have no customer service etiquette. The water pressure in the shower was super low, the water temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The hairdryer was broken. I reported that and nothing was done. The elevator wasn’t working when checking out had to use stairs when taking luggage downstairs. The hotel looks deteriorated it definitely needs some remodeling. I had previously stayed in this hotel multiple times but I will think twice before booking again here.

My stay was good, the only comment I have is that the sign to enter the parking lot is very small and does not give you a lot of time to react. Staff was very friendly and the location was close to a shopping and dining complex.

The young man that checked us in was awesome! My husband had just had eye surgery and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He even gave us a discount and put us in a room close to the lobby. Excellent customer service! My name is Sharon, Jack's wife.

Lisa and Mia are awesome managers and were so accommodating. We appreciated them so much and the staff was super helpful every time we needed something they would always deliver with such positive attitudes! The management sets the tone and I will recommend this hotel to my out of town friends and family!

Romeo at the front desk was so polite, helpful and courteous. I haven’t seen this type of customer service in years. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean.

This hotel is right by Expressway 75 and the windows have little soundproofing, so it could be rather noisy due to ongoing traffic, especially if your room is on the highway side. Otherwise, it is conveniently located in terms of going downtown or to other top attractions around the city. Our room looked clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was sufficient, so overall a good stay for a one-night business trip.

Excellent value, right on freeway but quiet with windows closed, excellent service, swimming pleasant with kids in pretty courtyard, nice fridge and microwave, walkable (1/2 block) to outdoor mall with good restaurants, coffee shop.

Property is great for the price and convenient to everything in the area. The only bummer was that one night about eight cars in the parking lots were broken into, and I asked where the security guard was, and was told they don't have one on the premises. That didn't seem okay to me.

Staff was helpful. Room a good size. Love being able to connect Netflix to their TV. Gym/Fitness Center was lacking free weights and was very sparse in offerings. I also had difficulty getting a pleasant temperature water in the shower, either scalding hot or cold.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful! However, the elevator was dirty and smelt like weed, our room was very clean and spacious but it smelt like weed constantly, this is supposed to be a smoke free facility so it was very unpleasant to have that smell first thing in the morning - also, the breakfast was TERRIBLE, we couldn't eat it.

I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to Dallas just to get away. The room itself was spacious, but it definitely felt outdated in some areas and could use a bit of refreshing. I took a loss and didn’t check in. When you walk in the building is filthy, from the floors to the glass doors. I managed to use the guest bathroom before leaving, it had urine and tissue everywhere. The type of guest were questionable as well, it seems as they were selling drugs in the parking lot. Needless to say I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. Disgusting
