Extended Stay America Suites - Pittsburgh - Airport

Some staff members were very rude to us when asking for small requests, the hotel did not have extra towels and blankets and it was not made clear to us where to bring used towels and sheets. Dispite being a hotel with several rooms with kitchens, they were only able to provide us with a single pot and pan and a spatula. So unless you bring or buy your own supplies it will be hard to really use the kitchen. However the price per night is reasonable for the accommodations

Room was spacious however no dishes, silverware or glasses in the room even though it was a kitchenette with a stove, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Had to go to the front desk to ask for a coffee pot. This hotel is in desperate need of a morden update.

Refrigerator was dirty cooktop was dirty there was more food on the cooktop and in the oven then in the dumpster people were rude maintenance guy had an attitude and tried to slam the door on my dogs face and then slam the door on my husband. Dirty used pads in the parking lot dirty used tampons in the parking lot trash all over the Halls trash all over the parking lots. Door was broken key card wouldn't open it we were told to put a rock in the door when we were taking the dogs out to get back in elevator was broken microwave was a counter microwave that they screwed or bolted to the cabinet. Should have only been charged 40 or $50 a night for the type of hotel that was in the condition that it was in surprise it's still operating

I chose this hotel over their competitors because they advertised a gym / fitness area They do not have a gym or fitness area. It’s false advertising Wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else

The place is very dated and needs an update. Could be cleaned better. My room was clean and good but the hallways were dingy and had a funny smell going on. However it is a good location if you want to be near the airport! The morning staff was super friendly! They even let us check in very early when got off our plane. They said if your room isn’t available yet they will let people drop off luggage. Overall a decent budget hotel. Nothing fancy. No pool. No breakfast.

This property was clean and well kept on the inside. Staff were extremely pleasant! There was a snowstorm during my stay and the property did not plow the snow until the next midday. Kids were running up and down the hallways all hours of the day. Worst of it all, adults were arguing and fighting in the lobby and the police were called twice during my stay. This alone made me feel very unsafe, therefore I will never stay here again!

The hotel was fire alarmed and flooded. We had to leave to rebook other hotel. No notice from the hotel or Expedia so far. And the protection bought never can approached.

I did enjoy staying here although i think they need to do a little updating on the rooms. The room we were in had a kitchen which the we did not use but we checked it out and one of the drawers were messed up and the refrigerator door was messed up as well and the tub from the foset was leaking. But other than that it wasnt a bad stay over all.

I stayed overnight for one night to catch an early flight - the air conditioner did not work. They checked and said she had to put in service for it but no offer wa made for any change of room or anything. I couldn’t sleep most of the night because I was hot.

old hotel, needs updates. the bed was sure hard and not enough pillows for two people, when the pillows aren’t fluffy. no glasses or cups in room and no coffee maker/ who does t have a coffee maker. glad i only was staying one night not comfortable for more. but it is convenient to get to airport.

There were bed bugs and smelled of smoke. We had to leave. The front desk person was nice. But that doesn’t help the terrible conditions. No screen on the window, mold under sink and poop on the bathroom wall and the furniture was falling apart. The bed bugs did it we had to get out of there and fast!

The hallways of hotel were filthy. Room was clean. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Girl at the front desk was very nice.

Only slept a few hrs each night, half the time no one at front desk, breakfast is prepackaged cereal bars and muffins, place is super dated and beat up which reminded me of a truck stop motel, the room smelled like must and cigarettes, you will hear every step above you when someone walks so noisy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were clean but the room and hallway had a foul odor. Definitely needs updated and a very deep clean. You get what you pay for. All in all not the worst.

The front desk employees were helpful and friendly. However, the property itself is run-down, in need of updates, and dirty. Our kitchen was missing a cabinet or dishwasher, and the space where it was was unfinished and dusty. Some of the electrical outlets were covered in a thick layer of dust. The bedside table's drawers had stains inside which kind of looked like blood. The hallways had were smelly and loud. The free breakfast was plain instant oatmeal and packaged muffins together with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The price was good, but I wouldn't stay here again

The worst, this hotel should be shut down honestly. I wouldn’t stay there and didn’t stay with how nasty it was. The hall way smelled like cat urine so strong it almost made my 4 year old puke. The hallway on our floor was so dark and musty looking. Our walls in our room were filthy. I wouldn’t stay if it was given to me for free. If you have any self respect for yourself do not stay here I regret booking this hotel. It needs to be shut down

This hotel was filthy. Our room was visibly and disgustingly dirty and smelled bad, which we believe was due to the piles of trash that had not been taken out in the nearby stairwell. When we told the front desk, we were only offered Fabreze. We did not feel comfortable staying there and drove 4 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night after the Taylor Swift concert rather than sleep in that filthy room. Now we are trying to get a refund.

Very poor maintenance of the hotel rooms and environment. We stayed in Room#115. AC was leaking water overnight and given its plywood floor, it felt wet all over the room due to the moisture. Sheets looked extremely used and worn out. Bathroom door wouldn't close as it was broken. Shower drain was very stained and looked worn out. It wouldn't give courage to get into the shower. In the hotel corridor, carpet is extremely dusty and full of spots. Ceilings looks spotted as if there was water leaks all over.

We also asked for more towels in our room and were told they would drop some off for us while we were out. They didn’t, so we asked about it and we’re told we were given incorrect info and we had to bring them down ourselves. Which is fine if that is the rule, but they should have told us when we asked. The front door was wide open at all hours. There was a key scanner at the door that could be used to get into the building when there was no one at the front desk or at night, but the door was propped open the entire time we were there, even at 2am and 4am. With no one at the desk anyone could walk in. The stairwells were full of garbage. It looked like people would take the garbage out of their rooms and pile it up in the stairwell and it was rarely cleaned up. It smelled terrible an

rooms were clean and comfortable, a little shabby looking. missing drawers etc. had to change rooms due to noisy family next door, staff was very accomidating in this regard

This was my first stay at an Extended Stay. I had no idea how bad the quality of the property would be. Holes in the wall and ceiling. I had to take the lid off the toilet tank and fix the toilet 3 times in a 1 night stay. Very loud. People and children running through the halls all night. Breakfast was a joke.

We stayed here because it is pet friendly and very inexpensive. Staff is marvelous and responded to all our requests. Check in had a problem with the room keya which was resolved immediately. This is a bargain rate hotel so expect that. Bring your own shampoo and even hand soap. Maybe even your own pillows. Good kitchen setup though dated, if you want to cook your own food.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!! The guest service staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hallways had a funky scent, and the property could use an update, but other than that, it was a good stay.

Despite the hotel’s need for refurbishment, the room was generously sized and spacious. The beds were impeccable, providing exceptional comfort, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. Undoubtedly, the value you pay for a night’s stay is well worth it.

The room with a queen bed and pull out bed. My son a I were the only two guests. The metal brackets on the sofa bed were completely broken off. There was no padding or sheets available for the bed as well. Unfortunately the hotel was full. The front desk said it could be fixed the next day. Seeing we were there only one night, that would not work. We canceled our reservation and left.

This Hotel was pretty good, housekeeping came in every day and took trash and cleaned the bathroom which was awesome. Staff were helpful and friendly, so over all we had a good stay

The stay was great. Clean and the ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Poor service. No one at the desk to check in or out… had to call from courtesy phone to get ahold of anyone at check out. Asked for extra pillow/ bedding for couch, and they Had no extra pillow and provided two of the thin bed spread covers- no sheets.

For the price I had no complaints. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is convenient and has many shopping and eating options nearby.

Arrived at 4:55pm, had to wait 10 minutes for front desk receptionist. At check in our room not ready (check in listed for 3pm). Room ready at 5:25. Room was not what we booked. To be fair we received a decent discount which was kind. however the wait for the wrong room that SHOULD have been ready was very infuriating. As was the massive amount of weed smell upon entering the lobby. Just a bad experience and left bad taste in my mouth. They hurried to clean and get a room ready. Just wasn’t good, especially as room was booked weeks ago. Wont ever stay there again.

Is good for what you pay… decently clean on the room but, hallways kind of dirty… there’s no hot breakfast but they put coffee with cupcakes and bars… the front desk lady at night was very helpful and kind

Location and propety were good. But staff was terrible. There was no chairs at all. Dining cahir, desk chair. We asked to bring chairs to our room at the front desk 3 times but they just said 'OK. I will boring them soon.' 'OK. we will bring them later' But it never come until we checked out. I don't know when is their soon and later. So, we've spent 6 days without chairs. My back hurts because I ate by sitting on the bed. We will never stay this hotel again.

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. You will have a small kitchen in your room which I find convenient if you stay long. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, Walmart included. Breakfast is basically just coffee and a muffin, so don't put much hopes on that, but coffee was OK.

It's by all kinds of shops and restaurants. It's not bad. The room I had, had a little kitchen which was convenient. And if they don't have utensils or dishes for you to use, Walmart is right down the road.

Decent place would stay again if We went for the weekend. Convenient to get to our concert in Pavilion at Star Lake (about 25 min). Room slept 6 and had a little kitchen. Dining options close by were decent too. Not a 5 star place, but not too shabby

It\'s a 2 star hotel trying its best. Sure, there are outdated cabinets, but it was clean. The halls and rooms smell musty, but they tried their best to mask it. My door latch was missing from my door, and we didn\'t have any bedding for our pull out bed, but it was fine. The "free breakfast" was an off brand muffin, which was a little disappointing. It was an affordable option for my family, and it met out expectations.
