In room coffee pot not working but coffee was available in the dining room in the morning

Bre , and Princess went above and beyond customer service and accommodation!! It was my wife’s birthday surprise weekend.. Bre decorated the entire room and the door. My wife was so happy thank you so much for taking the time to do this for my wife.. princess was excellent in customer service and handling an issue quick and in an efficient manner. I was very happy with my stay here and will recommend it to anyone I know and will be returning anytime we come up to ATV ride.. very enjoyable weekend and I think everyone involved with their amazing customer service and dedication to their job ! very well done !! When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The room was exceptionally clean and comfy. I give this hotel high marks

Breakfast was fine. Parking was safe and secure

No one at desk for 5 minutes and when she came she was yawning. No outlets to charge cell phones. No tv guide to know stations. Poor quality shampoo and conditioner.
