Luxury Countryside 2 Bedroom Apartment with Pool.

Lovely property but wasn't for usUpon arrival of this property we read the welcoming booklet and were confronted with a book of Rules. This was quite an abrupt and strict. It was also unwelcome to see that there was a a charging fee for laundry which is not disclosed upon booking and states a washer and dryer provided. We were lucky to have other family on the island which is where we did the majority. Although my husband was advised that the host had a regular cleaner it was a shock to us to return one day with the cleaner having been in the apartment without our knowledge. This was most likely a lovely gesture however we found it incredibly invasive into our private space.Very involved (lovely people but as we are quite reserved felt a little invasive and made for an uncomfortable environment.)Felt like you were being monitored on times returned home in the evenings. Dealing with their dogs who although lovely was a hassle throughout our holiday we could have done without. Felt very nervous should a dog escapeThey were very accommodating in regard to my disability and needing a wheelchair and walker, this was a relieve as it can be difficult to find somewhere accessible to stay. There was a step but we are used to this and the property is large with lots of open space. Lovely pool and a pretty view.

It was clean & having the pool was a bonus. Was awakened every day by heavy feet above us. It would have been nice to have a microwave. There was no AC & the fans in the living area only had 1 speed so when you’re cooking it always felt warmer. Felt it was inconvenient coming & going because you had to chain the dogs. They have a good supply of towels & bedsheets but the washer/dryer is only accessible thru them.

Glenn and Pat were just great . The property was located in a quiet and peaceful part of Barbados , the pool was perfect and a very good size and we used it every day . Glenn and Pat will also tell you where all the best places are to go to . Lovely stay .

Glenn and Pat were great. The place was huge and the pool was very nice. Hopefully will be coming back again.
