Abby the manager on duty was awesome . The people who worked at the front desk were terrible. The first two rooms they gave me were not clean and had other guests. The bed was terrible and I’m at my chiropractor today . Abby did everything should could to accommodate me but her front desk people were not really nice and after it happened the second time made me wait 30 minutes. They didn’t have enough staff but I didn’t think I should have to wait on the line. Also again the hotel needs better beds. I’m in a lot of pain today bc it was so awful

The only shortcoming was the lack of nail clippers in the unexpected needs supplies. The one time I traveled without some in my car or purse, and none available for sale! In other words, my stay was a good experience all things considered. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and efficient in service. The food and drinks were excellent. I left with good memories of that and the lovely view.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice, but ... leaving this hotel, you take your life in your hands. There is absolutely no entrance onto three lanes of traffic. Once on, you a very short distance to merge. Because of this, we would not stay here again.

Hotel was dated. One elevator and the ice cream machine in the lobby was out of order. There wasn’t anything in the room to tell you where anything in the hotel was located, ie pool, ice machines. The view, however, was great overlooking the marina and river. Definitely get the scenic view! The staff was great and they were able to give us a late checkout. Husband enjoyed the breakfast in their restaurant.
