The house was perfect. Totally updated. Plenty of space for our 2 familys. 4 adults 6 kids. Great space outside and inside for the kids to play. Firepit was all set for us to use, plenty of wood available. Less then 10 minutes to downtown Houghton.

Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The road was busier than we thought it would be. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Wish there was a TV for at night when we were there. Easy access to town. Had an issue with having allot of flies, but that could have been the time of year. House was very nice and well stocked.

2nd time staying at this house and once again it was perfect! It’s a great location for a snowmobile trip right on the trail huge driveway for trucks and trailers. The owner is great to work with!! Would definitely stay again!

This house was the perfect spot to stay - right by the trails and centralized location for what we wanted to do and explore. The house was clean, bigger than expected, and had everything we needed. It is such a cute house on top of it! Great parking and yard for the kids to play. The owner is also great and very responsive.

This house has everything you need! We rented so we could snowmobile and so nice to have the trail just outside the door. The host was great and kept the parking lot plowed. Awesome parking for trucks and trailer. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. The fireplace was lovely while relaxing in the living room. The kids loved the game room and had a lot of fun hanging out there. We would highly recommend. There is a snow mobile trail adjacent to the property so there was some noise from that otherwise it was very peaceful.

Perfect house for our group of 9, the trail is literally across the street, perfect huge parking lot for trailers! Short drive to Houghton for restaurants or convenience stores if needed. Owners are great to work with.

This was a wonderful home. The turn around driveway was perfect as we had a motor home and trailer. Still kind of wished there was at least one tv. Cool and rainy in it motorcycle trip so a lot of games were played

We booked this home while we were in Houghton for a sorority reunion. The property was exactly as beautiful as listed, and very comfortably housed 2 couples, my grandma, a 12 year old, and a 20 month old. Everything was clean, spacious, and felt so luxurious for our trip! Our host was also so kind and prompt in answering every question I had! We will definitely book again in the future!

I was here with my son on a business trip. We stay at a lot of verb homes. This was one of the best homes we ever stayed in. The interior designer did a excellent job. The homes provided everything we needed, and some extras. The home was very clean, inside and out. This home delivered on every level. Can't wait to come back!

The house was perfect for all of us. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the rest of the house. We all enjoyed using the pool table also. It wasn't as secluded as I first thought. The road it is on is pretty busy when mornings come, so we had to shut the windows to keep the sound of traffic out. We're not used to traffic at all. Even with that, it was a lovely house and we hope to stay in it again. The owners were very kind when I asked a couple obvious questions also. I felt a bit silly, but I appreciated their response.

We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We spent most days out exploring, but sleeping was so great in the comfy king beds and dark and quiet rooms. The location is perfect for people who want access to the trails or have lots of equipment. We didn’t have any concerns related to the trail nearby or the main road. Loved having multiple bathrooms and a washer and dryer available. Living room was great for morning and evening visiting. Great place!!

We stayed here, noticed there were no TVs which were kind of an inconvenience... don't plan on anything being there as far as condiments or laundry stuff. the furniture was really cheap. Owner claimed we broke his refrigerator and made a claim against my insurance. I would like to recoment but after the claim I can't.

The house was perfect for all of us. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the rest of the house. We all enjoyed using the pool table also. It wasn't as secluded as I first thought. The road it is on is pretty busy when mornings come, so we had to shut the windows to keep the sound of traffic out. We're not used to traffic at all. Even with that, it was a lovely house and we hope to stay in it again. The owners were very kind when I asked a couple obvious questions also. I felt a bit silly, but I appreciated their response.

2nd time staying at this house and once again it was perfect! It’s a great location for a snowmobile trip right on the trail huge driveway for trucks and trailers. The owner is great to work with!! Would definitely stay again!

Great rental property, close to campus, shopping, and snowmobile trails. Plenty of room for 10 guests to sleep and with 2.5 baths we never had to wait for a bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big....the large table was also handy. Everyone loved the property and is already talking about coming back!

This house was the perfect spot to stay - right by the trails and centralized location for what we wanted to do and explore. The house was clean, bigger than expected, and had everything we needed. It is such a cute house on top of it! Great parking and yard for the kids to play. The owner is also great and very responsive.

This house has everything you need! We rented so we could snowmobile and so nice to have the trail just outside the door. The host was great and kept the parking lot plowed. Awesome parking for trucks and trailer. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. The fireplace was lovely while relaxing in the living room. The kids loved the game room and had a lot of fun hanging out there. We would highly recommend. There is a snow mobile trail adjacent to the property so there was some noise from that otherwise it was very peaceful.

The house was clean, easy parking. Less than 15 minutes to Houghton center and MTU. This is perfect for larger families who are visiting the area and want to spread out a bit. The host was friendly and helpful.

We spend time in the UP every single year for snowmobiling and this house was by far our favorite. Right on the trail super easy access. We will definitely stay here again. The pool table, pac man game and foosball were a hit with our kids. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the pillows. Highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. Only complaint is host is not quick to respond.

This place was awesome. It was right on the snowmobile trail which made it a perfect place to stay. The beds were great which is a def plus. Everything was clean and ready for us. What a great time.
