Nice inexpensive place to stay for one night. The parking lot has sufficient light but tight when full. The complementary breakfast was a little disappointing with no protein or fruit options, all selections are bread iteams. If they are willing to fix thier breakfast selection to include some fruit and protein I'm more than willing to stay again.

Front desk would not provide extra towels (we were short 1 towel), and would only provide additional towels after same number of used towels were returned to front desk. Breakfast bar is minimal. A little tricky getting out of the parking lot, being situated right at a traffic light. Might consider staying here again if we're on a tight budget.

The value for the price was good but we didn't find out until check-in that there was no breakfast available because of construction going on. Understandable, but we should have been told that in advance. Parking lot had a pile of leftover construction materials that needed to be hauled off. Location was very convenient. Beds were super comfortable. Front desk clerk was pretty helpful.

I took my family to this property that was absolutely amazing The front desk lady was always pleasant and very informational anytime I needed anything like towels or toilet paper never was there a hesitation The pool was heated and very clean The fireplace that was near the pool was absolutely pleasant to sit near during the evening hours I will consider staying there again

Our room was filthy. Sheets were dirty, carpet was disgusting and stained our socks or our feet unless we kept our shoes on. Shower had been painted and was peeling off. Bugs were in the light fixtures in the bathroom.

We rented a room through Expedia and went to get into bed and it was INFESTED with bed bugs! Went to office and offered another room…even though I had made up my mind we would not be staying, I told her I would look at it first. She said they haven’t had any problems with them. Sure enough the next room had them too. We warned a family down from us, they then checked and had them too!!! Very disgusting and dirty!! They have not refunded me yet!!!

Nasty room. Smelled like mold and mildew. Carpet filthy. Walked around in my socks for about 5 minutes, they turned black. Bathroom filthy and outdated. Scum in tub. Could not bathe grandson in it. Worst room I have ever stayed in. Did not live up to Wyndham standards.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint I would have is the showers needed to be cleaned and removed of hair at the top. Our sheet looked like it had makeup on it and 1 towel looked used when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a huge smell of "funny cigarette" close by. Few people were intoxicated outside the hotel early in the morning that were staying there, BUT front office helped with this.

I liked the location. You could walk to a restaurant or some of the attractions. They brought fresh towels. I didn't have to ask for them. I thought the room was dirty. The back of the toilet was never cleaned. Though they cleaned the shower, other people's hair was on the shower walls.

There was A LOT of noise on the strip from cars racing, but with the air conditioner on, it was much quieter and the hotel had no control over the obnoxious drivers revving their engines. Breakfast was small (cereal, waffles, etc) but my family ate without complaints. We would stay again.

The entrance/exit is a little difficult, since it's next to an intersection with a traffic light, so you need to go N and u-turn if you want to go South. Reasonably priced rooms. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and the staff resolved the problems quickly and to satisfaction. Decent breakfast. Good interactions with staff.

The front desk employees were rude at time of check in and checking out. Requested 1st floor, they stated that we did not request 1st floor. Our deposit took 5 days to be returned to us. Property was very noisy, and very rundown.

We were going hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park the following weekend and needed a place to stay for a night before heading there. The Days Inn was affordable and near enough to amenities we needed. The staff was all friendly and even gave us suggestions on places to eat in town (we had The Local Goat; good suggestion!). The only downside is getting out of the parking lot!

We were going hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park the following weekend and needed a place to stay for a night before heading there. The Days Inn was affordable and near enough to amenities we needed. The staff was all friendly and even gave us suggestions on places to eat in town (we had The Local Goat; good suggestion!). The only downside is getting out of the parking lot!

Staff did not inform about deposit beforehand. Was told was too loud at breakfast after meeting new friends in the area. It was 10 AM and we were told we were to quiet down. Very disrespectful staff and no deposit was mentioned until we were checking in at 8 PM after a long day. It was an okay place for the price but the staff could be a little more friendly. Breakfast was okay. Waffles and cereal mostly. Oh plus side it was a smoking hotel for those of us who still smoke.

I tried to cancel my reservation after only having booked one night previously that day and they would not grant my request. I chose not to stay here due to the awful staff at the front desk and the uncleanliness throughout, even tho I still had to pay. This is one of the worst hotels in this area snd I would avoid at ALL costs!!

If you forget to pick up the deposit at the end of your stay, they will hold it for 30 days. Then you lose your $60. When checking out, you have to wait until they have staff to check your room. Enjoyable stay. No parking of car trailers on the premises even though there was plenty of spaces available. Other than that it was a great place to spend the week! Breakfast was good! Cereal, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, and very good sweet tea. Very convenient location!

Acceptable accommodations, about average for the price point. Front desk would not provide extra towels (we were short 1 towel), and would only provide additional towels after same number of used towels were returned to front desk. Breakfast bar is minimal. A little tricky getting out of the parking lot, being situated right at a traffic light. Might consider staying here again if we're on a tight budget.

We were going hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park the following weekend and needed a place to stay for a night before heading there. The Days Inn was affordable and near enough to amenities we needed. The staff was all friendly and even gave us suggestions on places to eat in town (we had The Local Goat; good suggestion!). The only downside is getting out of the parking lot!

Everything was as expected. Very average. Oh. The coffee was good. Breakfast very limited. Room was ok. Not as clean as I’d like but not horrible. There was a power outage. Only part of the lights worked.

Nice inexpensive place to stay for one night. The parking lot has sufficient light but tight when full. The complementary breakfast was a little disappointing with no protein or fruit options, all selections are bread iteams. If they are willing to fix thier breakfast selection to include some fruit and protein I'm more than willing to stay again.

Hotel I clean and smells clean. Staff is very friendly. Only fault is breakfast as there is not much seating and not much choice. Make your own waffles or cereal or oats. No protein options. Still a good hotel.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the breakfast, when we checked in, the whole lobby was under construction and there was no offering of breakfast. The tub in the bathroom and the sink were peeling. Overall this was not our best stay in pigeon forge.

Check-in was fine, and check-out was fine. This is the only interaction we had with the staff. There was no real breakfast, as advertised. There was a jug of milk, without a lid, some muffins, and some breakfast cereal in the lobby - no tables. This is false advertising. We chose this hotel primarily for the included breakfast. This added a substantial amount of money to our day as we had to buy breakfast elsewhere. Unacceptable. The shower/tub was dirty - collections of hair between the curtain and the tub wall. The tub had been painted white - PAINTED! How do I know? Because a significant portion had flaked off and was the standard tan/yellow color. The sink is outside of the bathroom. Our room was advertised to sleep five people. The room came with two queen beds. AWKWARD! This was one of the last rooms we could find at the last minute, unless we were willing to pay a lot more. For $99.95, it was OK, but certainly lacking when compared to advertised parameters.

The value for the price was good but we didn't find out until check-in that there was no breakfast available because of construction going on. Understandable, but we should have been told that in advance. Parking lot had a pile of leftover construction materials that needed to be hauled off. Location was very convenient. Beds were super comfortable. Front desk clerk was pretty helpful.

First they took the first nights rent on 4 rooms the day before we was to check in. We went to check in and they changed the rate from 44$ a night to 77$ a night. Then they took 60 a room for essentials. Which was ok. But the next day they took it again. I spoke to them and they gave that one back. But not before it used our loafing money. We was on a budget and they ruined our vacation by all these extra charges. They said I'd get my money back in a few days. I never received a dime back. These people are crooks. Please don't waist your time and money here. We seen a couple other places cheaper just down the road.

It’s definitely not a hot breakfast , also we found roaches in our rooms and all they had to say was well that’s unfortunate. Supposed to be 2 Queen beds but they were more like full size beds

My favorite part of my stay was the night clerk. I am embarrassed to say I cannot recall her name, but she was delightful and very accommodating. The property shows some definite signs of wear and tear, but at the price I paid, I pretty much expected that. Pros: Great location. It was very convenient to everything and there is a trolley stop at the McDonald's next door. The ADA bathroom was very spacious and worked perfectly for my disabled son. There was ample parking convenient to the building and the pool. Continental breakfast was provided every day, which I very much appreciated. My only note would be that it would be nice to have some boiled eggs or something less carb loaded for diabetic folks. The hotel was very clean in my experience. I saw zero evidence of any kind of infestation as other reviewers have claimed. We had plenty of fresh linens. Cons: There is no ramp to get a wheelchair (or luggage trolley for that matter) from the lot up onto the sidewalk. The sidewalk is low, so we were able to manage, but it was frustrating and disappointing. In the bathroom, everything was nice and new and fresh, EXCEPT the sink which looks to have been installed at least 40 years ago. For me that was a real turn off. The smell when we walked in was terrible. Thankfully it cleared up after we turned on the AC unit and ran some water down the drains, but I would recommend doing those things prior to guest arrival because that was not a great first impression.
