Room was very clean

Staff is always courteous, room was clean. Breakfast good

I couldn’t even try the breakfast after the unsanitary experience I had during my stay. The floor was so wet and unsafe to move around due to “humidity” that they had to move me to a different room. The light switch in the new room was not working. There a was a brown stain on the bedsheet and to make things WORSE,,, I woke up with a COCKROACH crawling on my arm in the morning. I documented and reported each incident to the staff and asked for the manager to address the horrible experience, it’s been about 1 week, I keep getting excuses that the manager is not available, I still haven’t heard from anyone. Such a shame! I would definitely not recommend this so called “hotel” to anyone, let not someone I care about.
