I love this hotel . although we got stuck in the elevator due to computer breakdown ,we still think this girl was better than all the full star ones . We was stuck 20 minutes. The fireman rescued us. The next morning the elevator was functional again. The breakfast was excellent.

The property was cleaned and well kept. In my room neither television worked the entire 4days it was asked to be fixed and yet and still had no signal. The pool was out of order which was frustrating as that was one of the reasons i selected this hotel above others because it was extremely hot in the 100 degrees outside. Its a bit frustrating traveling with a little one and trying to find something to kept them entertain with at the hotel. So when you have amenities that should be available unavailable 😫. Staff was overall nice.

I specifically chose this location for the indoor pool. The pool was closed my entire stay. The room wasn’t thoroughly clean as there was a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guest. The deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock unless you raised up on the handle with force. Landline didn’t work so I was unable to contact the front desk or housekeeping unless I went looking for them. The keycard kept deactivated twice to where I couldn’t enter my room and had to travel back downstairs for replacement with no explanation. The outer doors to the hotel didn’t work with the keycard so we had to walk around to the front to enter when we parked in the back. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Pool was not open. One back door wouldn't open with key card and it wasn't anywhere near the time that was stated that it wouldn't work. But they were very nice rooms for the price and area of town. The hot breakfast was good but not actually very hot at all. We would definitely stay there again though.

Everything was great with the exception of the pool area. I called before I booked the room to see if their indoor pool was heated and also if the jacuzzi was heated and working also. After checking in and going to the pool, I found out that the pool was extremely cold and the jacuzzi was also. Yes I was madly upset because the pool was my main reason for booking that particular hotel. So really it was a waste of time, money, and a weekend. I was very stressed from a horrible week and I used the pool for relaxation but unfortunately, I did not accomplish anything.

this has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. First: elevators didn’t work, apparently haven’t been for awhile. Second: hot tub was closed (also, apparently has been for awhile) Third: pool was freezing, and it was definitely colder than the 80 degrees they say it is. The main reason we stayed here was because of the indoor pool so we were very disappointed. Fourth: we checked in right around 10pm. We were assigned the 3rd floor and have 5 kids, youngest being a 3 year old. We weren’t even in the room 30 minutes and the front desk was knocking on our door saying we were getting noise complaints…. We were literally getting the kids in showers and in bed… so if you have children, don’t recommend staying here as the rooms are apparently paper thin. Fifth: we asked for bath towels because we had none, and never got any. When asking again, they said they had none and gave us hand towels… we ended up having to buy our own. Lastly, I will say Kelly at the front is amazing and helped me with everything we needed but overall this place is trash and don’t recommend. Find somewhere else.

When I checked in I was given a room that was not what I booked. Upon returning to the front desk I was informed they had overbooked that room type. The desk clerk called the manager and they eventually changed me into the correct room type. A major reason for booking the hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was half full and the water was murky green. The pool was not as green but was still not in usable condition. Room was clean and nice once we were in the correct room.

In our first room, we had to stay in a dirty hotel room and they wouldn't even clean it.There was also no water pressure in the sink. We went to let the person at the counter know and she was rude about it and told us there were no other rooms available and no one to go and clean the room. No manager on site. Finally the next day we moved rooms and it was a little bit better but I can tell the sheets were not cleaned. We have not received any compensation or any apologies for their mistake and was told it's not their fault and that it was Hotels.com fault.

I always stay at this particular Hampton Inn when I visit Houston area. Upon arrival on this trip, there were two police officers talking to people in the front of the door which should have been a red flag. After checking in, we go to the room 108, which had a very foul odor. The room smelled like Mildew. We asked to change to a different room and was told they were booked up. We dealt with it. When it was time for bed, my daughter pulled the blanket back and found that the sheets on the bed were filthy. There was stains and spots everywhere and they have clearly not been washed. I contact the front desk, their solution was to bring two clean sheets for myself to change them. Again, they would not change the room. I go to change the sheets, I picked them back up from next to the tv and a roach runs across the stand/cabinet that the tv sits on. We then left the hotel and was refused a refund or any compensation! This used to be my favorite hotel to visit. I will not be returning!

There’s a review about a staff member named Vanessa, and honestly, I have to agree—she came off as a bit rude and seemed uninterested in her job. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean either. I stayed in a room with a kitchen, and there were food crumbs all over the table, chairs, and floor. The spoons in the kitchen even had food stains on them, like they hadn’t been properly washed. When I first checked in, they gave me the wrong room, but to their credit, they fixed it right away when I told them. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel didn’t feel very safe there were crackheads all around, and the whole neighborhood seemed pretty rough. I’d recommend finding a better hotel in a nicer area.

It was the best hotel I have stayed in this area. Clean and smelling good! My mother was getting radiation for her cancer. Mr Kevin greeted us with a smile and was the best help throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. The swimming pool was so warm and refreshing. The breakfast was top notch. We spent 2 nights and felt like Queens! I can’t say enough good stuff about Hampton Inn and suites!

Area was extremely sketchy. Our parking spot had broken glass from a previous break in. Homeless walking around everywhere. Elevator was broken, barely any snacks stocked to purchase. Side tables in the room had sticky drink rings from previous stay. Mildew in several ceiling areas throughout hallway. Floors just looked dirty everywhere. Felt paranoid about our car the entire night. Will never stay here again.

The staff was very nice, check in and out were easy. Room was clean and the hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only problem we found was the first floor smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. It was not very pleasant. We would stay here again.

The deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock unless you raised up on the handle with force. Landline didn’t work so I was unable to contact the front desk or housekeeping unless I went looking for them. The keycard kept deactivated twice to where I couldn’t enter my room and had to travel back downstairs for replacement with no explanation. The outer doors to the hotel didn’t work with the keycard so we had to walk around to the front to enter when we parked in the back. The complimentary breakfast was good.

I wasn’t able to check In on Time I had a very important dinner to go to my daughters baby shower dinner her dad drove 18 hours to make it here he was very tired and weak from just getting over Covid. They didn’t have a room ready for me we was already pressing for time and on top of that I was told no wyfy or tv after I paid my money no refund. Rate was pretty good. First we were told that we could only enter through the front door. Unable to enter at any of the side doors even with key. Then as we came upon our room, there were two guys what appeared to be doing a photo shoot (this was 11p) in the hallway. Otherwise, room is nice. Water has very little pressure.

This was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve been to in a long time. Maybe worst ever. Our family chooses Hamptons often for short stays as they are typically clean and updated. It seems like this one was updated (poorly) somewhat recently but it was shoddy work. There are still marks all over the walls where the workers marked studs and where they marked places to hang pictures, towel racks, etc. No attention to detail. It did not at all live up to other Hampton Inns. The water pressure was so bad in one of our rooms (we are a big family and always get 2 rooms) the at we had to move to another. The rooms were humid. One bathroom mirror was still quite dirty. Just overall not a good experience. It was safe and decently quiet but we would never choose this location again.

In our first room, we had to stay in a dirty hotel room and they wouldn't even clean it.There was also no water pressure in the sink. We went to let the person at the counter know and she was rude about it and told us there were no other rooms available and no one to go and clean the room. No manager on site. Finally the next day we moved rooms and it was a little bit better but I can tell the sheets were not cleaned. We have not received any compensation or any apologies for their mistake and was told it's not their fault and that it was Hotels.com fault.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I have to say that the manager, Kevin Pereira, is absolutely fantastic. Not only does he greet you warmly every morning, but if you need anything, he's always there to help. He made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Houston!

I love this hotel . although we got stuck in the elevator due to computer breakdown ,we still think this girl was better than all the full star ones . We was stuck 20 minutes. The fireman rescued us. The next morning the elevator was functional again. The breakfast was excellent.

The stay was nice as it was just over night. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working so that was a pain when we had to bring up luggage. I slept really well though so no complaints about the bed or pillows! Breakfast was good too.

It was the best hotel I have stayed in this area. Clean and smelling good! My mother was getting radiation for her cancer. Mr Kevin greeted us with a smile and was the best help throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. The swimming pool was so warm and refreshing. The breakfast was top notch. We spent 2 nights and felt like Queens! I can’t say enough good stuff about Hampton Inn and suites!

The staff was ultra courteous and kind. The facility was very clean and we did not experience any issues with the room. The other guests, however, were using enough marijuana throughout their visit that the entire building had a pot smell to it. It was everywhere. We also were woken up multiple times our first night by partying neighbors. The manager asked them to quiet down a couple of times and they finally did. We were moved to a different room (albeit a smaller one) for the next two nights. It was obvious that multiple rooms had guests that were smoking the devil's lettuce as the second floor room we were moved to also had the odor of pot smoke around it in the hall. The area around the hotel is also pretty sketchy (lots of people asking for money and walking/wheeling themsleves in and out of traffic). There was on sight security and we never felt unsafe, but this hotel was not a place we would stay at again. We would rather pay a little more and be in a better part of town. I will say again, though, the staff was wonderful and I give them a 10/10. The overall experience with the property was a 5/10.
