Best Western Windsor Pointe Hotel & Suites-Frost Bank Center

My room was so clean and well-maintained! In the shower, the water didn't do that thing where it jumps from super cold to super hot when you barely touch the knob. The staff was friendly and professional. Jesse was one of the main people at the front desk while I was there. A great hotel for a great price. Good location too, in terms of distance from downtown. The business center was closed during my visit, but the desk was upfront with me about that and allowed me to study in the lobby/breakfast table area. Literally no complaints except the soap was a little hard to rinse all tge way off my hands.

No creo volver a este lugar en primer lugar no se puede ni calentar algo en el microondas por qué si no se va la luz , seguel director cuando llevas mascota

El hotel está muy antiguo, todo está deteriorado, ma olor en la habitación por el aire acondicionado viejo… al parecer estaban por comenzar a remodelarlo pero no nos gustó… no nos limpiaron la habitación tuvimos que ir a buscar toallas limpias y lo peor de todo fue que no me regresaron el depósito que hice en el check in :( …
