Quality Inn Richmond Airport

My room was a non-smoking room and I found a half cigarette on the floor behind the nightstand. There was a large dime size or nickel size piece of fuzz or something and a long hair in the tile floor clearly missed or not inspected or not cleaned at all. The alarm clock was “on” and set to go off at midnight, a real pet peeve of mine that housekeepers do not check these and make sure the alarm is turned off. Just before midnight I heard what sounded like an alarm clock beeping in an adjacent room and continued through the night and morning. Maybe someone doing this for fun and games ? Really bad!

I expected more out of a Quality Inn. Just an old hotel and nothing great. Staff was very nice.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It had everything I needed

The place is slightly (but not extremely) dirty. The room had an odor. The beds were ok. The amenities were ok as well. The TV didn't work. The breakfast was so-so.
