This hotel was awful - the grounds around the hotel were filthy, the floors inside the room were sticky, and the bathroom smelled horrible. We had two rooms for two families and we ended up just leaving and driving the additional 5 hours home through the night to avoid staying here. I’m amazed by the positive reviews because this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Will not be back.

It's an older property that could use some renovation. The parking lot is full of potholes, the building & rooms are showing age and wear & tear, and the web pictures did not reflect the current state of the property.

Although the room pictures are accurate, they are much dingier than the photo. First room was not ready at 5pm. Given an upgrade but went from a queen to two doubles. Non existent continental breakfast. Honestly I probably would not recommend and definitely will find another motel next trip.

Phone does not work, neither did tv. They did come and fix the tv. Vinyl floor is coming up. I guess that is what you get for cheap. Seems clean. Lots and lots of cats roaming around.

Smoke detectors laying on table not connected. Microwave not plugged in and new one in the box sitting on counter. Other guests on hallways had grills and coolers and chairs outside the rooms. They were grilling and partying. It made me feel unsafe. The checkin employee just handed me a key and gave directions to my room that were not complete. Did not ask for ID or vehicle info.

Employees were very good. Front desk and room service ie Room Cleanup was good. The hotel is run down in many places. The Front desk and lobby were nice but the rest of the hotel needs remodeled and updated. The neighboring hotels next door are muck more curb appealing!

The bathroom was disgusting, the bathroom mirror was covered in dirt, there were dead bugs in my bed, the sheets had huge holes in them and the curtains had spider webs all over them. Horrible hotel. It’s not even worth the cheap rate they have. I should have just slept in my car at a truck stop.

The room and the entire building were dirty. In the room, the floors were filthy, the shower had a bunch of hair in it, the bed had hair on the sheets, the microwave was on the floor, the walls had stains and half of the lights didn't work. I ended up with a rash on my face in the morning.

I am very sorry to say that I was not at all pleased with my stay at this particular Red Roof Inn. The front desk agent had zero customer service skills and almost seemed annoyed that she actually had to do some work for my check-in. And then, there was the room. It was convenient to go to our car from it, since we were able to park right outside our door. But, the room itself was disgraceful. First, there was mold everywhere. The worst being outside and above the bathroom door. Inside the bathroom, there was peeling paint and more mold. But, that wasn't even the worst of it. The worst was all the cockroaches running around the room. They were EVERYWHERE! And, I do mean everywhere. Along the walls, on the bathroom sink, all along the floor. I even had several running along the desk while I was trying to do some computer work. It was disgusting! Honestly, if I wasn't so exhausted after such a long drive and had another option of a place to stay, I would have checked out right there and then. The only place they didn't seem to be was on top of the bed. I had to shake out my clothes and sneakers and check my luggage to make sure we weren't taking any uninvited guests with us when we left. Thankfully, we planned on only being there for that one night. Needless to say, we are never going back there ever again. I would rather sleep in my car then to go through that ordeal again. The only good thing I can say about the property, was that it was quiet. Sad, really!

I have never stayed at a place that was as disgusting as this room in the Red Roof Inn. (113) The window & door frame was so dirty, we wet a cloth to clean it because our grandkids were touching it. The cloth was black from the dirt. Our little one took his shoes off and his feet were black with dirt. The light & fan in our shower didn’t work. I went to the front desk and was told he’d send someone over. Nobody came. The hair dryer didn’t work. We had stopped for a sleep on our way home from Florida. Never again! Avoid this gross hotel! I will be writing to head office as well. It wasn’t just a fluke of one room. Our other families members stayed in another room and it was just as disgusting! They even found dog foot prints on their sheets!

Mold on walls in bathroom, chunks of paint falling off ceiling. Phone did not work, no WiFi. Dirty towels, no wash cloths. Dirt and dust on every flat surface. Pillows hard and this was the second room we were given after checking in at 5:00. At least we didn’t have the cockroaches like another guest had. The most disgusting place and unresponsive to addressing our needs.

This is the most beautiful location for a Ref Roof. The room reaked of urine. We travel with our dog and this was the worst room we have ever stayed at. The shower faucet ran all night, not a drip but like it was on. I asked for a top floor room, and we were placed on the ground floor by the stairs. There was so much outside noise all night long, it was really difficult to rest and sleep. Would not stay in room 116 EVER again!

The air conditioning didn’t work. The power cord has exposed splices and wire connectors. Half the lights didn’t work. The tvs didn’t all work. The continental breakfast was coffee toast and waffle maker that didn’t function well. The general condition was filthy. Hairs in bathrooms. Smell of weed and mustiness.

First room opened door, water all over the floor from refrigerator. Second room opened door, total mess not serviced since last guest (or party). Third room opened door, seems OK. AC was not on, but fortunately does work - Very comfortable now. Decor is minimalistic but appreciate the attempt. Curtains have seen better days. Door security lock broken. I guess at the end of the day this was on the cheap end, and what should I have expected?

The room is showing its age. The toilet had problems filling at times. The floor and walls seemed dingy. There was no hair dryer was there but the holder was. The phone button was on when I got there and couldn’t get it to turn off. Only one set of towels.

Our room was missing light bulbs in 3 lamps and the 4th lamp above one of the beds was missing one of the bulbs, ants crawling on the bathroom floor, debris all over the bathroom floor, door to the room didn’t shut tight so cool air was blowing in all night. Smoking room but no ashtrays. Went to get breakfast at 8am and nothing was out yet but the time for breakfast was 6-9. Definitely not impressed with this place! Would not recommend!

The front desk man was so incredibly rude! I tried to call to tell them the tv was broken and the phone wouldn’t work so I called from my cell and got yelled at and told not to call again and that they were too busy for that stuff! The room was nasty and moldy and very dangerous area!! I will tell everyone to never go there!!

Made reservations, got there at 11 pm room wasn't cleaned yet. Waited half hour or more for a room in which I didn't reserve a non smoking room. Finally around midnight get the room with no discount or concerns from management. Didn't act as tho they cared at all about the inconvenience.

We couldn't get any wifi or tv. The microwave wouldn't open after heating something. The shower water ran through the wall into the bedroom. No fan in the bathroom. There was hair in the bed so I went out at 10:30 pm and bought new bedding and put theirs in the closet. The next day they withdrew $500 out of my debit account stating that I stole bedding. He called and said he would put it back. I highly recommend paying a little more and going somewhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ROACH INFESTED HOTEL! CAUGHT 2 IN 30 SECONDS! My wife and I made a reservation. When we went into the room, we instantly seen a baby coackroach crawling across the dresser. I can't sleep where there are bugs so I asked for a refund. The guy at the front desk told me that I needed to call expedia and that he couldnt help becausehe wasnt the manager All the while yeĺing at me because of their infestation! I did call and on a three way call, he refused to give me a refund and when asked for the manager, he stated he was the manager. What a disgusting hotel and an even more disgusting human being! Do not stay here!!! Pot heads and drugs everywhere. Sam at front desk told me that you can't pay for two star and expect a 5 star accommodation. Ive been in way cheaper that were amazing so that our an excuse.

The front desk attendee was lazy and had us go back and forth 3 trips yo the second floor room and front desk as the key didnt work because someone was already in the room we were given. Then he calls everyone figure out why that happened instead of helping us with a different room although he has so many vacant rooms. It was after midnight we drove far away with kids kids waiting to sleep. The front desk agent in the morning was very helpful than the last night agent. He better learn what hospitality means

Worst experience ever, waited at the front desk for over an hour, no one at the front desk to check me in so Expedia had to find me another hotel at midnight. They wont be around long like that, 2 other guests behind me could not check in either.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially after driving all day. While we were only there for a few hours, it did the job quite well. Property was super close to 81 & 77. The guy at the front desk was also super nice even though he was getting a talking to by another guest who was not very pleasant to him, or anyone else for that matter.

It's a great budget hotel. Our room was very clean. But you can tell that the property needs some tending too. And advertised as a free breakfast. White bread and muffins and boxed cereal is not much of a choice for breakfast.

Chicken was very good. The room was very nice. The next morning the breakfast was terrible. Coffee with burnt and weekly there was three mini muffins and three bagels left after an hour. No cereal in the cereal containers no milk. Either have a breakfast or don't have a breakfast but don't give us a half-ass breakfast.

It sucks! No one is at the front desk for mins to half an hour, I waited 20-25 mins 3x, no service. The breakfast is a joke, no coffee, just 6 mini muffins abd 6 bagels, no milk for cereal. Ask for extra towels 2x, nvr got them. Do yoyrself a solid and stay elsewhere

The advertised free breakfast was pretty much non existent. The staff member had no gloves on putting out the food and there was no stuff to do the waffles and the bagels were out with nothing to grab them with. That were also stale and so we’re the muffins that were touched by him without gloves. The rooms were nice and really clean. They should not advertise free breakfast and everything would have been fine

While the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, I had issues with the toilet refilling every five minutes and the pillows were like rocks. The "Free Breakfast" was hardly a breakfast. There was a small sample of bagels, scraps of cereal and hardly any coffee.
