Nice quite stay! Always enjoy our stays in Casper for soccer events

Updated, spacious room, very clean. Bistro was convenient. Gym was excellent.

The staff was super friendly and helpful when asking if we could change our room type. The food and service in the bistro was also excellent. Rooms and property were very clean. We will stay again!

Initial check-in was good. Got to my room and saw it was a double queen when i requested a King with sleeper sofa, it was on the 3rd floor when I requested a top floor (4th) and had noisy upstairs neighbors (clomping and stomping) which is why I always request a top floor. I requested every other day maid service and in my 6 day stay, I got it once. The pillows were beyond flat and led to poor sleep. The heater in the room sounded like it would fail some of the time/very noisy and finally, the water pressure for the tub/shower was a joke. So yeah, not a good visit at all.
