Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen at Ripken Stadium

Nice lobby area Comfortable beds

Hotel itself was fine but we arrived at 10pm and the front door was locked and no staff at the front desk. We rang intercom numerous times. We had to walk to the Courtyard right next door and check in there and walk through connecting hallway over to Residence. A SIGN would have been nice so we didn’t wait around about 15 minutes for no reason.

Courtyards are always a great stay. Staff at the desk were helpful and checked us in quickly. Hung out in the lounge at night and the lobby/lounge area was very warm. It felt like the A/C was not working to potential. Came to see the Ironbirds, so it was very convenient to the ballpark.

My stay here was mixed. great location, right near a stadium, felt safe and I was there with my senior dog off season so both hotels were very quiet. This is a Marriott Courtyard attached to a Marriott Residence. they give you a special door key that lets you in on both sides, the parking lot is on the COURTYARD side and it was raining - so I appreciated that key very much. Firstly, I met the housekeeping staff and they were lovely but unfortunately I do feel the standards have to be raised. I always bring Lysol wipes with me because I travel a lot and I’ve had some very unpleasant surprises upon check in, so now with covid it’s just a must. I was doing my wipe down of the surfaces and discovered what looked like instant potato flakes coming off the front edge of the dining table in the kitchen of my suite. The top was more or less clean but there was dried something (hopefully food) on the chairs as well. There was also poop in the toilet when I opened the lid, which shocked me. That’s actually not a first for me, but I think it’s only happened one other time. not a great first impression. However other than that the suite appeared to be clean, kitchen was well stocked. something was wrong with the HVAC unit and it was very noisy and this is where the story shifts. A lovely kind woman named Christy came in from engineering and fixed it immediately! Then in the morning Miss Evelyn was a ray of sunshine that made me feel great abt the hotel by the time I left. So overall ok!

I did NOT like having to enter the side door next to the parking lot. The side door handle would NOT work properly. Had to use my card 4 times to get the door handle to work. Handle was loose.

Excellent place to stay. A wonderful maid helped us. Room great and food excellent evening and morning.

Room outdated, carpet coming up in bedroom, room did not feel clean, check-in lady nice but did not inform there would not be any cleaning / or restocking of towels in room over the two days we stayed. Check out lady was a bit rude. Breakfast was fair, typical hotel breakfast. Beautiful view outside the window.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The over night concierge was super nice and helpful. I would 100% stay here again

I got poor service never stay at a hotel like that before The house keeping very poor never clean room no clean towel call down for towel I wait two hours and never get any clean towel have to call the second time The didn’t clean the room when I ask they said the do it every thee days:

A baseball hotel in the off-season. Real clean and quiet and a great value. I imagine it is an entirely different story on a weekend in July. But as we were passing through the area in February, it was perfect for a quick over night stop.

No. The room was not in good condition. We did not have any hot water. The staff was very apologetic but since we booked through a third party was not able to do anything about the bill. Not happy b

Every year I stay at this property in March. One thing stands; the staff is always accommodating and welcoming to me and my family.

Close to the highway. Close to greatwolf lodge and casino! We stayed in the winter but, I would love to see this place during baseball season!

Location

Obviously the location being so close to baseball parks makes this a no-brainer for future baseball themed trips. Seafood and baseball will make for a formidable reason to come back again.

Near Ripkin Baseball complex, including minor league stadium. Very convenient to I-95 yet no highway noise.

Convenient to I-95. Disappointed in breakfast choices and freshness of items.
