Pool never dd get warm, hot tub broken, otherwise very convenient and everyone was very friendly. I e- mailed manager about possibly getting a room for 4 months and he never e- mailed me back. I told front desk twice and called once.

It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, big chains and smaller stores. Easy freeway access to 71. The room was good and well-appointed. I like the larger bottles of soap, conditioner, etc., instead of those tiny one-use items. It seems so much more eco-friendly. All the staff I spoke with were amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a noisy room near mine. At midnight to 1 or 2am, walls and stomping and my pans rattling. I dont know where it came from. After they left, it was very quiet. There was also a shop in the lobby for some food items. I would choose thise hotel and location again.

Candle wood suites @Polaris was filthy inside and out ! Stayed there for 5 nights and never seen housekeepers anywhere ! Halls elevators, trash cans overflowing ! Room was sketchy , hair in bathroom .. I had to run to store and buy cleaning supplies AC was better than outside but not by much in the room ..would not stay again Staff at front desk were great and always friendly!

Our accommodations were dirty, it was obvious the capets had not been vacuumed, towels were missing, had to ask multiple times for more towels, finally had to go get. Bathroom condimentss were missing: shower cap, .check out was ridiculous. Needed to leave early, front counter agent told us to use Expidia.com. They.tpld to contact front desk. Very poor front desk knowledge of needing to change departure date. Would not do the change at the hotel. Expedia told us hotel clerk should have done. We will never at Candlewood Suites again. Nasty, dirty hotel, with very poor room service(not cleaned or fully equiped with linens. Beds looked like house keeping remade beds using prior sheets. Had to make 3 trips to front desk to get towels, extra chair that should have been in room. Under bed closest to window, it was flity, and so gross. I would NOT recommend this hotel!!!!!

The stay was decent. But it had a leaky shower head and the shampoo and body wash was empty. Good thing I brought some with me because I didn't feel like calling for them to fill it. I was there to relax and wanted my privacy.

Property was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Convenient, right in between my two girls homes. The only thing I don’t like is we left our room extremely clean and some sort of $100. Deposit is still pending on my credit card. We have been home nearly one week.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had very limited cookery and utensils. The wifi did not work for the smart TV. The front desk said they would try to come up with a solution and call me back. I never received a call back. I ended up using a hotspot from my phone. The hotel is dog friendly with grass to walk your dog and poop pickup bags provided. Location is convenient for highway access with lots of stores and restaurants near enough to walk. Although it is in a high traffic area.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had very limited cookery and utensils. The wifi did not work for the smart TV. The room was clean, however smell to it almost like it has been damp and water damage. It just smelled like mold. The corner was very small , I personally would not say there again just because of the smell.

Bathroom smelled like smoke, curtains were dirty, and the room itself needs upgraded. Pool and hot tub were good.
