Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Smyrna - Murfreesboro

This was a great stay, it has a gym, comfy bed and clean rooms, walkable and conveniently located. Although I did check out earlier than planned…I just realized that I cannot stay at hotels that accommodate pets because I didn’t know it but I will have allergies to pet dander that blows through the ac vents. I switched hotels and the same thing happened I finally inquired and they too let their guests bring pets so now I know! But great service and managed very well! Thank you Ms. Bianca for treating your guests well.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. It was weird, though--no dressers or shelves for our clothes, only bars for hanging clothing, and only five hangers. For a room with two queen-sized beds, and the capacity for four guests, that was odd. There were coat hooks just inside the door, so we were able to hang our jackets there. They gave us a handicap room, which also was strange, since we hadn't requested that. There was a seat in the shower, which made it hard to close the curtain completely, so every shower meant more water on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was non-existent on our first morning--they said they were fully booked and that they wouldn't get their supplies until the next day. We paid the same for both nights, so we shouldn't have had to go out for breakfast on the first morning. When they did have breakfast on the second morning, it was just boiled eggs, yogurt, refrigerated bagels, fig bars and coffee, and they ran out very quickly. The fridge was perfect for the food we brought, but the stove in the room didn't work. All other kitchen implements were apparently available, but not actually in the room--we had to request them from the front desk. So we got a coffee maker, but had to provide our own filters. There was an ice machine, but only in the lobby, not on every floor. All-in-all, a good stay, but really inconsistent. Not sure about the value for the price, but could have been worse . . .

I like that the rooms are new and squeaky clean. The room has a small kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and sink. Bathroom is equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. Was surprised that there was no hair dryer, had to ask the front desk, but have new iron and ironing board. Breakfast was minimal..they served coffee, tea ,muffins, oatmeal, yogurt and granola bars. Would stay here again...but I hope they would have hairdryers in each room by then.

Both beds had dog hair and were dirty. When I asked to change rooms, the manager refused, saying they didn't have any more available. Bad service and a dirty room, I do not recommend it. And the whole night there were dogs barking, making it really hard to sleep

Staff great! The rooms were clean but no one dust or mop the floors to address the dust and freshness.

New hotel. Very nice and spacious.

My wife and I loved that there wasn’t any carpet in the rooms! Tiles throughout! So much cleaner! Spacious rooms, lots of pillows, super comfortable beds and very quiet!! I would stay here again!

Dirty room, can’t use streaming

I had to called 4 times about the noise complaint. people above me were jumping all night long until after midnight. I couldnt sleep at all. There was also dirty blankets and no breakfast

This day was great but it took 5 to 10 minutes to get the hot water flowing through the faucets and for the showers so that was very bad

The hot water took extremely to long to get hot by the time it did my shower was over

We booked a double bed with a tub because we were traveling with our 3 year old. Got to the hotel, checked in, and go up to our room to find it’s already inhabited. Go back down and find out the double booked the room we booked months ago. So at 9pm with our 3 year old they had to sort out what was going on. We had already paid the premium price. They finally find the “last” room and it’s a single king bed with a shower. They called the room to tell us we were getting a “discount” only to find out it was $25 a night for the difference in room price only. Nothing for dragging my family around not knowing what we’re going to do for the night even though we have had this planned for a long time. General manager came in Monday and confirmed the sad $25 a night but they couldn’t be bothered to come out of their office to talk to me personally. Also for only being a year or so old it doesn’t seem like it. Didn’t see a housekeeper the whole time we were there. Disappointed is an understatement because my husband raved about how affordable and nice extended stays are. Wont be returning.

We had a little discrepancy in our room the second day and were moved to a new room with no issue. General manager was understanding and nice about the situation.

There were several things that were great about the property and pointed out in the main review points. My disappointment was in the regular "stocking" of the room. Sadly, it wasn't until waking the first morning that I realized they did not have any glasses or plastic cups to take medication. While they gladly give them, you must ask. I also assumed a blow dryer would already be the room. Had to ask for it as well as shampoo. They will also loan normal kitchen items, which is a plus. But, I didn't need any other items. I felt customer service could have been better in response to my slight frustration and inconvenience with the usual and customary missing items. I asked if I could check out 15 min later than 11a, and they said I would be charged $14 for per hour if even 1 min late. No problem with the policy (although there were only about 5 guests in the hotel). But, considering I had to come down 3x to get a glass, shampoo and a blow dryer, it would have been nice for them to offer this as a courtesy. They were pleasant, but not empathetic or interested in going the extra mile to make things right. It could be attributed to them being brand new. I would definitely give them another shot.

the gentleman that helped us at the front desk. was amazing person. we got in from a 9hr drive at 1:30am and he was just welcoming and helpful individual. he cared for our wellbeing top notch

Short handed service. Breakfast is below the average. Coffee, packed muffin and yogurt. Nothing else. Rooms are missing safebox, hair dryer, iron.

The extended stay is brand new and rooms are very spacious with a kitchenette even though we only requested a room with two queen beds. My daughter stayed in a different room, room 241, and her shower was cold but our room had a hot shower with good water pressure. We will definitely stay here again as it's close to our niece.

We stayed here to go to the Nashville Superspeedway and it was only like 15-20 mins away and it was near other stores and restaurants!! They had a Dunkin Donuts in front of the hotel. They offered a grab n go breakfast (we woke up too late for it). I would stay here again!!!

Breakfast very lacking

From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The service of the hotel was amazing, clean and new atmosphere. The only downside is that the breakfast was nonexistent. They only had hot water, coffee, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, and granola bars.
