It was a last minute stay for an expo the hotel ran out of drinking water and all the vending machines. The one vending machine gave us diet Coke instead of Coke and then proceeded to take our money even though there was no water in the machine. When we arrived we had to wait for about 15 minutes before anybody came to the front counter to acknowledge us and check us in.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Definitely Not Worth the Money! From the moment we arrived, this stay was a disappointment. Check-in took forever, with at least a 40-minute wait in line. To be fair, the desk staff was friendly, but that was about the only positive thing I can say. Our room smelled absolutely HORRIBLE. The carpet was dirty, the linens were stained, and the shower fixtures were rusty. We paid extra for upgraded linens and a snack package, only to find out that when we asked about the snacks, the response was essentially, “Sorry, we’re out.” So, we paid for something we never received. The elevators sounded like they were about to break down at any moment, and parking was a complete nightmare. We ended up having to park in a garage two to three blocks away from the hotel. On top of all that, there were virtually zero amenities to make the stay worthwhile. Between the long check-in, the condition of the room, the missing items we paid extra for, and the parking situation, this experience was nowhere near what we expected. A friendly front desk staff can only do so much to make up for a poorly maintained property and a disappointing overall experience. Save your money and manage your expectations if you choose to stay here. We certainly won't be rushing back.

Wasn't thrilled with the homeless around the property or the guy passed out on the lobby couch, staff acted as its normal. I was second in line to check in, still took 20+ minutes. It's served its purpose for us. We stayed for a concert at Nationwide, easy walking distance, woke up and left. Compared to nearby properties the parking was the cheapest.

The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are uncomfortable and the TVs are a throwback to 2005. Gotta be better. Not the greatest lighting either.
