Gorgeous pool! This place is clean and secure and the staff are all friendly. The hotel was very crowded but the staff still made check in seamless. Great shopping, dining and entertainment all within walking distance. The parking is minimal but there's a valet option.

Pool and hot tub were magnificent! Room was clean. Close to shopping and dining. Free and on site parking or you can valet. Beautiful place. One thing I’d improve is the furniture in the lobby. The sofa right by check-in looked like it should be in someone’s basement.

The Easton Hilton was hopping busy for our long weekend, ranging from Friday night game-bar scene to daily conventions to a high school prom on Saturday eve! Even with the buzz of downstairs activities, the rooms (we were 3rd floor) are wonderfully quiet and clean. Hotel has high ceilings throughout the accessible lobby and corridors, with windows throughout, a lovely open vibe to wander through. Only complaint is they have a single in-and-out for parking to limit it to hotel-guests only. When there's a prom happening too, it pushes guests to overflow lot (and it was raining). Otherwise, loved it and would stay again.

Room was gross… expectations fell extremely short and for the price, I was extremely disappointed. Pool was cold, room was damp and wet. The only good thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. View overlooked 50 solar panels and a white roof. Not impressed.

The hotel and the service was nice, however there are two issues with stay. I booked the room for 4 adults. My family got cleaned up and took showers only to find 3 towels instead of 4. In addition, there is a parking fee of $10 per day, which is very reasonable. However, after returning to the Hilton after a long evening there was no parking available on site. I ended up having to pay $60 for valet parking. Very frustrating

The property is unsafe. My rental was vandalized in their parking structure. I should have done my researched as it turns out this has been an issue with the hotel for a year. Multiple cars were vandalized on the same night. The hotel didn’t care. No empathy from the front desk. Just cold hard faces going through the motions as if they were being bothered by it all. If you drive a car and plan to park it at the hotel, you might want to think again. Worst hotel staff ever. And I’m from L.A.

I have booked and stayed at this hotel in the past several times. I have always enjoyed my experience and would choose this location over any hotel in the Columbus area. However, on the morning after our stay we were notified by the front desk over the phone that our vehicle was broken into. Upon arriving in the parking lot and speaking with a local deputy of the police dept. We were then approached by a very nice gentleman who notified us that this was the second night consecutive that vehicles were vandalized and broken into. Upon checkin there were no measures being put into place and no mention from the desk staff that there were any concerns! When somthing like this happens, it is the hotels responsibility to notify the guests about occurrences when the life and safety of people is a at risk! Very disappointed in the overall course of action by the local PD and staff. This parking lot should have been under heavy surveillance. A $350/ night hotel room should have adequate cameras and staffing to keep issues like this from happening. To top it off, the hotel property manager is yet to return any phone calls I have placed. Disgusted, violated and outraged at the lack of communication we have been given to rectify the situation.

Hotel has a chain link fence surrounding the entire property. Theres only one way in & out through the main entrance. Walking over to dinner and back is pleasant, but would be better if all the entrances weren’t blocked by fencing. We had some kids in a room next to us & they were loud throughout the evening. They also kept trying to open the (adjoining) door, which was in our bedroom. I would hope in a future stay we would not be placed in a room that has an adjoining door. The breakfast buffet was superb in quality, but a little chaotic and unorganized at times. People were standing in line for the buffet and were held up by the bottle neck at the omelette station. They could use some more defined lines and organization.

Spent the weekend at the Hilton Easton for a wedding. The hotel is beautiful, clean and elegant. It is a large hotel, with many large conference rooms for events. Our room was wonderful: 2 queen beds, lots of electrical outlets, mini fridge, iron, electronic safe, black out curtains, coffee maker; office desk & chair. The bathroom had pumps mounted with Crabtree & Evelyn products, so you won’t necessarily have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion. The beds were comfortable & the shower had good water pressure & temperature. Only downsides: no free coffee in the lobby, conference room had no WiFi or cell reception, and parking may be $12 per day. They didn’t ask what kind of car i had or what my license plate number was. I was extremely disappointed in our stay. The room was disgusting and filthy! From stains on the rugs and the head boards, to thick sticky goop on the counter tops, gross dirty dresser cabinet fronts and dark hand/finger prints all over the desk. The lamp shade was revolting with stains all over it. There wasn’t a clean spot! The worst was what looked like a puddle of dried blood behind the toilet. Then everytime we turned the water on it sounded like a high pitched scream. The lobby looked nice and I really thought the hotel was going to be really nice. Not what I would have expected for a Hilton and for the price I paid.

Very dated, and in need of many repairs and updates. For the money, it is not acceptable. The room was dirty, as was the furniture in the lobby. Hilton was once a trusted brand, but has turned into an overpriced budget stay.

It was a nice stay. I would think for the price, parking would be free, but it’s not. Our bathroom in our first room had a bad mildew smell but staff was quick to move us into a better room. Huge perk is that it’s walking distance from everything!

None of the usb outlets in my room worked. Front desk staff was less than helpful, nobody would look around for an adapter anywhere they just said “sorry “ had to go sit in my car to charge my phone. They had 3 usb in the room, all broken. Also charges you to self park outside.

The A/C did not cool the room off at all - very humid. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they assured me they would send someone up (we were leaving for shopping). We came back and it was the same. At midnight we called the front desk who gave us another room but same issue. This time they handed us a box fan. Next day got up, left for the day and came back to our room. It was not touched by the cleaning staff. Called again , they brought us towels. I go away to a hotel to enjoy the amenities of a clean room, fresh towels, cool air, etc…This hotel did not meet my standards.

We loved the convenience of the location and was able to park and walk everywhere. What we didn't like was the parking was tight, the wifi was slow, direct tv went out when a pop up storm came through, no apps available on tv like Netflix or Hulu, no microwave and vending room only had an ice machine.

Very disappointed that one of our rooms was not available when we checked in at 4pm. They took our cell number and said they would call when ready but no call and we returned 3 hours later around 7pm we had to spend a lot of time waiting at checkin. There were some big group conferences and this was given as the reason for the delay as housekeeping could not keep up. The room we had waited on had no shower gel. We also noticed that the hallways in the hotel were dirty and looked like they needed vacuuming . There were no do not disturb signs in either of our rooms. Maybe the availability of do not disturb signs would help with the housekeeping issues as we were happy not to get our room cleaned the second day we were there but had no way of indicating this as no sign to put on the door. The hotel in general needed some cleaning and upkeep. One of the check in staff was not helpful and blamed our delay in getting our room on the fact the booking was through Expedia. The Manager GiGi was more helpful.

Rated poor as only issue which was a huge issue is that I was in the room and four teenage males had access to my room and entered with their key. Front desk and manager were not helpful and made excuses. I have audited hotels and big security breach there. Wrong room but their card worked on my room. Unacceptable.

I booked this for me and my husband to enjoy for my birthday weekend. We paid in full through Hotels.com but we were charged again when we checked out. I called 3x and spoke to Katie at the front desk. She confirmed we were double charged and Thai would be corrected. The credit would take 3-5 days. I called again because there was no credit and told it would be given to a manager and I would receive a call later that day. No call was received. I called again and was given a woman in accounting. It has been almost 2 weeks and the issue is still not resolved. We enjoy Hilton but this stay, our room was hot. We were going to stay again this weekend but this whole situation and lack of desire to resolve it has put a bad taste in our mouth.

Now charges for parking and they did not in years past. Check in time was 4. We did arrive early and our room was not ready. Went back at 4:02 and the room still was not ready. I have stayed at this hotel many times, each with a great experience. The hotel and room were fine. Pool was great and clean. My reason for the lower rating is due to newly installed motion sensors in the parking lot on poles that when motion is detected (by cars passing by, someone walking, trees blowing, etc.) a high pitched alarm goes off and the siren rings for 3-5 minutes. My room was on the 4th floor, near the parking lot, and sleep was difficult due to the constant alarms going off all night. Unsure if there is a crime issue or if they want to alert you that parking is $10/night (as there is a sign on the post near the motion alarm that notes the rate)—either way it is excessive and nonstop. I let the front desk know that it may be my last stay there if my future room is anywhere near the lots.

The property is unsafe. My rental was vandalized in their parking structure. I should have done my researched as it turns out this has been an issue with the hotel for a year. Multiple cars were vandalized on the same night. The hotel didn’t care. No empathy from the front desk. Just cold hard faces going through the motions as if they were being bothered by it all. If you drive a car and plan to park it at the hotel, you might want to think again. Worst hotel staff ever. And I’m from L.A.

Hotel had a beautiful lobby, but rooms were average. One of our rooms was not ready at check in time. The lobby had a very long line at check in with only one person working the desk. Our room was equipped with one bath towel despite having registered for two guests per room. After being cleaned on day two, we again received one towel. Parking was challenging due to the lot being full - many were people shopping at Easton (not hotel guests). We expected more and higher quality from a Hilton Hotel. I would not choose this hotel again.

I have booked and stayed at this hotel in the past several times. I have always enjoyed my experience and would choose this location over any hotel in the Columbus area. However, on the morning after our stay we were notified by the front desk over the phone that our vehicle was broken into. Upon arriving in the parking lot and speaking with a local deputy of the police dept. We were then approached by a very nice gentleman who notified us that this was the second night consecutive that vehicles were vandalized and broken into. Upon checkin there were no measures being put into place and no mention from the desk staff that there were any concerns! When somthing like this happens, it is the hotels responsibility to notify the guests about occurrences when the life and safety of people is a at risk! Very disappointed in the overall course of action by the local PD and staff. This parking lot should have been under heavy surveillance. A $350/ night hotel room should have adequate cameras and staffing to keep issues like this from happening. To top it off, the hotel property manager is yet to return any phone calls I have placed. Disgusted, violated and outraged at the lack of communication we have been given to rectify the situation.

Hotel has a chain link fence surrounding the entire property. Theres only one way in & out through the main entrance. Walking over to dinner and back is pleasant, but would be better if all the entrances weren’t blocked by fencing. We had some kids in a room next to us & they were loud throughout the evening. They also kept trying to open the (adjoining) door, which was in our bedroom. I would hope in a future stay we would not be placed in a room that has an adjoining door. The breakfast buffet was superb in quality, but a little chaotic and unorganized at times. People were standing in line for the buffet and were held up by the bottle neck at the omelette station. They could use some more defined lines and organization.

The parking fee was an extra $12, so not all charges were covered in the price presented. Also, it would be beneficial to describe the type of breakfast served. I didn’t expect it to be a sit down restaurant. We needed something to grab quickly and on the go.

Hotel and staff were great! The only reason that this is a four-star review and not a five-star review is their policy regarding animals. We had dinner and drinks at the lobby bar and sat in barstools. A woman near us had a dog in her lap and the dog was drinking water from her water glass and eating food off of her plate. No need to say how many health code violations were happening here! I was disgusted at how unsanitary this was. The bar staff should have said something to her. Everything else about this place was really lovely!

Our King standard room was large and cozy. It had a oh so comfy bed, pull-out sofa and chair. The bathroom was nice and large for two to move around in the room at the same time. Everything was clean. Temperature was perfect. The hotel lounge/bar was very nice. Bartenders were attentive but didn't hover. Check in and check out was smooth using the app. My only complaint was the prices on the drinks. I understand it's a hotel bar, but I could have spent half the amount on my drinks by crossing the parking lot. Otherwise, outstanding. I'll stay here again when I go to Columbus for a long weekend.

Spent the weekend at the Hilton Easton for a wedding. The hotel is beautiful, clean and elegant. It is a large hotel, with many large conference rooms for events. Our room was wonderful: 2 queen beds, lots of electrical outlets, mini fridge, iron, electronic safe, black out curtains, coffee maker; office desk & chair. The bathroom had pumps mounted with Crabtree & Evelyn products, so you won’t necessarily have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion. The beds were comfortable & the shower had good water pressure & temperature. Only downsides: no free coffee in the lobby, conference room had no WiFi or cell reception, and parking may be $12 per day. They didn’t ask what kind of car i had or what my license plate number was. They didn’t give me anything to put in the car, so I don’t know if they truly charge for the parking (haven’t gotten my final bill yet)

The carpet was stained and dirty in many areas of the hotel including the lobby, hallway to our room and inside our room. The hotel has a nice look but the upkeep in the entrance area was dirty. My husband used the gym and none of the Pelton’s worked and the equipment was not up to par for that size of the hotel. The hotel externally has a nice aesthetic but cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Our room did not have a shower curtain so we couldn’t shower upon arrival. I called the hotel desk and made them aware and asked for one, and it never came. We had to call again the following morning to get one. Other than this, our stay was great

Pervasive musty smell to the room. Outlet next to bed on one side not functioning. Otherwise, nice stay. I find it odd that the bellhop holds the automatic door for you....it opens automatically. It just has weird optics.
