Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Downtown

Our 1st room smelled like urine so we changed to a different room. Carpets were in need of cleaning and replacing. Location was great and convenient. Parking spaces were very small for an SUV. Breakfast had a variety of choices but the sausage and eggs were cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in room 605. This room is on the corner of Henley & W Main Street. There was traffic late night into the morning on these streets, constantly waking us up. The window does not block the noise very well. There were packages of ear plugs available on the night stands! You can't make this stuff up.. The rooms facing the parking lot would have been much better. However we came in later, expecting a quiet room.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location and paid parking on the premises. We would stay there again
