Our room was spacious and clean. The tap water was pleasant to drink (forgot a water bottle). The staff were very nice and friendly. The Namaste restaurant attached to the property was absolutely delicious. We'd definitely stay here again!

Says there is a pool. No pool it is covered and looks to be under going repair. Entire property has signs stating that it is in the process of renovation. This is great as it does need it. Staff very nice and friendly. Our room was tidy but walking around on the floor barefoot after a shower our feet were black. Made me wonder if they cleaned the floor. It was an average room good for the price we paid but if pool not available it shouldn't be advertised as having one.

First, know that there are two Red Carpet Inns in Lancaster. We just googled the name and ended up at the wrong one. The check-in person there acted like it happened all the time. Actually came out to the car after I walked out to warn about the other Red Carpet Inn. Told me to check their reviews before going over. Out of the two, I actually thought this one looked better than the other. There was some people that appeared to be living in the motel. They were out and about on the balcony and parking lot later than normal. We did not feel unsafe in the environment though. Very well lit parking lot. The room was as expected for the price. Clean and suitable for an overnight stay. Pool was closed for "repairs" and breakfast area was still closed because of "Covid". Wondering when hotels are going to stop using this as an excuse for limiting amenities.

It was a last minute trip on a budget! I know what you pay for you get well in this case I didn’t! I really only chose it for the free breakfast for my children and when I got up in the morning to go get the breakfast they said we don’t serve breakfast since Covid but yet they still advertise it as though they did!!! the bathroom was disgusting. All we did was come to sleep and leave!!!!

Bathroom was filthy. Rust stains around sink shower, place stunk of stale cigaretts, ask for room but was denied. Sent a person in to mop and disinfect the floors and end tables. Stayed wet all night and the burned our eyes. Had to stoop down to get under the shower. Supplied only two worn out stained towels, no shelves in the shower and only one electrical outlooked worked. Had to keep the window open all night to breath due to ammonia fumes.

Didn't like anything at all. Very dirty, smelly, towels were very dirty, dirty, looks and smell very undesirable, filty. No heat , was broken, bed spread was very dirty and ripped with burn holes,.room was very cold do to broken heat .i had to asked for refund and left.

This place is very run down. We did not feel safe at all and the disgusting room added to it. Go to the room and before we get in noticed the screening was cut and window open/broken. Anyone could get in! II attached picture of it here. Room smell was overwhelming; it was very dark and hot. Beds looked unclean with burns & stains. Bathroom moldy & burns. Mini fridge damaged. We were horrified. The outside was run down. It appeared that people lived there and some unsavory people lurking around. Restaurant there had a door wide open to a very messy area. There was a bag of onions sitting on the floor and nothing stopping the bugs from going in. Desk clerk was not nice. He demanded both our ID's, which I thought unusual and has never been requested of us before, but ok. We had checked out within 5 minutes, and he questioned why.. My first and foremost issue was our safety in an unsecured room! The filth and disgust and unsavory people added to it. He didn't care at all and offered no resolution. Note, there is only one picture of hotel! I didn't notice that upon booking. Now I know why. Never has this ever happened where the hotel was so bad, that we left not staying one night. Very sad and deceitful on their part. Never again with this franchise.

This hotel wasn't fancy but after a long day drive it was comfortable. The check in host was pleasant, the room was newly remodeled, but it was on a noisy street. For only one night it was good a good place to stay.

The room was clean and the area was quiet all I needed was a place to sleep for a couple nights while I visited family and this place was good for that. My only real complaint would be that the temp outside was hot and the AC in the room was not turned on so to start out room was a little stuffy.

Shower had no pressure sink knob was falling off the cable tv didnt work for the 2 days we were there. Even had someone come look at in on the first night. They couldn't fix it. But the hotel was clean and staff was nice

My Family stayed 7 days the door key had to be changed at least 6 times.You get a new key at night leave for work in the morning return to the hotel and the key does not work. Went to the office to get new key that didn't work had to go back again to get a3 rd key finally worked. They did come and brought new towels and emptied trash cans Twice in a week.I asked for trash bags and purchased my own towels on the days it wasn't provided.

I got a remodel room which was very nice. Only issue I encountered when checking in the lady at front desk wanted took a copy of my credit card when I asked why she did that the reply was in case they had to charge anything extra. Seems to me like at any moment someone’s info will be easily stolen. The card information should already be in the system it makes no sense for them to want to keep a copy of it. Besides that my stay was good. I do recommend it just be careful when it comes to your personal information

Gal working check in was extremely rude. Wouldnt accept husbands id, kept saying it was expired. Then was using his middle name and said there wasnt any reservations by that name. Told her to use the correct last name and wanted another name for reservations.

I didn’t even stay! After checking in, I went to dinner. Upon returning to the hotel, I could not get into the room. It was after 11:00 pm and there was no one at the front office, so I had to keave. I expect a refund!

They “couldnt” find my booking and when I fist pulled up to check in the staff was c”cleaning “ the rooms and not changing the bedding throwing shower curtains ón in he fence and then thanking them back in the room and the lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE

Our room was spacious and clean. The tap water was pleasant to drink (forgot a water bottle). The staff were very nice and friendly. The Namaste restaurant attached to the property was absolutely delicious. We'd definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed for tonight during his tournaments. It's not super clean but it's really acceptable and much better than other similar hotels. It wasn't included breakfast but I'm happy for that because many of hotels that offer break fast it just junk. Coffee and tea was available all the time fridge was very good in the room and also coffee maker and microwave were clean I didn't see anything that makes me bad feeling. I like it I didn't feel any bad smell inside the room or even with the beds or pillows.

First, know that there are two Red Carpet Inns in Lancaster. We just googled the name and ended up at the wrong one. The check-in person there acted like it happened all the time. Actually came out to the car after I walked out to warn about the other Red Carpet Inn. Told me to check their reviews before going over. Out of the two, I actually thought this one looked better than the other. There was some people that appeared to be living in the motel. They were out and about on the balcony and parking lot later than normal. We did not feel unsafe in the environment though. Very well lit parking lot. The room was as expected for the price. Clean and suitable for an overnight stay. Pool was closed for "repairs" and breakfast area was still closed because of "Covid". Wondering when hotels are going to stop using this as an excuse for limiting amenities.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this hotel. We rented 3 rooms. All were dirty, hair in the showers, stuffy, smelling bad. Poor condition, doors were peeling, rusty. Bad lighting. Air conditioning remote taped to keep batteries from falling off. No breakfast available, just coffee machine and cream.

It was a last minute trip on a budget! I know what you pay for you get well in this case I didn’t! I really only chose it for the free breakfast for my children and when I got up in the morning to go get the breakfast they said we don’t serve breakfast since Covid but yet they still advertise it as though they did!!! the bathroom was disgusting. All we did was come to sleep and leave!!!!

Front desk polite & helpful. Room had issues. Bathroom old, cracked and stained. Spicket leaked. Bright light from porch was not lockable with curtains. “Looks like daytime mommy” at midnight says my child. Floor needed swept. Hair ball on floor

The room was okay, except had a dead bug in the shower and air conditioner was noisy and didn't work well. The neighboring room were loud and making loud noises all night. Office staff were okay, not real friendly. Probably will not stay there again.

Staff was friendly but the room and facility could use an update. The AC worked so that was a plus but there was only a shower, the floors were newer but we're dirty and the paint touchups could of been better. Everything in the bathroom was rusted due to the moisture and not proper ventilation. The pool was cemented over as well.

The property was so bad we chose not to stay, even if it meant we would not get a refund. The pool has been filled in with concrete, the room was horrificly unmaintained with boards popping up from the floor and held down with duct tape, mold on the ceiling, and sheets and pillow cases that were visibly stained and filthy looking. The listing was grievously misleading. Thankfully, the hotel staff was extremely understanding and gave us a refund, which was greatly appreciated.
