This property honest truth the staff is absolutely wonderful the only thing I say about this property this hotel is that it needs a lot of upgrades.. more love and tender care for the price I paid it wasn't bad to stay there. It was a little bit inconvenience I had to do my laundry in a laundromat because theirs was broken.. everything you want is right in front of you to a lot of restaurants that's also two theme parks like literally 5 minutes away .I give it three and a half Stars. Literally literally everything's around the hotel it's a lot of shopping plaza's and the best part of it that I enjoy the most it's a lot of outlets

When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed due to filter problems. (We were glad they were honest about that, actually, but it was never fixed...) The ad promises breakfast but didn't mention only on the weekends. The hallway smelled because the trash was right outside the hallway door and was open, and cigarette smell lingered. The rugs in the hallway were filthy. The stairs were filthy and missing treads. The room itself was clean but needed a new paint job. (The picture on the left is NOT what the rooms looked like.) The walls are paper thin - so don't expect any privacy, if you catch my drift. Overall, not a family friendly environment.

Building in need of painting in several locations, especially the elevator interior. Old, dirty chairs placed outside elevator as a rest nook, very unappealing. Room was nicely appointed, beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in room, very nice. Bathroom very clean.

Not fond of the outdoor access walkway setup but otherwise it was a good experience. No more fitness room, no more breakfast........why? Those things are important when previously advertised.

We had to leave shortly after checking in. I may have been naive to think Red Roof Inn would be an acceptable “budget” option for my family, but I realized my mistake as soon as we arrived. The room reeked so strongly it gave my wife and I an instant headache. The sheets were thin, itchy, and had cigarette burns, as did the floor. The surfaces were grimy with visible buildup. Outside, there were groups of people lingering that added to an overall sense of unease. Maybe a single guy could rough it for a short night, but Red Roof Inn is never for children. We left about 15 minutes after checking in because I wasn’t willing to subject my family to those conditions. I’m hoping for a refund.

We checked into our room and it should have been condemned. The ceiling was literally falling down (plaster crumbling and buckling), dead flies/bugs everywhere, smelled like urine, and black mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling. I asked for another room and they could not accommodate me, and gave me a refund. I asked if they have inspected the room and took pictures to show them and they could not have cared less - told me “it was housekeepings job to ensure rooms were upkept”. The manager was hiding behind the desk and wouldn’t come out and told the gentleman at the front desk to tell me that she had to leave any minute so if I wanted a refund I had to decide that minute, which I gladly took. Stay far away

The room was dirty especially the wall towel in the bathroom which had mold on it the white towels in the bathroom were dingy with the spots on them when I got up to go to the bathroom early morning there was a roach crawling around I took pictures and videos to substantiate this the night before I called the front desk clerk named Tammy and she informed me that management wouldn't be available until 10:00 the next day the only convenient thing about this Motel is it's proximity to Golden Corral i and Texas Roadhouse I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to uncleanness.

The property and rooms were very dirty and dated. Some updates were or are being made piece by piece. Wouldnt dare take a shower, dirty and yellowed shower curtain. The blow dryer was very dated and yellowed! Outlets were very old and yellowed! Wash cloth had black mascara and make up staines on it. Wall by the bed was very dirty and or badly stained. The air-conditioned unit still had plastic on the cord but it was caked with dirty dust. The sheets were clean. Very loud and continuous traffic going into Texas Road House. The elevator was very scarry.The concrete outside needs to really be power washed! IT'S BLACK! I was ready to go sleep in my truck. Overall was a bad stay! Very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe! Asked for a receipt at check out and the gentleman said he couldnt give me one. Was glad was just passing thru town and didnt stay more than a night. Wyndham puts their name on this?! I can not believe it! Who makes up these reviews? Totally off on this property!!!

The place was terrible and rundown. The room they gave me had broken toilet seat hinge, broken paper towel holder, ice cream puddle in refrigerator, food stains on night stands and table tops, sticky surfaces. I was bitten awake at 2am by bed bugs and I killed 2 big ones with a lot of my blood on the sheets. I was bitten over 10 times. I called the front desk & requested a new double room, but was given a handicap room. So I took it. If it wasn't so late I would have left. I was itching all night & have photos of red marks on my legs. The hotel never contacted me after my bed bug complaint.

Property was in a conveient area located close to my engaement for that evening. I did not liek that the bedsheets were abit dingy with noticeable stains. Also it was very noisy as room location was on the highway side. the doors are not much sound proff for outside noise.

Its definitely starting to show its age. But given I was there for a convention, it served as a cheap option. Would stay there again based on price point.

The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room, at first glance appeared clean but I noted some mold on the grout in the shower. The tub itself did appear to be clean. The room also had a slight odor (old smell). The tv's were very small for the rooms (definitely not the size shown in the room pictures on the web) and there weren't many stations on the cable tv. The major issue with the room was our door. Since this hotels rooms open to the outside, our door appeared to have been kicked in at one time and did not latch/lock completely. You could see daylight coming in which also allowed the cold air and exhaust fume from the motorcycles parked outside our door. We stayed here as the normal hotel we like to stay was booked. The hotel served its purpose and again the beds were extremely comfortable but we have crossed this chain off our list.

The room was okay except for a leak from the upper floor in our bathroom. The staff moved us to another room. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were way too thin for comfort, leading to a poor night's sleep.

The refrigerator would freeze your food and drink to it was frozen, the wall plug didn't really work good...and the t.v remote control didn't work we had to use the t.v but overall everything else was good..would stay there again ,i see they are doing some upgrades on the place so i will give it time...will be back in the future the staff were very nice...

This hotel is older and needs some updating. The hand rail in the shower in our room was broken and hanging off the wall. The room was clean and the furniture in the room was clean but well used. There is construction at the hotel so maybe room upgrades are coming? The hotel is close to everything and you can walk to Texas Roadhouse, IHop and Applebees. I would stay again.

The room had amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, safe, hair dryer, iron. The mattress was terrible. The bathroom was small. The wraparound terrace walkway was noisy, there towels were too small, there was only one small bed sheet and cover for two people.

The stay was ok, however there were several issues that were problems. 1. There isn't a phone in the room. So you cannot call the front desk. I used my cell to look up the phone number of the Red Roof I was staying at. However, when I dialed the number I was redirected to reservations. This is not acceptable when you need to talk to the Desk manager. 2. The fire alarm went off at 8pm. No emergency vehicles showed up and after 15 min the alarm stopped. Only to start / start for the next hour before management finally resolved whatever the issue was. 3. The room has mold behind the door. So it's hidden when the door is open but you can see it when the door is closed. I noticed that the entire wall "felt" wet. I've taken pictures and attached them here. I did try and notify the Desk Manager, but no phone to call and a visit to the front desk found it abandoned. I waited for over ten minutes for the Desk Manager to return. They never did. 4. While watching any channel the TV screen would go black for 20 sec while it "Searching for HDMI.." this would occur any time the TV was on and had a frequency in every 30 sec to every 2 minutes. Again no Desk Manager to ask for a repair.

The check in associate was angry that the dog was not on the listing. Asked for a $150.00 security fee in cash. Told me that once they look into the room AFTER checkout, and it's acceptable I would get a cash refund for the deposit.

I did not like that the hotel requires a 150 dollar cash only refundable deposit. Guests should be informed of the policy prior to arrival, i cant imagine many people carry that much cash anymore and of course the ATM in the lobby charges a 3 or 4 dollar fee. The ATM machine only gave 20s, so I ended up giving the employee 160 dollars for the refundable depositt, because she didnt have change, eventhough they are charging everyone cash. all very weird and suspect.

It’s not a flashy or extended stay type of property…needed 1 night and it was okay. However, with much needed property renovations, it was manageable for the night. Th front desk rep., Tammy was awesome!!! Very friendly, professional, informative and kind. She actually made my stay here……Great!!!

My vehicle mirror was knocked off and my car was parked right in front and Red roof would not let me speak to a manager so now I'm stuck paying for a new mirror for my vehicle poor customer service first and last time that I visit Red roof.

We waited 20 minutes at the front desk to check in because there was no one there. It says it's a non-smoking property, but smelled of smoke. Was told, "some people don't listen and there is nothing we can do"

Great stay for the night! Check in/out was easy, pool looked wonderful, no noisy neighbors, everyone was friendly, and so many food choices to walk to! It was a short walk to Dutch Wonderland which is why we stayed here, the path there was quick and for the price it was a great deal! It is pet friendly so there was dog hair in our room (we didn’t bring a dog , but we didn’t mind) The only cons were that there was some type of dried food or something down one wall , the outlets on the lights and night stand didn’t work, and there was no way to adjust the volume on the TV remote! Regardless of the few cons we will definitely stay here again, it wasn’t anything that was a deal breaker! For the price and location it was great! Our kids had so much fun and they were happy so were we! Thanks for a great stay and we will be back!

During our stay the fire alarm kept sounding off for over an hour till they were able to get it disabled. Upon reservations we were told this place had a breakfast available for people staying there. The breakfast is not available and has not been available since covid. Please remove that from your records.

When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed due to filter problems. (We were glad they were honest about that, actually, but it was never fixed...) The ad promises breakfast but didn't mention only on the weekends. The hallway smelled because the trash was right outside the hallway door and was open, and cigarette smell lingered. The rugs in the hallway were filthy. The stairs were filthy and missing treads. The room itself was clean but needed a new paint job. (The picture on the left is NOT what the rooms looked like.) The walls are paper thin - so don't expect any privacy, if you catch my drift. Overall, not a family friendly environment.

I have been coming to this establishment for well over 10 years. I've gone thru several company and name changes over the years. The location is the main reason I've gone back. Even when service and other issues arise I seem to gravitate back to this hotel. However, this last visit may be the one to break my back. My stay was three nights. There were two concerns I noted to the desk attendant. One was the AC. It worked and cooled the room but, the unit definitely had mechanical issues. The noise when the unit turned on rose 23db levels. Sounded like a wind turbine. I took a sound meter and measured 60db to 83db with the AC off vs on. The AC was so loud it woke us up several times during the night. The soap dispenser was broken and liquid soap flooded the sink. The desk attendant informed me that in-room service must be requested every morning. I did this. First day when we made it back to the room and all was fine. Second day when we returned to the room nothing had been done. I went to the desk to report this and get clean towels. The Desk attendant argued with me stating that the room had been cleaned because it was check marked on her paper. When I invited her to come look for herself she became very agitated and accused me of yelling at her. I immediately realized she was looking for a fight and then requested the towels which I received and left the desk area. Terrible service. Will call the property manager tomorrow.

While not the worst hotel we have stayed at, this hotel could stand some updating. The rooms were ok but finding useable outlets for a cpap machine took some creativity. We do carry an extension terminal strip just in case.
