Embassy Suites Louisville East

Rooms were clean, pool looked nice but we didn't go into the pool during our stay, lastly the breakfast needs to be better. Breakfast at other Embassy hotels are usually pretty good.

Room was clean and comfortable, loved the staff very friendly. Very kid friendly.

The front desk staff was incompetent at check-in. He failed to answer simple questions about whether or not our room was located near the elevator. Then he went to the back to check and was gone for several minutes. I had to go knock on the door where he had entered to get a response from him, even then he’s still not could not give me a valid answer. Also, we asked for a late check out and it was denied.

Great staff! Very clean room! Very welcoming !

Room was nice, woman at checkout was nice and helpful. No complaints.
