The hotel is beautiful and ideally positioned with panoramic views, Ondine serves excellent food, the bar is cosy with great cocktails but what sets Seaton House apart from other quality hotels in St Andrews is the attention to detail, exceptional service and incredible team of staff that all make you feel very special. It’s gone straight to the top of our list of favourite hotels. Well done to the whole team!

We had a lovely time in a fabulous hotel. A huge upgrade on The Scores. At the work has been carried out to the highest standards. The staff were very attentive, the room was excellent, the shower was amazing, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was perfect.

An amazing experience at this property. The staff was spot on! Parking is a challenge and they knew exactly how to solve for it. The breakfast was very good and the views magnificent. We hope to return soon!

Though the hotel was not busy, we were put in what could only be described as a tiny children’s adjoining room, with a window so covered in bird poo it was impossible to see out of! Not what I have come to expect from a luxury hotel.

Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff. Hotel was immaculate, staff were immaculate and I really can’t fault them at all. Looking forward to a return trip soon

The location is amazing, across from the water and the links. The bar and restaurant were great, good food and drinks, although a bit pricey. Love the welcome drink and tour. Didn't use the gym, but it looks very nice. We borrowed the bikes to ride around the beach and there was someone on hand to tune them up for us quickly. Our only issue was that our laundry seemed to get misplaced for a bit and we didn't get it within 24 hours. Otherwise it was seemless and super lovely.
