Costa Divina LV 62 by Kivoya

Firstly it’s advertised at beachfront however the particular unit we were in was on a golf course with no beach view. In fact most properties don’t have much beach depending on the tide. The complex itself was nice and a nice pool, safe and secure. The unit we were in has so much potential yet fell short on the finish work and ceiling flaking in the living area. Even had roaches crawling around in the evenings. We unfortunately had no power most of our stay so had us relocated to a different unit closer to downtown. Would we stay again? Maybe, if it were actually a beach front unit. Hopefully power to. No power no AC, no water etc. We learnt the hard way and wasn’t able to do much of anything there. Wasn’t the hosts fault for the outage, but nothing was ever communicated or checked in with us to explain what was going on so that was disappointing. We couldn’t do anything not even cook. You also need a key to open or lock every door! Including bedrooms and bathrooms from both sides. Weird I must say
