Frokosten var bra. Jeg har ikke benyttet bassenget, men var litt overrasket over at jeg måtte betale 275 kr for å bruke det. Trodde det var inkludert i prisen.

Hotelværelset var virkelig godt, med en komfortabel dobbeltseng og en komfortabel dobbelt sovesofa. Der var god plads til fire personer. Og der var lunt og godt redt op, så selv om det var koldt udenfor, var det fint inde. Dog var det lidt problematisk at sovesofa og spisekøkken var i samme rum uden afskærmning, da den som skulle ligge i sovesofaen ikke kunne komme i seng, før de to andre var gået ind på soveværelset. Det havde været fint, om der havde været et kort over hotellet og lidt information inde på værelset, f.eks. om samtalerum/stue i underetagen. Der var kaffe og te på værelset og en kaffe- og kakaoautomat ved indgangen. Det eneste, der tæller ned, er den mangelfulde information: 1) Det var vanskeligt at finde hotellet. Der var skiltning til en parkeringsplads, men derfra så man bare hospitalsbygninger og bygninger uden skiltning. Hotellet er den orange bygning til højre på parkeringspladsen, og for at finde indgangen og hotelnavnet, må man gå rundt om bygningen, hvor indgangen er på højre side. 2) Swimmingpoolen var lukket på grund af ombygning. Det den var en vigtig grund til at vi valgte dette hotel, havde det været fint, om det havde stået på hotellets hjemmeside at der ikke var adgang til swimmingpool. Alt i alt var det et godt hotel, og selvbetjeningsløsningen fungerede fint: Man går ind ad den åbne yderdør og kommer ind til en automat. Her tjekker man ind og scanner dørkort, som herefter fungerer fint til værelset. Selve hotellet var hyggeligt.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable, the dinner very, very good and the spa was outstanding. We even had a view from our room. I would definitely recommend it, short stay or long stay.

Disappointing Experience at a “Spa” Hotel As someone who travels extensively across Europe, staying in hotels nearly half the month, I have certain expectations when a property brands itself as a “spa hotel.” Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short. Firstly, I was shocked to find that access to the spa—one of the main selling points of the property—was not included in the price. Charging extra for the spa seems not only counterintuitive but also misleading. For a hotel that positions itself as a spa destination, this is highly disappointing and unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere. The rooms themselves lacked basic amenities you’d expect even in a standard hotel, let alone one marketed as upscale. There were no bedside table lamps, facial tissues, or luggage racks. These omissions significantly detracted from the comfort and practicality of the stay. Overall, this property does not justify its branding or price point. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for the comfort and luxury typically associated with a spa hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive.

The apartment was clean and spacious but not many places for clothes ( no drawers just 6 hangers on a rack), also the hob didn’t work and a few things needed attention ( lamps on the table but no batteries in them) dirty wash clothes etc. it could be a lovely apartment but it needs a bit more TLC. There is a nice hot tub you can rent and they give you robes etc but it is costly to rent. No pool as it is in renovation. Coffee machine free in foyer is a nice touch. There is a reception but this is not like a hotel at all. One girl (who did the morning shift) was always helpful but other than that the staff were uninterested. They won’t call a restaurant for you or look anything up. In hindsight we wished we had stayed in the town in a hotel - we wouldn’t return to this property

Beim Frühstück war alles Warme kalt und alles Kalte warm. Mitarbeiter dort aber nett. Es gab auch nur Brot und keine Brötchen und täglich das Selbe. Am Empfang wurde man nichtmal begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein und lieblos eingerichtet. Der Spa kostet extra und auch nicht gerade wenig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings geht es recht steil hinauf, bei Schnee und Eis nicht zu unterschätzen. Das Zentrum und Busse sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.

Very nice surprise - comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in good price. Amazing spa, big gym, swimminpool with hot water. Great restaurant on the last floor. Only one kilometer from city centre, you can easily walk to Polaria or any other museum. This hotel is one of the hidden pearls of Tromsø, do not miss it.

Reception staff were excellent. So lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. The spa facilities and amenities were excellent, pool was incredible, super relaxing. Great location, really convenient. Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 was that the shower gel wasn't replenished during the daily clean.

Great hotel with a very central location. Clean public areas and the room was cleaned daily and towels changed, although they didn’t make the beds which was a bit disappointing considering the price paid. The amenities in the room were good with a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, clean and new crockery and cooking utensils. The only key thing missing was an iron and ironing board that are not provided. You are able to borrow one from the communal laundry area situated in the hotel but these are limited (we only saw 2 available) and that was a bit of a faff considering the other more non-essential items provided in the rooms, such as a coffee machine. It's clear that they are still undergoing some renovations at this property as the curtains in the room were not large enough to cover the whole window which was annoying. Fortunately in December there is only brief daylight but it could be a problem in the summer months. A very easy and simple issue for them to fix. The hotel itself was quiet but on two occasions, late at night, we could hear the guests in the room above us which disturbed us a little. The beds were comfortable but the duvets used on them were two single duvets, instead of one suitably sized duvet to cover the whole bed. Again, a small issue that some attention to detail would fix. One other issue were the window handles, some appeared to be sprained which made opening and closing the window very difficult. Overall a good 7/10 from us.

Beautiful place to stay. Especially not allowing pets, which is hard to find, because of my allergy. Clean, quiet, safe. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in the city

Hotel disorganizzato, con personale non all’altezza delle normali aspettative di un viaggiatore. La prima notte per un problema tecnico non avevamo la camera prenotata e non sapevano dirci in quanto tempo sarebbe venuta pronta nei giorni successivi. Ci hanno messo in una standard room microscopica. Non ci hanno aiutato con la prenotazione del taxi, non ci hanno pulito la camera se non il terzo giorno (dietro continue segnalazioni). In camera non avevamo nemmeno l’armadio, quindi vestiti in valigia per 4 giorni. Vivamente sconsigliato.

Muy buena ubicación, hotel seguro, con café y lavandería 24hrs Gratis. Caminando llegas al centro. No te limpian la hab durante la estancia y hab con poca iluminación y huele a drenaje. Su personal muy amable.

Le ou les cuisiniers sont très bons, cela ne fait aucun doute par contre attendre 3/4 d’heure pour une salade et 2 burgers alors qu’il n’y a que 10 personnes à servir dans la salle, ce n’est pas normal et c’est sans compter une erreur de commande et l’un des plat servi froid… Quelques petites réparations un peu partout dans l’hôtel font également baisser un peu la note.

Aurora borealis can be viewed from sea view room windows in this hotel on clear nights. We saw it 3 nights in a row better than the freezing chase. You just have to know the signs and time.

Overall solid stay. Room was a bit small, but still comfortable. Also the breakfast was fantastic - one of the best we had during our time in Norway.

The hotel is located centrally in Tromsø and easy to reach by a 10 minute buS drive from the airport. We booked a suite which was very comfortable with a lot of space, a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff was very friendly and the dining room for breakfast and dinner has a phenomenal view around Tromsø. The only things that were from our perspective not meeting our expectations for the price was the breakfast and the spa. The breakfast is totally fine but with just a small selection and no offers like cappuccino or other coffee options than filter coffee. The spa was included within the price of the suite. If we would have paid the original fee via booking it wouldn’t be worth the price for us. There is only one steam sauna and one hot tube which is not enough for this price.

We truly loved our stay at Enter St Elisabeth. The hotel was clean and modern, with snacks available for purchase in the room. We stayed in a suite, which included a kitchen, living room, a bathroom separate from the bedroom, and even a pullout sofa bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to spend our entire vacation exploring on foot. The front desk team was fantastic, offering great service throughout our stay. On our last night, after an aurora tour, we returned to the hotel around 3:30 am and found ourselves locked out. Although this wasn’t ideal, the after-hours staff responded quickly, coming right over to let us in. His promptness and willingness to help made it just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Good location, easy bus 42 very close. Quiet place, nice walks possible to the South coast. Supermarket very close to the hotel. Breakfast is enjoyable, staff is friendly and helpful. No reception at night. Overall I recommend this hotel even though it is not to be compared with other 4-star hitels Ive stayed at (less facilities and amenities, bedrooms lack bedlamps, no safe in the rooms, no toaster, only one washing machine for the whole hotel, the SPA and swimming pool are charged, the entrance definitely needs refreshing and a sign to inform guests would be welcome. Good hotel, I would come back with pleasure.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was great and even the welcome gift in the room of a bar of excellent Norwegian chocolate. Spa was great as was the buffet breakfast and dinner. I would recommend it and Tromso to anyone looking for a great holiday.

We had a late check-in and the system worked perfectly, as did the taxi collection service. We wanted the view of Tromso and the tranquility and enjoyed the short walk into the centre. We would definitely return.

This place is highly recommended! An old building has been renovated with good taste and the suites are really nice, spacious and modern. The staff is super nice and international and atmosphere is very cosy and inviting. Breakfast (with a view :)) is all you can ask for and the gym downstairs is very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city which is perfectly OK and a small market is nearby. The only thing to hope for is AC, especially the restaurant / breakfast room was pretty warm. Thanks for everything, we'll be coming back!

Ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Ausblick über Tromsø. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Küche Wohn / Esszimmer ein Schlafzimmer und einem grossen Bad. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Es ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums.

Hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Leider gab es beim Frühstück nicht jeden Tag vegane/vegetarische Alternativen.
