Clean room,clean lobby,clean breakfast area.food was good for hotel food.staff was on point. Hotel seemed full but was handled well by staff.and from 5 pm to 8 pm free ice cream.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean and welcoming, with a pleasant fragrance in the lobby. Amy made check-in quick and easy. Our handicap-accessible room was spacious and well designed, with grab bars in the bathroom for safety and a very comfortable bed. The staff greeted us warmly at breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Williamsburg.

Perfect location in Williamsburg. Clean room, glad it was a suite with a sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful.
