We had an excellent stay especially because of the outstanding staff - Kunal helped us out so much nothing was too much trouble so professional and when we needed some medical help amazing and very grateful. Sara was also so lovely and we really enjoyed the spa services. If staying in this area this hotel is an excellent choice.

TLDR: GO! I originally booked the Taj in Candolim, which honestly left a lot to be desired. I stayed one night and immediately moved to the Hyatt and wow… what a difference. From the second I arrived, Along at the front desk and Nok at the lobby bar were super warm and welcoming. It set the tone for the whole stay. There are a ton of little touches that make this place feel special. Great poolside service, killer king prawns from the BBQ, and genuinely friendly staff everywhere you go. At night, the DJ and the fire pit by the pool were such a vibe. The location is perfect too. You’re super close to the chaos of Tito’s Lane, but once you’re inside the hotel it feels calm and relaxed. Best of both worlds. Also, the bar program is legit for a hotel. Actual craft cocktails, not just the usual watered-down classics you expect at a resort bar. I travel a lot for work and personal trips and I’m usually a Hilton guy, but this place seriously impressed me from start to finish. Shoutout to the team because the service really made the stay. Jeevan, Abhi, Nok, and Akash at the lobby bar were awesome (I definitely spent too much time there), and Sitanshu at the pool bar made bomb mojitos with a smile. Srilekha at the front desk was also super helpful and friendly. If you want something affordable, high quality, and right in the middle of everything, this is the move. I'm not sure when I'll be back in Goa but this will undoubtedly be my go to.

As we got closer to the Baga beach area I was a little apprehensive about what/where I'd booked. Outside the hotel, as with most of India, the area is hectic and noisy but on entering the gates we were delighted to find a calm and well run property. The pool area was lovely and the gardens meticulously maintained. We had a nice room with a very comfortable bed and decent walk in shower. The food options throughout the day were great. Plenty on offer at breakfast and a wide choice of Indian and 'western' food during the day - including a wood fired oven for delicious pizzas. The hotel staff were superb - helping us seemlessly with a medical issue that needed the hotel doctor. Everyone was so kind and professional. Great stay!

Super leuk, modern & mooi hotel. Ik heb vooraf al contact gehad om mijn vervoer te regelen, zodat ik werd opgehaald op de airport. Vooraf wisten ze dus ookal wie ik was. Aangekomen bij het hotel kreeg ik een heerlijke shot, die perfect was na mijne lange trip! Ik was meteen wakker. Eigenlijk moest ik 6 uur wachten om in te checken, maar gelukkig hadden ze een andere kamer vrij en heb ik een upgrade met pool-view gedaan waar ik meteen in mijn kamer kon! De pool-view kamer is perfect als je wilt genieten wat het muziek en alles wat er rondom het zwembad gebeurt. Het personeel was altijd aardig en vriendelijk en regelde eigenlijk altijd wel meteen alles wat ik nodig had. De ligging was in de avond wat minder, aangezien ik een vrouw was en alleen. Ik liet mij dus altijd overal brengen met de hotel taxi, die kwam mij dan ook weer ophalen op locatie. Een tophotel en ervaring! Zeker een aanrader.

Had a wonderful stay at The Ronil Hyatt. Staff were awesome and the service was very personalised to our needs. The high quality of service starts at the very top with Jagruti, the Manager of the property. She was warm and incredibly professional. Eze, the restaurant manager is quite simply an amazing human, incredibly warm and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He went out of his way to ensure his wonderful team gave us the best service possible. BK in housekeeping was very attentive to our room needs and Akhilesh, our chauffeur for airport pickup and drop was so good that we also used him for a half day tour. All in all, a fantastic vacation thanks to a wonderful hotel team!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for my family. Though we were quite satisfied with the amenities, there were quite a few things which could certainly be improved. Room was bit small for the amount charged. Service and cleanliness could also be improved a bit.

I loved staying here! Really nice vibe and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing with a proper duvet and a comfortable mattress. Can be a little noisy depending on where your room is - maybe best to check before if its important to you. My room was in one of the back buildings so it was fine. I wish i was staying longer!

Aangekomen bij het hotel kreeg ik een heerlijke shot, die perfect was na mijne lange trip! Ik was meteen wakker. Eigenlijk moest ik 6 uur wachten om in te checken, maar gelukkig hadden ze een andere kamer vrij en heb ik een upgrade met pool-view gedaan waar ik meteen in mijn kamer kon! De pool-view kamer is perfect als je wilt genieten wat het muziek en alles wat er rondom het zwembad gebeurt. Het personeel was altijd aardig en vriendelijk en regelde eigenlijk altijd wel meteen alles wat ik nodig had. De ligging was in de avond wat minder, aangezien ik een vrouw was en alleen. Ik liet mij dus altijd overal brengen met de hotel taxi, die kwam mij dan ook weer ophalen op locatie. Een tophotel en ervaring! Zeker een aanrader.

If you do not go to bed before midnight then this is a good place. It is clean and although the room is a bit small it is adequate. BUT the loud thump thump dance music at the pool does not end until 11 or 12 at night every night which can make sleeping before that time nigh impossible. That kind of ruined it for me.

Location near the food places. The rooms were small which I prefer big rooms. The rains have affected the building. I notice one floor was flooded with water. Overall its good place. Not so crowded

We had an excellent stay especially because of the outstanding staff - Kunal helped us out so much nothing was too much trouble so professional and when we needed some medical help amazing and very grateful. Sara was also so lovely and we really enjoyed the spa services. If staying in this area this hotel is an excellent choice.

TLDR: GO! I originally booked the Taj in Candolim, which honestly left a lot to be desired. I stayed one night and immediately moved to the Hyatt and wow… what a difference. From the second I arrived, Along at the front desk and Nok at the lobby bar were super warm and welcoming. It set the tone for the whole stay. There are a ton of little touches that make this place feel special. Great poolside service, killer king prawns from the BBQ, and genuinely friendly staff everywhere you go. At night, the DJ and the fire pit by the pool were such a vibe. The location is perfect too. You’re super close to the chaos of Tito’s Lane, but once you’re inside the hotel it feels calm and relaxed. Best of both worlds. Also, the bar program is legit for a hotel. Actual craft cocktails, not just the usual watered-down classics you expect at a resort bar. I travel a lot for work and personal trips and I’m usually a Hilton guy, but this place seriously impressed me from start to finish. Shoutout to the team because the service really made the stay. Jeevan, Abhi, Nok, and Akash at the lobby bar were awesome (I definitely spent too much time there), and Sitanshu at the pool bar made bomb mojitos with a smile. Great food, breakfast buffet was amazing! Their massage center was top notch, both me and my wife got the 60-min massage twice. Certain staff were not attentive at all. Didn’t get the luggage to room for an hour after 2 calls and had to walk to the front desk to get it. Got a wrong order at the restaurant, forgot wake up call for our 430AM flight leaving Goa, and also messed up final billing. Then the cab we booked through the hotel to the airport was late by 15 minutes. Didn't allow us to enter the pool because my wife didn't have swimming costume, but is something we never were told in advance (we live in the US and are used to wearing whatever is comfortable, and not obscene clothing) and there was no facility onsite to rent costumes. The staff was never able to articulate rules properly and how to work with rules.

Had a wonderful stay at The Ronil Hyatt. Staff were awesome and the service was very personalised to our needs. The high quality of service starts at the very top with Jagruti, the Manager of the property. She was warm and incredibly professional. Eze, the restaurant manager is quite simply an amazing human, incredibly warm and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He went out of his way to ensure his wonderful team gave us the best service possible. BK in housekeeping was very attentive to our room needs and Akhilesh, our chauffeur for airport pickup and drop was so good that we also used him for a half day tour. All in all, a fantastic vacation thanks to a wonderful hotel team!

As we got closer to the Baga beach area I was a little apprehensive about what/where I'd booked. Outside the hotel, as with most of India, the area is hectic and noisy but on entering the gates we were delighted to find a calm and well run property. The pool area was lovely and the gardens meticulously maintained. We had a nice room with a very comfortable bed and decent walk in shower. The food options throughout the day were great. Plenty on offer at breakfast and a wide choice of Indian and 'western' food during the day - including a wood fired oven for delicious pizzas. The hotel staff were superb - helping us seemlessly with a medical issue that needed the hotel doctor. Everyone was so kind and professional. Great stay!

宿泊施設やプール、バーなどはHyattが運営しているので、さすがのクオリティだと思いました。一方で、空港まで戻るタクシーをホテルまで呼んでもらいましたが、行きに自分で手配したものより値段が高く、且つ車種も日本でいう軽自動車のようなものが手配され、ベストプライスだと強調されましたが納得感がありませんでした。タクシーは、専用のアプリで政府指定のレートが表示されますのでそちらを参照、使用された方が良いと思います。

The hotel is nice, clean and new but located in a cheap area with bad entertainment options (Baga area). Unfortunately, the local taxi situation is inconvenient as app-based services like GoaMiles aren’t available. The cocktails and food at the hotel are good. The staff is attentive and even allowed a late checkout by one hour, which was appreciated. However, the rooms are quite small, and my room often had a mold smell. On a positive note, the pool area is well-maintained and enjoyable.

The staff were very efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure. However, the surrounding area was not very clean or easy to walk around. Guests also need to arrange private taxis—either on their own or through the hotel—if they want to visit places like Old Goa or the beaches in South Goa. In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests.
