De loin le meilleur hôtel d’Inde que nous ayons fait. Hyper bien situé, l’accueil est super on vous présente l’ensemble des service à l’arrivée. Afin de ne pas sentir l’attente de l’enregistrement on vous offre des petits shooters. Piscine chauffée et accessible jusque très tard la nuit et ouverte tôt. Idéale. Buffet de petit déjeuner vraiment bien avec plat à la demande. Les équipes sont aux petits soins et s’assurent que tout est parfait. Il vont jusqu’à demander à la cuisine de préparer sur mesure des plats pour vous pour vous faire découvrir des plats au petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont neuves et grandes, nettoyée tous les jours. Nous sommes sur du standard occidental. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande

The staff were very efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure. However, the surrounding area was not very clean or easy to walk around. Guests also need to arrange private taxis—either on their own or through the hotel—if they want to visit places like Old Goa or the beaches in South Goa. In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests.

TLDR: GO! I originally booked the Taj in Candolim, which honestly left a lot to be desired. I stayed one night and immediately moved to the Hyatt and wow… what a difference. From the second I arrived, Along at the front desk and Nok at the lobby bar were super warm and welcoming. It set the tone for the whole stay. There are a ton of little touches that make this place feel special. Great poolside service, killer king prawns from the BBQ, and genuinely friendly staff everywhere you go. At night, the DJ and the fire pit by the pool were such a vibe. The location is perfect too. You’re super close to the chaos of Tito’s Lane, but once you’re inside the hotel it feels calm and relaxed. Best of both worlds. Also, the bar program is legit for a hotel. Actual craft cocktails, not just the usual watered-down classics you expect at a resort bar. I travel a lot for work and personal trips and I’m usually a Hilton guy, but this place seriously impressed me from start to finish. Shoutout to the team because the service really made the stay. Jeevan, Abhi, Nok, and Akash at the lobby bar were awesome (I definitely spent too much time there), and Sitanshu at the pool bar made bomb mojitos with a smile. Srilekha at the front desk was also super helpful and friendly. If you want something affordable, high quality, and right in the middle of everything, this is the move. I'm not sure when I'll be back in Goa but this will undoubtedly be my go to.

We had an excellent stay especially because of the outstanding staff - Kunal helped us out so much nothing was too much trouble so professional and when we needed some medical help amazing and very grateful. Sara was also so lovely and we really enjoyed the spa services. If staying in this area this hotel is an excellent choice.
