Older motel, but remodeled, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, pool, barbecue pits outside, covered picnic tables outside rooms. Very quiet when I was there. Would stay again. Motel right on business hwy 35, right across hwy 35 is Rockport Beach, Little Bay, huge Aransas Bay, the Rockport Marina (buy bait for fishing), HEB Grocery just a few blocks north, and many restaurants in both Rockport and Fulton areas.

The room was clean, AC wasn’t cold, the bed wasn’t comfortable. The ice machine wasn’t working. The pool didn’t seem to be open it was dirty. Overall for what we paid it was ok. For a one night stay is fine. Location was good.

It is a nice clean option for travelers. The kitchen has no utensils, plates or pans so bring your own. Beds were clean and comfortable. Linens we of a nice quality and very clean. Room smelled good. I would stay here again. My husband enjoyed the pool. Ice machine worked.

The only issue we had was the bbq pits and tables they have outside were right in front of our room and people were out there partying. It was a little loud with laughter and music. They stayed out there till around 10:30. And no we didn’t complain to staff seeing it wasn’t their fault that some people are a bit inconsiderate of others. Just whoever stays there think of others who may be staying there as well.

We enjoyed being with in walking distance to the beach. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels. The beds have a metal skirting around them that made a loud noise if you bumped them. The ice machine was broken. We booked through hotels.com and got what we requested. We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was not working. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance. The tables out side in the shade were so nice for us to use to hang out and enjoy the sea breeze. Rooms has a fridge, tv, coffee machine, and hair dryer.

Super clean, super nice, super cold AC, parking no problem. This place reminded me of an old school motel.. The room was up-to-date And very pleasant. Can’t beat the location. It’s across the street from the beach. Very clean outside also. This is a place you could stay without a headache. Just check in go do your thing and have fun and know that when you come back there won’t be a roach waiting for you.

Check in was fast and easy. Clerk was very nice and informative. Room was nice, updated, and clean. The only downside was there were no dishes or utensils provided for the kitchenette. Otherwise, we would stay here again and def recommend!

The property was clean. The rooms were nice. We could walk to Rockport beach. Lots of dining options and about a mile some local shops for souvenirs. Owner was pleasant and we got clean towels daily. Overall experience at the hotel, great. We will be coming back for sure.

Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff! Our stay was absolutely fantastic thanks to the amazing hotel staff. Makyla was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Matt was welcoming and efficient, Mercedes kept everything spotless, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

It’s across the street from the beach. Very clean outside also. This is a place you could stay without a headache. Just check in go do your thing and have fun and know that when you come back there won’t be a roach waiting for you.

Super clean, super nice, super cold AC, parking no problem. This place reminded me of an old school motel.. The room was up-to-date And very pleasant. Can’t beat the location. It’s across the street from the beach. Very clean outside also. This is a place you could stay without a headache. The room was nice and clean. Beds are very firm. The kitchenette was perfect but no pots or pans, but we brought our own to make breakfast. The grounds are dated but well kept. The air conditioner was a bit loud but kept the room nice and cold. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly place. Walking distance to rockport beach.

The property was clean. The rooms were nice. We could walk to Rockport beach. Lots of dining options and about a mile some local shops for souvenirs. Owner was pleasant and we got clean towels daily. Overall experience at the hotel, great. We will be coming back for sure.

we had a delightful stay. meet all our needs. Friendly and very helpful management. Within walking distance of many sites you'll want to visit. We were delighted at check-in to be offered an upgrade to a handicap room for a small additional price, so we would have a 1st floor room because we are elderly. The room looked clean and smelled good. However, there was no cold water in the bathroom sink. (In Texas, in the summer, there usually isn't any real cold water, but at least its not hot.) And, there was not a box of facial tissue in the room anywhere. There was a "kitchenette", but no dishes, pots/pans, etc. (We hadnt planned to cook, so that was ok). There was also no food offered in the morning. Most disturbing was there was only enough hot water for one shower. I was pleased this hotel got rid of the carpet during the renovations! We were also pleased with the lower rates, but we probably will not return, mainly because of not enough hot water for two showers.

We enjoyed being with in walking distance to the beach. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels. The beds have a metal skirting around them that made a loud noise if you bumped them. The ice machine was broken. We booked through hotels.com and got what we requested. We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was not working. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance. The tables out side in the shade were so nice for us to use to hang out and enjoy the sea breeze. Rooms has a fridge, tv, coffee machine, and hair dryer.

The lovely family who used to own this hotel moved and it has deteriorated SO badly. Pool was a horrible green but staff just kept scratching their heads & googling what chemicals to add. Stayed green all 3 days so went to the community pool instead. TV was out in our room. AC worked but leaked water all over floor. Kids stumbled on nails sticking out on the stairs leading to top floor. Won't go back. So sad to see a nice place be so poorly run.

It was close to the Rockport beach. Unfortunately the hotel was not at all like the pictures. The pool was full of algae so it was closed, and it was what my grandbabies were really looking forward too. The restroom had no cold running water, which I didn't know that was even possible. So in a 100+ degree temperature outside a cold bath would of been great, which we could not do. The entry they use which is a pad lock on every room was great. But unfortunately I will not rent from this property anymore.

The room was awesome!The only thing is that the pool was very dirty but the manager refined my money so I can go somewhere where there was availability with a pool, other than that the place was awesome!
