You get what you pay for, and this is a good price for a night stay in London. The carpet was quite heavily stained in the communal area and in the bedroom, and a bit of mould in the bathroom. But, overall it was clean. It feels a bit much with all the rules and payment deposit, but they obviously have issues with people not looking after the property, the team was very communicative throughout.

Overall, the property was very shabby from the outside down some dirty stairs to a basement. Suffice to say I stayed five minutes then left the place and went to stay somewhere else. However, I did obtain a refund after pressing Hotels.com
