The staff was friendly. The premises were well kept. But common sense hospitality was completely missing. Because we were only staying one night, they gave us a room directly in front of the pickle ball courts. People were using it and blasting loud music until after 1:15 in the morning. The staff knew what they were doing. I can look past the cockroach encounter and even the towel mishap but when staff purposefully give you a "bad room" to see if you complain or not, that's horrible customer service.

It was a peaceful environment with lovely, well maintained grounds including the pool. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful and were happy ro solve any issues which arose.

Place is good for a short trip but to go and obtain some small grocery, you'll need to travel with a vehicle.
