The front desk guy at night was very sweet. The ladies in the morning, not so much. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. The breakfast is what you would expect for the price you paid. Make your own waffles, fake eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. I know they are in the middle of construction, but our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling was starting to crack and droop, there was an old ac vent in the bathroom that was falling off and was extremely dirty inside. The pool area was nice. The hot tub floor is an unfortunate color that makes it look dirty, but it was clean water. No elevator, but there is only 2 floors, there are enough doors that it would get you close enough to your room so that you don't have to walk far.

The pictures show the place to be nicer than it is. I called in advance to see about the pool and hot tub working, they said they worked but when we got there the hot tub wasn’t working. No one answered the front desk phone when we called. There were 5 of us in a room, they gave us 3 towels and said we couldn’t get any more.

The reason we booked it over others we were looking at was the indoor pool. My kids were so excited to swim. The pool ended up being so cold no one could enjoy it. Also, the lack of elevator was a little rough with a baby and 2 other kids. Would be a nice touch if they had cribs available as well like most hotels have. Breakfast wasn’t restocked well. There was one piece of fruit left and very few healthier or protein options.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out the pool was not working. We went to breakfast the 1st morning of our 3 night stay & it was not very good. We didn’t go back to breakfast again. The room was clean. I hope they get the pool fixed and make improvements on their breakfast because we do want to stay there again when we visit the Dallas area.

The hotel is a bit worn. The jacuzzi was tepid and the jets didn't work. I'm not confident on the cleanliness of the room. At first glance it was ok. BUT the room had ants in it. When we called down to the front desk, he said he would see if they had another room and would be up to check. NOTHING happened. Very poor customer service. I did turn in proof that there were ants (captured on sticky paper) but as usual, when you book through a 3rd party, the hotel "cannot do anything". I stayed here because the hotel had 7.8 rating. It is not a 7.8 hotel.

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here because of the location and indoor pool. I’m giving a two star review because of the safe location of the hotel otherwise it would be a one star. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The kids were playing in the pool area but were asked to play quietly as there were a couple guest room located in the indoor pool area so any noise was annoying to them. Which is completely fair and understandable however I would argue if it were an outdoor pool the kids could play normally and have fun without feeling like they need to whisper so the kids didn’t really enjoy it after that and we didn’t use the pool for the rest of our stay. Also the hot tub was luke warm at best I look forward to a warm hot tub and this wasn’t it. As for the room the towels were scratchy and the rooms were a bit worse for wear we had to be moved as our tv didn’t work and both rooms we were in had poor water pressure and Luke warm water and not great shower nozzles hardly any water would come out. The continental breakfast was disappointing severely lacking. 2 out of 10 would not recommend. The night staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The area is safe and clean and parking is available and easily accessible.

The property is old, the room I was put in was for people with accessibility issues. The towel bath rugs seems old and a bit moldy. Also, there is a non-slip map inside the tub but it’s already half unstuck. I lifted that unstuck part up and it was so moldy and there are hairs stuck there. On the other side, staffs are phenomenal, everyone is so friendly and responsive. Breakfast started early, was very simple but it has what I needed for a decent quick meal. The location is great also.

The second rooms AC unit was rattling as well, but was much better. The room was clean, but there was a distinct unpleasant smell in the hallway and the carpets were very dirty.

They put me in a room right next to a broken outer door. I barely got any sleep 2 out of 3 nights, making my trip pretty awful. It took me a couple of nights to discover, with the help of an onsite employee, who just shrugged his shoulders. I'm never staying at another one.

This hotel is very “it is what it is”. Absolutely no frills, but the price reflects that appropriately. I am disappointed that I called to do my due diligence beforehand to make sure I could work from the hotel, was assured yes, and arrived for it not to work. My partner had to scramble to call out of work for 2 unexpected days because we were 4.5 hours from home. The communication on the situation was unfortunate.

Below average property. Night staff at the front desk not very helpful. When we reported a blocked toilet, the front desk staff told us to come down and get the plunger and help ourselves. Strange voices and noises at night that you don’t want your children to hear. Morning cleaning staff helpful as well as the day staff. Would choose only if no other option feasible.

When we made reservations, we specified 2 persons and a pet. We were given a total price online which we paid in advance. When we arrived they wanted to charge an additional $150 pet deposit and $30 per night fee. We did not stay and they said they were refunding to hotels.com. Very rude at the desk and not helpful.

Front desk clerk took much too long to check me in and then didn’t tell room service I had a late checkout so I was woken up early. A/C doesn’t work well. Hot water is not very hot. Sink water pressure is very weak. Otherwise it was fine.

The front desk guy at night was very sweet. The ladies in the morning, not so much. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. The breakfast is what you would expect for the price you paid. Make your own waffles, fake eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. I know they are in the middle of construction, but our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling was starting to crack and droop, there was an old ac vent in the bathroom that was falling off and was extremely dirty inside. The pool area was nice. The hot tub floor is an unfortunate color that makes it look dirty, but it was clean water. No elevator, but there is only 2 floors, there are enough doors that it would get you close enough to your room so that you don't have to walk far.

Nothing to complain about, nice clean room, great for one night stay. Breakfast is burrito, waffle, yogurt and boiled eggs, no bread or bagels. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub.

The reason we booked it over others we were looking at was the indoor pool. My kids were so excited to swim. The pool ended up being so cold no one could enjoy it. Also, the lack of elevator was a little rough with a baby and 2 other kids. Would be a nice touch if they had cribs available as well like most hotels have. Breakfast wasn’t restocked well. There was one piece of fruit left and very few healthier or protein options.

Had very strong air freshner when walked in doorway at rear entrydoor (my family and I are allergic to airborn style air freshners) The coffee was horrible!!! (What happen to fresh brewed coffee) Why is it at some Quality Inns have full breakfast (sausage, eggs, bisquits and gravy) others just waffles? For the same price range!!

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out the pool was not working. We went to breakfast the 1st morning of our 3 night stay & it was not very good. We didn’t go back to breakfast again. The room was clean. I hope they get the pool fixed and make improvements on their breakfast because we do want to stay there again when we visit the Dallas area.

It was quiet and staff was helpful. The smell on the other hand was almost unbearable. Would not would have wanted to stay more than a few hours to rest and keep moving. The breakfast consisted of all sugar items so if you want protein, include and extra $15 in your budget to go to ihop.

Única coisa que salvou o hotel é que a equipe foi muito prestativa. Hotel sem manutenção. A área da piscina fechada e pelo jeito estava fechada há muito tempo mas não havia aviso na hora da reserva. Dava pra perceber pela resposta da equipe sobre a piscina que estava desativada há muito tempo. Então não vendam como um hotel com piscina. Café da manhã péssimo sem opções e não repunham. Faltava uma hora para acabar o café e na tinha várias coisas mais.

Safety lock hanging on by literally one thread. All pictures missing. Toilet clogged and they proceeded to tell 50 year olds we used too much toilet paper….. No sir!

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel that offered a good, hot breakfast and coffee. We several people and kids using and having fun in the indoor swimming pool. One of the waffle makers was out of order, but the waffles the other made were crispy and delicious. The first night we discovered the bathtub draining slowly, and we put in a request to fix it the next morning. When we returned in the evening, it still hadn’t been done. However, when brought to the attention of the front desk, someone was sent up within 6-7 min to take care of it. The water pressure was great, and the shower head gave a full dowsing, which made bathing fast and satisfying. The beds and pillows were comfortable, although the pillow width seemed strangely narrow. The top brown blanket trapped a lot of heat the first night, so we kept it off the second night and had a better, consistent sleeping temperature. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but we didn’t need to use it. The TV worked fine. The toilet and shower are behind a door while the sink is in the room, ideal for multiple people. We barely used the little hairdryer in the room. The settings seemed off with the hi-lo reversed. The area felt very safe and is not immediately next to the freeway, so we didn’t get high-traffic road noise. Parking was easy. The view from the room in the back of the building was open, with a large field, and private. Overall, for this budget-conscious traveler, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The Hotel was clean the staff was professional, I was surprised to find no elevator available in a hotel. There is lots of parking and it's well maintained. The warmers were not working so breakfast was cold however there was a microwave.
