Booking last minute this was one of very few options left. Very friendly staff but the site is getting outdated and not really worth its price. Upon arrival we were forced to upgrade to a room for 4 persons even tough our baby doesn’t need its own bed. A bit remarkable but after a long day on the road we weren’t ready to argue and paid the extra 80 euros (which started at 100). Felt that the lovely receptionist had the same idea but this came from the manager. And that’s after the price already went up with 100 euros from the day we found the place but not booking until the day after (arrival day). Pool was good and spacious with separate areas. Don’t bring your nice swimwear as the amount of chlorine completely destroyed the coloring of ours. The hotel has paid indoor parking but there’s a big and free public space nearby. Will return to Loano but probably stay somewhere else next time.

Fin lägenhet men tyvärr var sängar inte så bra, ganska hårda. Solstolar och bassäng var utmärkta. Bra dessutom med skyttelbuss ner till byn och playan.

Struttura molto grande e con piscine bellissime e adatte a bambini piccoli. Camere molto spaziose, con arredamento un po’ datato ma super funzionali. Personale gentilissimo disponibile. Un merito particolare al personale addetto alle pulizie sempre Gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al team di animazione e mini club, simpatici e divertenti (in particolare Otto polpotto) e allo staff dei fotografi per nulla invadenti e molto simpatici. L’insieme di tutto rende speciale il soggiorno presso questo villaggio. Unico punto da migliorare, secondo noi, è l’orario dei pasti, anticipandolo di mezz’ora più che altro per i bambini, renderebbe più semplice la gestione. Arrivederci a presto.

Wir waren begeistert von der großzügigen Poolanlage, für jedes Alter ist hier ein passendes Schwimmbecken dabei. Sogar Bahnenschwimmen ist möglich. Die Zimmer liegen in ruhigen Reihenhäusern, die Wege sind gut beschildert. Toll waren auch die Kunstrasenplätze zum Fußballspielen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, es hat nur an der Rezeption und beim Abendessen etwas länger gedauert. Der Shuttlebus zur Ortsmitte (=Strand) ist eine gute Alternative zur Fahrt mit dem eigenen PKW. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

We stayed in an executive apartment. It was somewhat small for the four of us but had a large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and a 4-burner gas stove, which was great. However, we missed having a sharp knife and a cutting board for cooking. The kitchen fan could also be much better because all the cooking smells stayed in the apartment when we fried food. The mini-market in our building was very convenient. During our 10-day stay, we were able to have our bed linens and towels washed a couple of times. We are used to Spain, where there is almost always food/tapas available, but here the meals were a bit more timely inflexible. Additionally, a small plastic cup of beer cost 5 euros, which we found expensive. On July 1st, the rules for sunbeds changed, which was somewhat confusing. You had to go there early and book your chairs with tickets from the reception. We found this cumbersome since all guests already had wristbands showing they were staying there. The pools were also quite cold, so we didn't swim as much as we usually do. The check-in was very pleasant, and we felt warmly welcomed. However, almost no one spoke English, only Italian, which made communication a bit more challenging.

The village is nice and well maintained. Rooms are dated and in need of minor repairs and update. There were some missing chinas that the staff was not able to replace. Reception staff very friendly and helpful so the bar and swimming pool one. Parking available across the road and shuttle bus to the town centre were available. Communication within staff could be better (reception vs maintenance ) Overall a good place to stay if you do not have sky-high expectations.

Rigtigt godt hotel, hvor der er styr på tingene. Rent og pænt alle steder og gode pools. Godt system med at man har reserverede liggestole ved poolen under hele opholdet. Sono già statto diverse volte al Loano2. Ho provato diverse soluzioni, tra appartamenti e camere dell'hotel. Questa volta mi è capitata una camera che sicuramente è stata vissuta durante tutta la stagione e che necessitava di manutenzione. La porta dell'ingresso era deformata, ventola del frigo rumorosa, scarico WC non funzionante, lenzuola macchiate. Oltre alla porta dell'ascensore (due piani sotto a dove eravamo...) che, ogni volta che si chiudeva, lanciava un grido (di aiuto abbiamo pensato noi). La colpa è anche di chi ha utilizzato la camera in precedenza senza segnalare nulla (unica scusa che potrei concedere). Anche se mi pare strano che le signore delle pulizie non si siano mai accorte di nulla.

Bodde i en appartment i 5 dagar. Under den tiden ingick enbart 1 byte av handdukar och ingen städning alls. Toapappret fick man också fylla på själv. Rätt slitet ställe men jättefint poolområde. Förvänta er ingen hotellstandard.

L'acceuil durant le checkin était très froid. En 30 secondes on nous montre l'emplacement du logement et de la laverie sur une map, les horaires de bus et c'est tout. Pas d'information sur le petit déjeuner, sur le fait qu'il y est une supérette dans le village ou bien même sur comment obtenir des serviettes qui par ailleurs sont payantes (hallucinant pour un 4 étoiles). Aucune informations sur les activités enfant et adultes non plus ce qui est dommage. On s'est senti un peu livré à nous même.. L'appartement n'était pas très propre notamment le balcon. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure et demi dans un appartement à 35 degrés pour qu'un technicien vienne réparer la clim. Pour un check-in après 17h on peut s'attendre à ce que ce genre de problèmes soit anticipés. En revanche les femmes de ménages étaient très gentilles et souriantes, spécialement à la laverie et à la supérette. La navette de bus est très efficace pour aller au centre ville et il est facile d'avoir une place de parking sur le parking à cotés du village.

Hôtel vraiment d’une propreté exemplaire autant dans la chambre que les couloirs et le jardin. Piscine très grande avec différentes tailles de bassins. Personnel de la réception au top… A l’écoute, souriant et multilingue. Bémol maître nageur qui se cache plus qu’autre chose. Et le serveur du petit déjeuner à l’air d’un gardien de prison.

Alt var egentlig godt, pænt og rent. Fik en lejlighed på stueplan, men en ubrugelig terrasse. Ikke specielt charmerende. Poolområde og restauranterne var gode. Service var ok, uden at være fantastisk. Følte ind imellem at vi som ikke-italienske turister var i vejen.

Struttura all'esterno veramente bella e curata. Stanza assolutamente non da 4 stelle,soprattutto il bagno, non curato, doccia pessiima ,piena di calcare e nero in qualsiasi angolo . Non abbiamo purtroppo riposato bene durante la notte, frigo all'interno della stanza rumorosissimo. Partiva il motore ogni 15 minuti .

OK room (yes, it was just OK, nothing special about it, but not bad either) with an OK bed and a decently working AC. Decor seems out dated but this doesn’t bother me as long as comfort does the job - and it did. Cleaning was quite good. Wi-fi is very lousy and even the TV channels are scrambled due to the poor reception. Breakfast is decent, lunch is actually quite good, dinner (à la carte restaurant) is rather limited. You’d expect a more complete wine list being in Italy but they have missed this opportunity. When we arrived I was not greeted as an Expedia Gold member and while we were packed with plenty of suitcases and backpacks no one ever bothered to offer us a trolley to bring our stuff to the room - and it’s not a short walk. It was not a bad stay in the end, but being on holidays evokes a certain need to be well received, it’s all in the little things.
OK room (yes, it was just OK, nothing special about it, but not bad either) with an OK bed and a decently working AC. Decor seems out dated but this doesn’t bother me as long as comfort does the job - and it did. Cleaning was quite good. Wi-fi is very lousy and even the TV channels are scrambled due to the poor reception. Breakfast is decent, lunch is actually quite good, dinner (à la carte restaurant) is rather limited. You’d expect a more complete wine list being in Italy but they have missed this opportunity. Wir haben bewusst eine 4 Sterne Anlage mit den entsprechenden Erwartungen für unserer Ferien gewählt. Die parkähnliche Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Die Poolanlage ist riesig und bietet für jeden etwas und ist wie auf den Prospektfotos - großartig. Tennisplatz, Fußballplatz, Beachvolleyballplatz, Tischtennisplatte etc. vorhanden bedürfen aber auf Grund der (Ab)Nutzung einen Austausch bzw. Renovierung. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte schrittweise erneuert werden, damit es auch einem 4 Sterne Niveau entspricht. Dieses bezieht sich speziell auf die Ferienwohnung. Unsere Wohnung "Standard" war abgewohnt, Rollläden schwergängig, Terrassenmöbel abgenutzt, Furniere an Esstisch und Küche lösen sich, Bodenleisten fallen ab, Sofa abgewetzt usw. Die Bilder im Prospekt/Online täuschen eine nicht vorhandene Größe vor, welche bereites bei einer Dreierbelegung eines "4 Personen" Apartments nicht mehr komfortabel ist. Wir waren in einem Appartmenthaus untergebracht, in dessen Keller sich die Wäscherei befindet. Zeitweise war ein sehr lautes Brummen zu hören, was den Erhaltungseffekt etwas beeinträchtigte. Aber alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage, wir kommen gerne wieder

Interiøret på værelset er lidt gammelt og slidt, vores seng var gået i stykker og knirkede forfærdeligt. Stor morgenmads buffet som var ok, rengøring var fin, der var rent og pænt alle vejne. Superfin service i receptionen.

Struttura all'esterno veramente bella e curata. Stanza assolutamente non da 4 stelle,soprattutto il bagno, non curato, doccia pessiima ,piena di calcare e nero in qualsiasi angolo . Non abbiamo purtroppo riposato bene durante la notte, frigo all'interno della stanza rumorosissimo. Partiva il motore ogni 15 minuti .

Booking last minute this was one of very few options left. Very friendly staff but the site is getting outdated and not really worth its price. Upon arrival we were forced to upgrade to a room for 4 persons even tough our baby doesn’t need its own bed. A bit remarkable but after a long day on the road we weren’t ready to argue and paid the extra 80 euros (which started at 100). Felt that the lovely receptionist had the same idea but this came from the manager. And that’s after the price already went up with 100 euros from the day we found the place but not booking until the day after (arrival day). Pool was good and spacious with separate areas. Don’t bring your nice swimwear as the amount of chlorine completely destroyed the coloring of ours. The hotel has paid indoor parking but there’s a big and free public space nearby. Will return to Loano but probably stay somewhere else next time.

Amazing. Very practical. Everything is in the area. Both several pools, playground for children, several restaurants and cafees, a mini market and a little store with pool stuff. Super easy with an own appartment with a balcony. We could use the balcony at night when the baby slept, we could make food in the appartment bur also just walk on the area 2 minutes to Get to the pool. The place is Perfect for families and for kids 3/4 years and up, but our baby enjoyed the pool so Much. The beach and grocery stores is just downtown and They have a own shuttle bus that drives from the village to centrum every 30 minutes. Super practical. Its a place you really relaxes and Get a vacation. We recieved perfect service from the start to the end both in the pool bar, in the buffet, breakfeast, dinner and reception. All the people was positive, and helped us. They have a good variation of food and many desserts every meal. I have allergies so the only minus for this stay is that They struggle to make allergyfriendly food, They just removes the things i am allergic to, wich can be boring. Will definitly Come back, and then with families

L'acceuil durant le checkin était très froid. En 30 secondes on nous montre l'emplacement du logement et de la laverie sur une map, les horaires de bus et c'est tout. Pas d'information sur le petit déjeuner, sur le fait qu'il y est une supérette dans le village ou bien même sur comment obtenir des serviettes qui par ailleurs sont payantes (hallucinant pour un 4 étoiles). Aucune informations sur les activités enfant et adultes non plus ce qui est dommage. On s'est senti un peu livré à nous même.. L'appartement n'était pas très propre notamment le balcon. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure et demi dans un appartement à 35 degrés pour qu'un technicien vienne réparer la clim. Pour un check-in après 17h on peut s'attendre à ce que ce genre de problèmes soit anticipés. En revanche les femmes de ménages étaient très gentilles et souriantes, spécialement à la laverie et à la supérette. La navette de bus est très efficace pour aller au centre ville et il est facile d'avoir une place de parking sur le parking à cotés du village.

Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future.

Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und das Personal war extrem freundlich.Wir durften auch etwas früher einchecken.Das Hotel ist etwas älter,aber alles ist sauber und für den Preis war es super und wir würden wiederkommen.

Although ultimately accommodating, our assigned rooms’ AC was not working to which a fascilities handyman was summoned that evening around 8 O’clock which was impressive! We were told in short order that it was an electronic issue and they would send someone the next day. However, along with a non functional house phone, 1/2 toilet flusher and broken door handle it still took me 5 visits to the front desk to get them the agree to give us the next door room (mirrored layout) and that couldn’t happen until the next day as they wait until the next morning to clean their rooms. The banquet style food was just that. Banquet food. Poolside was visually stunning unfortunately the water was decidedly cold unless the sun was out and the temp was at least 80 C. Bummer.

The reception staff is unfriendly, and one of them, who was on duty yesterday evening, was not only rude but also lied regarding parking. He claimed that it was not allowed to park in front of the hotel even with a disabled parking permit. However, just 10 minutes later, a Carabinieri patrol confirmed upon our inquiry that parking there is indeed allowed. On the last day of our stay, we were told that the pool could only be used until 10:00 a.m., although at check-in we were promised something different. It really feels like they are just lying to guests!

We stayed in an executive apartment. It was somewhat small for the four of us but had a large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and a 4-burner gas stove, which was great. However, we missed having a sharp knife and a cutting board for cooking. The kitchen fan could also be much better because all the cooking smells stayed in the apartment when we fried food. The mini-market in our building was very convenient. During our 10-day stay, we were able to have our bed linens and towels washed a couple of times. We are used to Spain, where there is almost always food/tapas available, but here the meals were a bit more timely inflexible. Additionally, a small plastic cup of beer cost 5 euros, which we found expensive. On July 1st, the rules for sunbeds changed, which was somewhat confusing. You had to go there early and book your chairs with tickets from the reception. We found this cumbersome since all guests already had wristbands showing they were staying there. The pools were also quite cold, so we didn't swim as much as we usually do. The check-in was very pleasant, and we felt warmly welcomed. However, almost no one spoke English, only Italian, which made communication a bit more challenging.

The village is nice and well maintained. Rooms are dated and in need of minor repairs and update. There were some missing chinas that the staff was not able to replace. Reception staff very friendly and helpful so the bar and swimming pool one. Parking available across the road and shuttle bus to the town centre were available. Et hotel for familier med børn Max 10 år. Værelser lidt mørke. Fint pool område. Vi gik for det meste ned til byen for at spise og se lidt på butikker. Ok by. Anbefaler stranden og Beach Club som hôtel samarbejde med. Dog dyr leje af solsenge og parasol. Men skønt sted!

Strand war ganz einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unterkunft war sehr schön, das Personal hat sehr gut verständliches englisch gesprochen und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der bereitgestellten Küche handelt es sich um einen Gasherd, der aber auch für Anfänger ziemlich einfach zu benutzen war. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es wurden keinerlei Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die man wirklich empfehlen kann. Fazit 9 von 10 Sternen

Vi har stannat 6 nätter, en familj med barn och vi trivdes hur bra som helst. Poolområdet är fint och välkskött. Från hotellet ser man både bergen och havet som är några minuter iväg med bil eller med buss. Personal är vänliga och väldigt service inriktade. Vi hade halvpension och varje kväll var det en ny meny med buffé av en massa italienska läckerheter. Lägenheterna är lite äldre och välanvända men hade allt man behöver som kylskåp, sovplatser och balkong. Det städas varje dag och vi fick rena handdukar och sängkläder varje dag. Hotellet erbjuder en minishop med begränsat sortiment men det viktigaste man behöver för dagen som vatten och snacks, men annars är det bara några minuter med bil in till city där det finns ett stort utval av butiker. Extra plus att det fanns möjlighet att tvätta på hotellet. Vi är supernöjda och kommer tillbaka.

Wir waren begeistert von der großzügigen Poolanlage, für jedes Alter ist hier ein passendes Schwimmbecken dabei. Sogar Bahnenschwimmen ist möglich. Die Zimmer liegen in ruhigen Reihenhäusern, die Wege sind gut beschildert. Toll waren auch die Kunstrasenplätze zum Fußballspielen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, es hat nur an der Rezeption und beim Abendessen etwas länger gedauert. Der Shuttlebus zur Ortsmitte (=Strand) ist eine gute Alternative zur Fahrt mit dem eigenen PKW. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Die Zimmer liegen in ruhigen Reihenhäusern, die Wege sind gut beschildert. Toll waren auch die Kunstrasenplätze zum Fußballspielen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, es hat nur an der Rezeption und beim Abendessen etwas länger gedauert. Der Shuttlebus zur Ortsmitte (=Strand) ist eine gute Alternative zur Fahrt mit dem eigenen PKW. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Sono stata una sola notte con la mia famiglia in questo resort e siamo stati bene. Sarà che era inizio maggio, ma il posto era tranquillo, anche se c'erano già diversi ospiti, tra cui molti stranieri. Il resort è un po' decentrato e distante dal mare, ma so che da giugno esiste una navetta gratuita che ti porta fino alla spiaggia, quindi poco male, se non si ha voglia di fare una passeggiata a piedi. Noi abbiamo apprezzato la camera vista mare, che affacciava su un giardino meraviglioso e veramente ben curato (con gli uccellini che cantavano), e la colazione a buffet molto buona e varia. Atro punto a favore è stata la gentilezza dello staff. Personalmente, ci tornerei volentieri!

The village is nice and well maintained. Rooms are dated and in need of minor repairs and update. There were some missing chinas that the staff was not able to replace. Reception staff very friendly and helpful so the bar and swimming pool one. Parking available across the road and shuttle bus to the town centre were available. Communication within staff could be better (reception vs maintenance ) Overall a good place to stay if you do not have sky-high expectations.

Rigtigt godt hotel, hvor der er styr på tingene. Rent og pænt alle steder og gode pools. Godt system med at man har reserverede liggestole ved poolen under hele opholdet. Smart med shuttlebus til byen og stranden. Det fungerer fint. Man kunne måske godt have ønsket den kørte en tur hjem fra byen om aftenen

Vi var afsted en uge og det var et ok sted. Et skønt pool område som børnene elskede. Morgenmaden bærer præg af cafeteriet stemning hvor der bare skal fodres af så effektivt og billigt som muligt. Dårlig morgenmad, fluer i “juicen”, smager af saftevand, bacon er kogt. Buffet bestemt ikke lækkert. Vi boede på hotel comfort værelse inkl morgenmad. Bestemt ikke prisen værd, spild af penge.

Camera grande e bello il terrazzo vista mare. Bagno molto buio e datato. Unica grande pecca il ristorante : esperienza da non ripetere. Mi viene detto che la cena è a buffet ad un costo di 35 €, prenoto per le 20e40. Tengo a sottolineare che arrivo puntualissimo neanche il tempo di guardare i piatti che alle 20e53 già stavano togliendo il cibo. Alle 9 hanno acceso la musica per invitare ad andarsene. Sono senza parole 15 minuti per mangiare roba, per altro, di pessima qualità. Fortuna i mandarini ( ultimo a salutare da buffet)

Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future.

Vi har stannat 6 nätter, en familj med barn och vi trivdes hur bra som helst. Poolområdet är fint och välkskött. Från hotellet ser man både bergen och havet som är några minuter iväg med bil eller med buss. Personal är vänliga och väldigt service inriktade. Vi hade halvpension och varje kväll var det en ny meny med buffé av en massa italienska läckerheter. Lägenheterna är lite äldre och välanvända men hade allt man behöver som kylskåp, sovplatser och balkong. Det städas varje dag och vi fick rena handdukar och sängkläder varje dag. Hotellet erbjuder en minishop med begränsat sortiment men det viktigaste man behöver för dagen som vatten och snacks, men annars är det bara några minuter med bil in till city där det finns ett stort utval av butiker. Extra plus att det fanns möjlighet att tvätta på hotellet. Vi är supernöjda och kommer tillbaka.

Selve hotellrommet var mye mindre enn forventet. Aircondition virket ikke, og temperaturen på rommet var over 30 grader hele døgnet. Veldig skuffende. Fellesområdet var bra, og basseng området var meget bra. Frokosten var veldig skuffende. Svært begrenset utvalg, lite tiltalende og til en svært dyr pris. 70€ for 2 voksne og 2 barn. Da må man ha en delikat frokost å tilby. Strykkarakter.

Ho soggiornato in questo residence in occasione del ponte del 1 maggio ma siamo clienti storici di questo posto. Praticamente da quando hanno aperto. Un aggiunta a tutte queste volte è stata la colazione provata per la prima volta. davvero eccezionale, molto rifornita sia di salato che dolce Tutto di ottima qualità . Inutile dire che lo star consigliamo vivamente. Ottimo anche per famiglie con bambini

Unbelievable experience . The hotel is extremely run down , the owners should invest in some renovations. The rooms look like they are from the 60-70s. On night one our bed broke in the middle of the night with the children sleeping on it , it collapsed with a loud bang. We requested to leave the hotel but they refused to refund us, we were offered a change of rooms to the same horrible type of room and a free dinner. Everything from the chairs of the receptionist to the horrible broken luggage carts , the horrible plastic balcony furniture, all screams low rent . We paid near 2000 euros for 2 rooms for 3 nights so not cheap by any standard. Sub par breakfast. The only 2 positives 1. Nice pool areas for the children 2. The poor staff try their best This is totaly the fault of the managers / owners. Stay here if you can get it dirt cheap or pick some other place!

Good for kids who like swimming but otherwise nothing special. It is a maximum 3 star hotel that somehow still retains its 4 star credentials. Don't do what we did and severely overpay for this ant infested, really run down hotel.
