La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Odessa

Room was clean, the check in staff was amazing the check out staff was uninterested in helping, breakfast was ok and parking was convenient.

The room was smaller than expected but the evening check in was perfect.

I booked through here and when I arrived the room I booked was not available. The staff mentioned this has happened before. The suites were not clean, and the wait time in the lobby was long.

The front desk staff was AWESOME! We had an issue in our room and they moved us to another quickly. They accommodated us with our big German Shepard. Even gave us a late checkout due to an event we were attending. Despite the renovations and the older hotel, we really enjoyed our stay! Theresa at the front desk in the evenings was a rock star!

I didn't get to stay. The computer system was down and I couldn't check in. I had to go elsewhere and get a room. The guy behind the counter tried for about 30 minutes to get me checked in. Good on him.
