Sodas old and dirty, clean was not done properly. Elevator has not being fix in over month. 3rd floor up only, but stair coming down. Not good.

The elevator wasnt able to be called from the 2nd floor. There was a note taped to the wall to casl front desk and they would send it up. Our room didnt have a working phone to do this. We told the front desk and she just said "ok"

Carpet in the room had cookie crumbs, the one elevator controls were broken on the 3rd floor ( they posted a note saying to call either a phone number or "0" from your room to have the desk send the elevator, but all I got was an automated answer when I called both repeatedly, so I had to make 4 trips down the stairs to get all of my luggage / gear to the car). Really disappointing.

Parking was generally adequate except for the trucks towing trailers which took up 4 to 5 spaces each.

Elevator don’t work. No hot water in shower. They gave another person my room and a gentleman opened the door while I was in the room. Phones don’t reach down to the front counter. I have lived in hotels 4 to 5 nights a week for the last 6 years. This place is a dump.

Wifi was out the entire weekend. But the staff was nice and the breakfast was hot and fresh.

Check on took way too long. Elevator does not go down properly. Back entry door does not read card keys. Parking lot entry too narrow. Room A/C was on when entered room, was 61 degrees. Heater smelled funny. Other than that, good.

Elevator not operational

The elevator did not work if you needed to go down.

Wi-Fi was unusable. I could not get any work done. Breakfast was okay. The bed was great but the microwave clock points directly at the bed causing a blue light to hit you in the face while trying to sleep! The tv would not turn off - I had to u plug it to sleep. Probably not going to stay there again.

Walked into my room and it was not clean. There was a half empty water bottle sitting there, the furniture has stains all over them, and the bathroom was not clean.

Hair all over bedding, mold in showers. Stood on a hand towel to shower the shower floor was so dirty looking. Breakfast was some of the worst I’ve had at hotels.

The room was dirty and the shower was filthy like no one had cleaned it.

Room was not properly cleaned. The bed linen was not changed, there was hair in the bed and on the pillows from previous customers. The room was also just filthy. The chair was soiled and there was something all over the office chair at the sitting desk as well. I don’t even take a shower because the shower was dirty and moldy. Truely disappointed. You get what you pay for is not an excuse however, I will never try to save money on hotels again.

The floors are filthy dirty. Needs shampooing. There were chips in the desk chair. There were also toenail/fingernail clippings on the floor between the beds. Obviously the room wasn't even vacuumed. I'm not happy to say the least.

Bith beds were covered with hair both long and verg short hairs as if someone shaved their beard with some trimmers. There were dead insects in the sheets also. The worst part is that there was a big brown and red stain in one of the sheets on the bed. That was by far the most disgusting thing ive ever seen in a hotel. I have photos and videos of these.

Room was not clean, the time that i spend there they only take the trash out. The room over all was durty and smelled.

I encourage you to look somewhere else definitely a terrible place to stay, not only is it Dirty, it’s stained dirty sheets walls floors, I wish I could post pictures for all of you to see the reality!!

AC unit non functional for either heat or cooling, thankfully the window opened a generous 6 inches and the room temp was tolerable to sleep after midnight.

Elevator old - Hearing people next room in night time not good

Check in process was fine. The room was terrible, smelt of chemical cleaners. The caulking was coming off in the bathroom. The faucet in the sink wasn’t attached at all and would fall out and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. The chair had a large stain on it and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless the handle was jiggled several times. Finally, one of two night stand light bulbs was out as was the usb port.

Beds were perfect and thats what was important on this trip

The rooms are clean, crisp and clean linens. Beds super comfortable and great a/c. But our room had stench of wet carpet, not sure if the shower leaking water is causing this smell but it was very noticeable upon arriving. Hotel is a bet outdated could use some needed upgrades.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Furniture had seen better days but wasn’t an issue.

The room was cramped. Too small to accommodate 2 queen beds. Only one nightstand for both beds. Room was very noisy. Adjacent room was up all night stomping and slamming doors

The room was comfortable with a few exceptions. First, the mattress was very lumpy. Probably old. The shower was not cleaned as well as it should have been. Quite a bit of hair from previous guests. The water pressure was very low. Horrible. Other than these few items, I had a pleasant stay.

Property was nice. Price was good. Rooms were thin walled, not good when you're trying to rest.

They double charged me and I brought to the attention of the manager that was working. I was called a liar and when showing on phone was told to get phone out of her face and I didnt even have it near the counter yet. Then asked when housekeeping would be coming in and she told me they will get there when they get there. Haven’t seen the whole trip there. First night ask for toilet paper and was told they didnt have any so I had to buy my own to bring in. This place is poorly rand and the manager is extremely rude. They dont care about the guest.

The check in clerk went above and beyond. There was a mistake during check in and she made surecwe had a room for the night. I failed to get her name

I have been travelling to Midland/Odessa area three or four times per year for business for 15 years. This trip was going to be no different. I booked this room a week in advance. No issue, same as I have always booked with Hotels.com. A day before my check in day, I get a call from the hotel manager informing me that the owner told her that unless I change my booking for two nights instead of one, she has been instructed to refuse my reservation. In 15 years traveling to this area I have never encountered this tactic. In over 30 years of traveling for work, I have never encountered this tactic. If I needed to stay two days, I would have booked for two days. Lodging extortion. I thanked the manager and told her that I would secure alternative lodging for my trip. I will also make sure that I do not darken the Baymont doorstep in the future, or any other hotel that this owner has. A very shameful way to run a business. If you require a minimum of a two night stay to book a room, just indicate that at the time your customer is booking the room. Don't wait until the day before and inconvenience your customer and try to extort them into an extra night. Hotels.com should remove this lodging group from their website, or at least add a disclaimer that customers are in jeopardy of dealing with a less than honest establishment.

The Front Desk was unreachable by phone after I checked in around 3pm. I was unable to reach anyone. It could have been tragic if there was an emergency, Thank You Lord Jesus there was no emergency. Breakfast tasted cheap and nasty. Carpet was stained in several spots. Not all the lights worked.

Had paid for room online abd waited 30 minutes to check in because the front desk lady was no where to found. She finally showed up and said “sorry I was checking rooms”

I waited almost 1 hour for the check in .. there were more customers waiting too….

we called front desk and no answer went down to lobby and she was busy on her phone to answer my call. very unprofessional

I stay here every time I am in midland/odessa. Friendly staff, clean rooms, restaurants close by.

Ivetta was kind of cold when checking in late. Not sure the reason but no biggee. She didn't tell me the breakfast hours and did not tell me where the elevator was located or the location of the ice machine. I realize I was checking in at 11 pm but informed the hotel I'd be late. Also, the bed wasn't fully made. My drill sergeant would have had my hide if I made a bunk like that.

Air conditioner in room did not operate correctly so it was very warm and uncomfortable... location very hard to find

Great place to stay, felt very safe. Parking was very accessible. There are restaurants nearby, although not close enough to walk to, but I would definitely recommend it.

Arrived around 11pm for check in, lounge area still had fresh, hot coffee, which is a plus. Decent sized clean room, good selection of hot breakfast and easy check in at front desk.

The hotel looks good,clean room. My concerns was about the water pressure in the shower and about the breakfast options was limited and cold (eggs, potatoes and biscuits)...

Breakfast food less than desirable. Turkey meats should be given up on unless you can find a better tasting product. Bring the juice dispensers out front and quit diluting product with tap water into pitchers. I can taste the chlorine in the tap water in the juice and had to buy orange juice elsewhere and keep in my room. Front desk told me they use filtered water, but I observed tap water added at sink. Any water filters you have need replaced.
