The property is as clean as the wear and tear permits (the carpeting and furniture are just old and well used), but the staff is doing as good as they can with what they have. It's a comparatively cheap place to spend a night or two. AC works, bed's clean. It's a cheap hotel. Rated appropriately.

I had to book this last minute because another hotel wouldn’t honour the room, I wasn’t impressed to see I had to pay 15usd for parking a day. Other then the parking cash grab it was a great hotel

I got what I paid for: free parking, near downtown, for a reasonable (work-friendly) price. That price did not buy a five-star hotel. It was loud on the corner of two major roads, but that was expected. I was vaguely irritated that I couldn't pull the drapes completely closed. I also didn't appreciate the fact that the TV was not placed entirely in front of the bed or the couch, but was placed directly in the middle; I can't sit on a wall! The breakfast in the morning was impressive. I appreciated that I could purchase actual food from the snack bar, as this hotel is located in something of a food desert. The staff was friendly, but I didn't test their helpfulness. Overall, if you moderate your expectations, this hotel is fine.
