First off, this property is in the middle of the woods, 20 miles from any civilization. Furthet It needs to be disclosed that, since this is a historic property, originally build in the late 17 hundreds and later 1886 converted into a vacation property, the rooms have NO TVs, coffee station nor a small refrigerator. There's no central heating but an electric portable heater. No room service, so you have to hold onto your trash till it's time to leave.You couldn't stay here if yoi are physically disabled as you'll have steep stars to climb )no ramp). There's breakfast available on main floor - small restaurant but you need to drive out for lunch and dilinner. The coffee here is cheep - no character. Property and linemen were very clean.

Room was updated and very clean and comfortable. Mattress was super comfy. Our room had an ocean view! Staff was so friendly and helpful!

This was a very pleasing location/atmosphere. Neither pizza nor breakfast was particularly interesting, but they were adequate and it was helpful to have access to food at that location.

This place is such a gem. Feels like the old school summer resorts from Dirty dancing but well appointed. Movie and pizza nights, great breakfast and truly a beautiful property to go for a hike, sit by the water or read a book on the porch. Loved this place and would definitely return.
