La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Holland

Everything was nice

The room was ok. The lobby washroom was filthy and out of order. I really had to use the washroom during check in. There were people ahead of me and I couldn’t hold it. I had to use the dirty washroom. Also the pool was out of order. I stayed previously in October or November and the pool was out of order the as well. That is truly unacceptable.

Upon arrival the pot holes made me nervous, but when you enter it’s really nice and smells good. Check in was easy. I was given the chance to check out the room before completely assigned. The room did not disappoint spacious, clean, organized and no stains on the rug. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way but it was clean. My microwave was faulty but they offered for me to change the room or replace I opted for a replacement. Check out was smooth and easy. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel.

The stay was worked for what we needed it for, sad the pool wasn’t open.

Hotel and room was very clean and had a fresh scent through out. My only issue was there being no body gel in the shower but that’s minor.
