Great place with really serviceminded and friendly staff. Beautiful rooftop bar with lovely views. Nice breakfast, not too many options but just enough. Very close to beach. Would definitely come back here again.

The hotel was OK. Our room smelled tons of perfume when we checked in. It was also quite noisy between the rooms and between floors. Especially now when they opened their rooftop bar (which was very nice though). Breakfast was OK. The staff was wonderful! Close to the water.

Nice design and convenient location. Noices from the other rooms and corridor were easily heard. Watch out if you are staying on a weekend. There was a loud party on the top floor with high noices all over the hotel. It did not stop until sometime after midnight.

Magnifique séjour, beaucoup trop court... Excellent hôtel, avec une jeune femme à l'accueil absolument délicieuse et qui sait donner tout son sens au mot ACCUEIL. Le rooftop pour le petit déjeuner ou les cocktails le soir est vraiment un très grand plus. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons dans cette ville et dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.

Allgemein sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer (Junior Suite) mehrfach Probleme mit Käfern/Insekten. Sie waren sowohl im Zimmer selbst als auch im Bad. Als wir das Hotel darauf hingewiesen haben haben sie sich sehr professionell verhalten. Die Aussage war, dass dies bisher noch nicht vorgekommen sei. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben besonders das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse sehr genossen.

We had an absolutely lovely stay of 4 nights. One of the best hotels we have been to in awhile. All the staff were friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff to those serving on the rooftop bar. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily. I liked that they didn't replace all our towels every day, many places do that now and I find it so wasteful, so well done to this hotel! The rooftop was a lovely area. We had a drink there on our first night, and then breakfast every morning with the amazing views. WiFi mostly worked, sometimes didn't work on our phones but probably due to 'peak times' with everyone back at the hotel. The hotel was great value for money, and was situated just off the front so 5 mins walk to the promenade, 10 mins to the marina. Lots of bars, restaurants etc nearby. Really helpful when we needed water late one evening. Upon check out we received a little fridge magnet to remember our time here. A charming hotel. We really would recommend!

In eerste instantie ziet het er allemaal goed en verzorgd uit. Parkeren is mogelijk op /- 5min loopafstand in een parkeergarage bij de haven. Hiervoor heeft het hotel parkeerkaarten wat handig is. Kosten momenteel €9 per dag. De kamer daarentegen die had echt wat aandacht kunnen gebruiken, vooral de badkamer. Heel klein en heel onverzorgd. Vieze voegen, defecte wc-bril, en een douchecabine die zo klein is dat als je jezelf wast continu de knop van de kraan omzet naar of heel koud of heel heet. De hotelkamer zelf was ook aan de krappe kant. Wij sliepen met z’n 2e in een 3 persoons kamer alleen mijn eerlijke mening, hoe hadden daar 3 personen moeten verblijven. Ontbijt was goed, niets bijzonders en jammer van de koffie uit een machine.

We went back and forth to get the ac working and it turned on at 11pm by midnight they turned it off, i woke up sweating. I didn't fit in the shower as a normal sized person. The toilet's flushing system was unconvinient. The staff was very nice but the biggest issue for me was the AC, that was horrible.

Great location, spacious room, lovely breakfast and really helpful staff. Offsite parking was also easy, secure and relatively cheap. A great base for the many boat trips you can take along this part of the coast. And a lovely town in itself.

Everything about this place from the location to the rooms was amazing. Staff made our lives so much easier and helped us navigate our ferries and travel, gave us a late check out. 10/10, one of the best places I have stayed, highly recommend, would stay again

Jättetrevligt bemötande i receptionen med bra information. Trevlig personal vid frukost, bra drinkar i baren på plan 4, riktigt skönt att sitta där på kvällen, jättegod burgare med grönsaker. Overall ett riktigt bra ställe att vara på, lugnt och skönt i Chiavari! Vi badade i havet alla våra tre dagar, jätteskönt. Nära med tåget till Vernazza, mycket enkelt och trevlig ” över dagen” tur.

By far the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever had. We had a great experience here. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are willing to help with whatever you need. The hotel also lets you rent a bike for free which you can use if you need to get around or for a little ride. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend for anyone else.

We had an absolutely lovely stay of 4 nights. One of the best hotels we have been to in awhile. All the staff were friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff to those serving on the rooftop bar. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily. I liked that they didn't replace all our towels every day, many places do that now and I find it so wasteful, so well done to this hotel! The rooftop was a lovely area. We had a drink there on our first night, and then breakfast every morning with the amazing views. WiFi mostly worked, sometimes didn't work on our phones but probably due to 'peak times' with everyone back at the hotel. The hotel was great value for money, and was situated just off the front so 5 mins walk to the promenade, 10 mins to the marina. Lots of bars, restaurants etc nearby. Really helpful when we needed water late one evening. Upon check out we received a little fridge magnet to remember our time here. A charming hotel. We really would recommend!

In eerste instantie ziet het er allemaal goed en verzorgd uit. Parkeren is mogelijk op /- 5min loopafstand in een parkeergarage bij de haven. Hiervoor heeft het hotel parkeerkaarten wat handig is. Kosten momenteel €9 per dag. De kamer daarentegen die had echt wat aandacht kunnen gebruiken, vooral de badkamer. Heel klein en heel onverzorgd. Vieze voegen, defecte wc-bril, en een douchecabine die zo klein is dat als je jezelf wast continu de knop van de kraan omzet naar of heel koud of heel heet. De hotelkamer zelf was ook aan de krappe kant. Wij sliepen met z’n 2e in een 3 persoons kamer alleen mijn eerlijke mening, hoe hadden daar 3 personen moeten verblijven. Ontbijt was goed, niets bijzonders en jammer van de koffie uit een machine.

Camera con due bottigliette d'acqua omaggio, bel televisore, condizionamento per caldo/freddo, segnalazione al ricevimento che il parcheggio in riga blu costava meno del park dell'hotel molto onesti e gentili. Piccola pecca nel buffet della colazione, senza uova strapazzate, compensate pero' da frittate e uova (in teoria alla coque, in verita' sode). Suggerisco di coprire con campane affettati e formaggi, perche' da "scoperti" non invogliano al consumo e temo poi vadano buttati (e sicuramente non sono a norma). Comunque colazione molto varia e fornita.
