No business center available; pool was drained and out of service; wasn't allowed breakfast because i used Travelocity, didn't earn tewards for the same reason carpeting and fixtures in room needed attention

Paint is terrible everywhere, shower curtain ripped, strong cigarette smell, broken ice vending machine.

the workout area was a mess, most equipment was unusable, rust, and deteriorating bldg badly in need of repairs.

Everything was nice except no vending machines on the property considering everything closes early around there. So you have to already have something in your room or travel far to find a McDonald’s. And none of the ice machine were working. But everything else and the staff was great.

We loved the swimming pool. Was super clean. Rooms are easy to find and enter. Air conditioning worked wonderful. We rented a non smoking room, however upon entering ,i could smell a musty smell. I couldn't tell if it was smoke or something else. Also pulled the sheets down to inspect and they had black hairs all over them. I had to go to the front desk to request new sheets. I dont know if they didnt get changed, or if the washing machine and dryer didnt get the hairs out Over all it is a decent place to stay if your on a budget.

The door look as if it was busted in. The mini fridge was dirty. The pool side had no water in it.

This place is disgusting. When i arrived i was told to wait to make sure the room was ready, which i did. He told me i had to pay a $50 dollar cash deposit, CASH ONLY! I shouldve known from then that this place was questionable. When i went to the room it was gross, stains on the bedding, tub was uncleaned, sink was dirty, the shower curtain was mildewed. The microwave and refrigerator was unclean. I went back to the front desk to inform the staff memeber of my concerns and he had an attitude and told me hes not going to keep changing the room. Very rude and inconsiderate. He ended up giving me another room but it wasnt that much better. Because i literally had no other place to go with short notice because I was visiting from another state i went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies and sheets to make my stay a little comfortable. The gym equipment either didn't work or was rusted. The are had sketchy looking people around. I ended up going to the best western in Lumberton for the rest of my stay. Which i should've stayed from the beginning. When my partner and I went to check out the guy told my partner he had to check the room before returning our deposit. The audacity! Do not recommend.

Was the last minute stay because the weather was bad. The room was horrible. The curtains were besides old they were very dusty like on top of them the carpet was filthy the couch was ripped it looked like an abandoned hotel room. The only good thing I can say is it seemed that the bathroom was clean enough but I did not wanttake a shower... I checked the beds bed bugs thankfully I did not see any so the bed was comfortable The mattress was disgusting and I know because I pulled the sheets back to check the bed stained gross but at least the sheets were clean.

The room were dirty. The intire bed linen were stained and dirty. The whole room had a mildew smells.

We walked into the first room immediately seen roaches and some type of animal feces on the pull out bed. There were blood stains on the sheets, pieces of crack pipes lied around in our second room, cigarettes butts in a non smoking room we requested due to having our children with us, overall it was just disgusting. The housekeepers were rude and complained about giving us new sheets and towels our second room smelled like mildew and the carpet kept getting wet somehow. JUST DON’T GO!!

The pictures of this property are a little deceiving. The first room they gave me was DIRTY!!! Smoke smell, carpet dirty as well as the tub, The toilet didn't flush, and the duvet had stains on it. They gave us a new room which was a bit cleaner but there was a cockroach in the bed on the day we checked out and even after we showed the front desk attendant a video they did not refund any of our money and said it may have crawled in when we opened the door. I would not suggest this property if you like clean rooms.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are filthy and there were roaches in our room. The property has people that are just lurking around outside. We felt very unsafe staying there.

Overall the location is good right off the interstate, but that was really the only pro of this stay, door seams are not filled in so bugs coming in regularly, beds were spring it wasn’t bad until we found stains over the comforters on both beds, mold on the ceiling above the bathtub, should have left but didn’t that was my mistake, not worth the $80. Will not do again.

There was stains and holes in the bed sheets and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

You can tell they never changed the sheets from the last person. There was still hair and dirt when you lift up the blanket. Eww

Stayed October 27-30. When you enter the room, it has a musty smell. We had a terrible experience on our first night. The room next door woke us up at 2am, screaming and banging on their door. We had to call the office twice using our celphone because the phone in the room doesn’t work, and was told they already called the cops. But the banging on the wall and screaming lasted until 4am. My husband got out of our room, and told them we need some sleep! We were livid!! We drove 9 hrs from Alabama and we were tired! There were two people at the parking lot, who were part of the chaos next door. We planned to get up at 8am so we can have their free breakfast, but that didn’t happen. We got up at almost 10am just to get some sleep. The bed covers had stains, pillows are flimsy, dirty floors, the wall had stains looks like red cool aid splattered all over the wall. We were on the second floor, stairs are dirty. This whole cheap motel is outdated, run down. Breakfast was ok, cheese omelet was ok, sausage was meh. I wouldn’t wanna stay here again. You get what you paid for. If we ever go back to Fayetteville I will definitely stay in an Air BNB or a decent hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Stay away!

Terrible experience. I will never stay here again. The property itself is old and very poorly maintained. I reserved a non-smoking room, got there and the room reeked of smoke. I changed rooms in the next room, smelled like smoke, mold, and mildew. I have pictures and videos to back all of these allegations. The chair in the room the office chair was broke and threw me on the floor. The bedding is terrible. There is metal pieces sticking out that I hit my legs on and bruised. The carpet is filthy. The bedding was dirty. The curtains are filthy. The front of the AC where it pulls the air in is filthy. The fan in the bathroom vents is filthy. The bathtub had stains and dirt in it. The shower curtain was dirty and had blood stains on it. I went and bought Lysol and antibacterial wipes, and wipe the entire room down. The people in the room beside of me were loud and yelling all day and all night long. Prostitution is also done in that room as well as drug deals. My door was knocked on every single night by random strangers. There are a lot of homeless people hanging around the area, but they actually aren’t the problem at all. It’s some of the residence at the hotel I believe some live there. I will give this place a negative one rating. I am mediately got a headache upon entering the hotel, and kept it the entire time from the moldy and mildew smells. It was obvious at the ceiling had leaked in several places. Absolutely disgusting

The staff was very friendly. We made a last minute stop with our children and dog. The rate wasn't bad but you get what you pay for. The room had an oder and some wear and tear. One of the beds was slightly off the bed frame, causing a bad bruise when walked into!

The room I booked apparently does not exist here. I was in need for a wheel chair rollin shower the property only have ACCESSIBLE BATH TUBS. The room looks like it has not been even maintained No fan in bathroom. The room ceiling is falling down room. And bathroom. Not happy after spending close to $200 for 2 nights

The hotel needs renovations. The bathroom especially needs renovations. The didn't take card for $50 deposit , only cash … but when I called ahead they never told me that . And most hotels give 1 hour grace period to leave after check out time , but the guy at front desk only gave me 15 minutes !! The hotel is more run down than how it looks in the pictures . Usually quality in hotels are much more nicer than this one .

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and got me checked in very quickly. The room was very clean, nice and the bed was comfortable.

When checking in we were informed that there were no blankets for the pull out sofa. they did give us a fitted sheet and flat sheet but no blankets. once in the room, there was not a trash can and when we pulled out the pull out sofa it had trash in it. the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. there was only 1 towel in the room No coffee cups, And only 2 pillows. The Dumpster ia overflowing with trash over the top of the fence. The Matyress was like sleeping on a wooden board. Not comfortable at all.

Great experience! Location being close to a variety of restaurants was an additional plus. Friendly staff and comfortable bedding. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, as well as a hair dryer for the ladies. Ironing board/Iron to keep that crisp look among business associates.

It is convenient, close to I95. It is not expensive, but also not very clean.

Not safe! Saw people out on the balcony with guns. We pulled back the sheets to check the mattress and there were some really gross stains. We left there within 10mins of arriving!

our room didnt have a coffee pot, microwave missing in microwave, beds was old an outta shape 1 bed was leaning due to uneven leg, loud music an talking out by the room..didnt see housekeeping at all. beggars asking for money an staying outside , people knocking on my door at 2am looking for drugs..check in was best part about my stay

Convenient for our one night stop on way to Georgia.

Room smelled, I understand pets are welcome but perhaps removing the carpeting in the room would reduce the skunk smell that permeated the room. Upon arrival I was approached by a homeless man right in front of the office looking for money to buy something to eat. I declined to help but prior to going to my room, I stopped to buy dinner for myself. The man was at BoJangles so I purchased him a meal of his choice. When I went to my room the key fob didn’t work so back to the office I went. I was assigned another room. Possibly a dead battery in the door. Surprised that this isn’t checked. 4:30 AM went outside the room so my dog could pee. I was again approached by another homeless man. This scared me that right outside my door was this man asking me to buy tools he was selling so his family could stay in their room. I turned him down and promptly returned to my room. About an hour later, I went back outside to allow my dog to urinate since we were interrupted earlier. Thankfully he wasn’t there. The door closed to the room and the key fob didn’t work again. Back to the office and a kind gentleman let me in. He thought the lock might be frozen. I returned to the room and was able get in. The gentleman was walking to my room to assist but since I got in I was set. I then packed up my belongings and went to the lobby for breakfast. Quick bowl of cereal and brought my key to the desk. Told the gentleman about the 2 homeless men. Would I stay here again. Absolutely would not!

It wasnt a very friendly neighbourhood. Beggars outside. Recommandations to lock the door with multiples locks. We werent feeling safe.

Overall the property is in a state of disrepair. Stained towels, rust at the bottom of the door jamb for the bathroom, large area of damage to the ceiling just inside the room entry door which was repaired with way too much drywall compound and had spots of mold. The whole facility had a very strong smell of disinfectant. I chose this hotel because of the breakfast shown on the website. They didn't disappoint. The cheese omelets and biscuits and gravy were Great. Good coffee and the people were welcoming and friendly.

This is a rundown, not-so-clean hotel. It's location might be convenient for those on a long haul on I95, but that's all there is. We were not convinced that sheets had been changed. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. It is cheap and cheap is what you'll get. Breakfast strangely ends at 9am, yogurts had clearly not been kept cool at all times, pancake mix was past its prime. Dining room furniture is absolutely filthy. Staff is pleasant and helpful, although there's not much they can do regarding the general state of the place.
