The place is run down. The room was muggy. The carpets were stained in various places with various colors. The counter in the bathroom was barely attached. The TV didn’t work and no one could help fix it. The coffee in the room was terrible. The desk had some old adhesive stuck and peeling on its surface. The desk chair was torn up. The hot tub was closed off. I would not recommend staying here.

I’m not one to leave reviews, bad or good. But this hotel broke the mold. I booked our rooms over a month in advanced and request adjoining or adjacent rooms. We are a family of 7 with five kids under 10. So we are required to have two rooms. Upon arriving I asked the front desk to make sure and the clerk aggressively said, “we are too busy and she did what she could.” Not sure who “she” was but we ended up having rooms at the opposite ends of the hotel. Not a big deal but I obviously enjoying sleeping with my husband. Next up we went to check out rooms out, upon entering we were greeted by a giant booger on the way, hair under the sheets (which sometimes the washer doesn’t get it all), yellow crusty stains on the sheet on top of the comforter, mold on the bathroom ceiling, hair and pee on the toilet rim and a TV that wouldn’t let us past the “click okay to choose your channel.” To top it off, we chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool and the hot tub was completely boarded up and something green was growing in the pool. So instead of complaining I contacted hotels.com and let them know we would be checking out in the morning. The next morning I walked up and told the front desk we were checking out early. She asked if everything was okay, and I just informed her that it wasn’t. I was beyond nice and she was overly rude and defensive. To top it off they can’t even answer the phone for hotels.com to request the refund… This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time!

It was a great place. Nice n clean but the pool was quite cold .my 9year old daughter had purple lips and couldnt stop shivering. None of the machines in the weight room worked but everything else was quite nice

I liked the convenience of the location only thing is i wish the hot tub would have been working

This was not a great experience and will not be returning to this establishment. No early check in unless it’s 1p. Mold on air conditioning unit, the pool was dirty and freezing

We were only in town for one night, we looked for a place with about tub and breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub, even though the site still shows pictures with a functioning hot tub. The other reason for low stars was the fan in the room, it was so loud and rattled, we tried turning it off but it got very stuffy and warm. The hotel was certainly showing its wear, but the staff was kind, beds were comfy, and breakfast was good.

Don’t advertise for a hot tub when there isn’t one

We loved the welcome cookies!! But the hot tub was down and no bike in the gym. Breakfast food was very good and hot.

Room was not cleaned well. Beds not made and sheets looked dirty. Carpet was sticky and stained.

Furniture was dirty and stained. Room smelled and overall was not very clean. Bed sheets were also stained with what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Or any price. Would not stay again.

The room was very dirty and smelled bad. The smoke detector in the bedroom was missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling. The screen on the window was ripped. The furniture in the room was ripped. The only good thing were the employees.

The room smelled musty, there were visible marks on the walls that hadn’t been cleaned, and the pullout couch sheets were visibly dirt and had crumbs on them. Also, I went for breakfast at 7:30, and many of the pastries were already all gone.

We've stayed there several times once a year. This year, out of the 3 rooms we booked, there were dead bugs (cockroaches ) in the bathroom and hair on the toliet and floor (not hair from someone's head either) in 2 of the rooms. I am very disappointed in this stay this year.

I wish I could leave a zero star because that’s what I would’ve left. It all started when we first got there. There was nobody at the front desk. The manager of the motel was in her office in the back. She yells out to the front saying that she would be out in just a minute fine so I waited when she came out she asked me for her name. I gave her what the reservation was under then from then on she gave me attitude, so I gave her attitude right back to her. We stay in Clinton once a week at the Hampton Inn never an issue. We love it over there this motel room was disgusting. We went in after getting our keys. We went and went to our motel room it’s stunk in there like musky, wet smell. It was disgusting I didn’t even want to take my shoes off and walk around and my socks so luckily I did pack my slippers. So my husband and I went and got dinner. We left our puppy dogs there. I didn’t even want them sleeping on the floor because it was so gross not clean at all didn’t smell clean. It was just disgusting so then we get back. My husband takes a shower. I had forgotten some things at home so I ran over to Walmart by that time it was around 7:30 8 o’clock. We were getting ready for bed and in the bathroom in the sink, there was a bug. My husband said it was a black water bug. I don’t care what kind of bug it was. It was disgusting. I didn’t sleep well and then the outlets on my side of the bed did not work, but the lights worked. We will never go back to this hotel. Not impressed.

When I checked in, the desk gal was very nice. I had asked her about a non-feather pillow and she was going to look. When I got to the room, I discovered that the bed sheets were covered in long black hairs. I called down to the desk and asked for clean sheets. The desk gal brought them with the extra pillow. I removed the quilt to change the sheets and there was a blood spot on it…on the floor that went too. The carpet felt dirty and sticky. I understand it’s an older hotel and probably could use a remodel but cleanliness is not negotiable.

Run down. Bathroom needed some attention. Mold on the shower ceiling, chipped sink counter top, missing tile grout on the bath floor. Carpet stained my socks.

Overall the hotel was decent. Room had a musty type of smell to it. Beds were soft and comfy, good water pressure and hot water. Hotel overall could definitely use some upgrades to bring it up to date. Would consider staying there again.

We could not get the wifi to connect. We tried on n several devices, several times.

Lighting in the room is very weak, no TV guide and no real concern that it could not be provided.

We had a 1br room that the airconditioner was in beroom. There was a blower control to blow cool bedroom air into living area but it did not work at all. Very warm in living area. Tv remote in living area did not work. Front desk person gave me a few different remotes to try. None worked and desk person was not real helpful.

This motel room was not worth $150.91. The elevator in the motel smelled. The ceiling in our room looked like it had received water damage at one time that had been fixed, however, the ceiling above the shower looked like it could fall in anytime. The counter where the sink was in was cracked from the top of the countertop down by the toilet paper dispensers. There were stains on the carpeting. Lighting was poor. Batteries in remote need to be replaced we are assuming for tv didn’t work properly. Stain on one of the comforters. Bathroom door would not close. Safety lock on hall door was not secure. Something sticky on desk that wouldn’t wash off. When selecting a room online, all fees should be included in the price listed.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Paid in advance for the room because I wasn’t going to check in until after midnight as i was attending an event and there was nothing that said you needed an incidental deposit upon check in. So I had no choice to drive 2 hours home. Staff were not empathetic or sympathetic and just walked away from the desk after she cancelled my reservation.

Staff was awesome

I was charges twice and the lady at the front desk couldn’t help me. The lady when I was checking in didn’t know what she was doing.

Stay 2 nights. House cleaning DID NOT pick up dirty towel or bring clean towels. Had to go to front deskto get them.

It is very dated - everyone is short staffed these days but the room was not ready so they did move us into another clean room. Hard to blame management these days with the staff shortages nationwide.

Check in woman totally unwelcoming & unfriendly. Whole place from front desk to rooms were dingy & dated. Room was smelly upon entering, toilet loose from floor, toilet handle broken, both sinks slow to drain, phone, clock & table lamp not working, table lamp had no switch to turn off & on, mini fridge knob missing to adjust temp, latch lock on door not working properly. Went to front desk next morning to report issues & change rooms. Same woman did not apologize or ask what the issues were & switched our room which was not much better, stains on lamp shade, bathroom counter was so low. Very disappointed with staff & facility. Would not recommend or stay there again.

While the service was very friendly and they took care of things we asked about right away, it was still dissapounting for our room to have some problems, like our bathroom not being cleaned, and they had hiring signs out so the poor workers had way too much on their plate in the first place. Would stay again for the friendly service and decent food, but they need more staff to take care of things.

Clean, easy to locate, felt safe! Good price if you’re just looking for a place to sleep at night.

good elevater with nasty beep. No real entrance/exit to parking lot. Feels like have to drive to and around neighbor hotel to get there. Google maps wasnt sure about it either. dated but reasonably nice hotel.

Location was very convienant for my purpose of visit. Staff was super friendly, room was comfortable & clean. Pet friendly. Very quiet !!! Poor parking access to room, felt unsafe at night. Outside security door wouldnt stay latched, so anyone could get in. Internet was extremely limited. AC couldnt keep entire suite comfortable due to the layout. Breakfast was so so but usual as most hotels. Toilet paper rolls were half full. Neighboring hotel was trash and attracted not the best clientele.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and we especially appreciated the pool and breakfast hours! We were able to enjoy both because of the reasonable hours. The front desk person was helpful but clearly did not like being bothered with anything. For instance, our toilet kept running whenever it was flushed. We told the front desk person and she came up to look, but since it was a weekend, she could only put in a work order with maintenance to fix on Monday. Luckily, the toilet eventually stopped running and our stay was great after that. This is a great hotel for an overnight stay between destinations and we would stay here again.

The hotel was decent. Not poor, but not exceptional. The pool filter must not be working because there was some small debris floating in the water. There was a large crew of construction workers staying and both mornings we went down for breakfast at 8am and they were pretty much cleaned out. The staff did refill the selection but it was 30 minutes after we initially came to eat.

Well when I checked in the clerk was very nice which is your second shift. We got to the room and the musty dirty air was so strong that I had to spray it with my perfume! I was upset that the hot tub was not working and down for good it looked like! Which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel because your web site said there was a hot tub! The pool area was not very clean always had to ask for towels! Now your first shift gal needs to be fired very rude when I was leaving on Saturday I stopped and told her we just needed towels and not to worry about cleaning it and then she told me to wait and I could take the towels to my room myself with a crappy attitude! Then o told her I was not going to my room to go ahead and have cleaning girls do it , she acted like I was bothering her. Then when I got back to the hotel I was laying in the bed and noticed a white to go container in the shelf under the tv! I went and picked it up and there was dried up lettuce and dressing I hope anyway. So I needed another room for Saturday night the same with that room smelling musty. Now mind you I had my 2 sons and then my 2 grown kids with there 3 kids in the other room, we went down to eat breakfast which was fine but no milk and when we asked to get some the clerk very rudely told us she could not do anything about it until someone else showed up!!! Then another customer asked and she told her the same thing, then she comes in very rudely and tells they have no milk ! Without even checking

Clean and home like. Breakfast was a great mix of different foods. Could use bigger cups but otherwise a great stay.

The free breakfast was good.Better than other facilites that we have stayed in, The room needed some work. The TV remote only turned Tv on and off. The upholstery was worn very thin on sitting chair in the room.
