Absolutely amazing!!! that's all I can say this hotel was so far beyond expectations. It was very beautiful. The design was elegant, sleek and refined. The staff was so helpful and lovely, particularly Mario. We are constant travelers and this hotel holds its own with any hotel I've ever been to in my life. The Private spa downstairs was so luxurious My Husband and I had an amazing time. We will absolutely be going back. I actually almost regret writing this review because we want this hotel to remain our secret private place, but it's too good to keep to ourselves.

They have bed bugs and they know it and they refused to give me a refund after initally saying they will refund (only 1 night) of our multi night stay (ONLY the 1 night we found the bed bugs even though we were bit for multiple nights). Staff handled the bed bug situation badly. We lost money having to book a new stay and ruinned some clothes after the necisary sanitation procedures (that we paid for ourself). ALL the bunks were infested. Probably wouldnt have posted this if the staff didnt handle this situation with a lack of empathy... so beware if you want to avoid bed bugs.

Really friendly staff. They organised us a taxi to the airport for check out even before we had arrived! Great value for money.
