We had a lovely, long Thanksgiving weekend in Shenandoah. The house was spacious enough for a group of six adults. The layout was great for quality time while also having our own space. There was plenty of room to cook and enjoy Friendsgiving together. We also enjoyed the hot tub and backyard. If you have children, there were also a lot of accommodations for little ones.
We had a lovely, long Thanksgiving weekend in Shenandoah. The house was spacious enough for a group of six adults. The layout was great for quality time while also having our own space. There was plenty of room to cook and enjoy Friendsgiving together. We also enjoyed the hot tub and backyard. If you have children, there were also a lot of accommodations for little ones.

We are so glad we chose this house. It was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, comfortable and really a wonderful layout for our family. We loved the hot tub, the ping pong table and had no problems at all with internet and streaming movies. When we return we absolutely plan to rent this home again.

Loved this property -- the best part was the outdoor deck areas. There are trees all around the deck so you can usually find shade somewhere at any time. We loved eating out there and enjoying the outdoors together.

This home is a beautiful property with a lot of space for your family to stay at while traveling to this part of Virginia! There are multiple options for sleeping, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. The back deck is very nice for sitting outside in the morning to enjoy coffee/tea and watch wildlife. It is conveniently located near several area attractions. We were here to hike at Shenandoah National Park (highly recommended) but on a rainy day we also enjoyed going to an arcade near the property and Grand Caverns. You are not far from conveniences like grocery stores or gas stations either. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table in the garage at the property. Highly Recommended.

Our stay at Cozy Mountain Song was great! We (Fiancé, myself + 2 other couples) came for a 4 days NYE weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday and go skiing for the first time! The house was perfect for our needs. It was nice to have two living spaces to stretch out in and 3 bed/baths so no one felt on top of each other! The back deck/hot tub area was so nice! We would definitely stay at this home again if we return to the area!

The property name says it all! I hummed the whole time I was there. The house is so relaxing and well equipped. They have thought of everything. Each room was clean and modern. They even provide a stack of beach towels for the hot tub. Which by the way was perfect!! Very private and cozy atmosphere. It was a perfect place for our three day trip. The location allowed us close proximity to enjoy the area around Massanutten Resort and a short distance to Skyline drive. What a great house. Laura was such a pleasure to work with. Beautiful home in a lovely mountain town, had great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, cooked great meals on the grill and flat top blackstone. Near many attractions and activities, was perfect for our family of 7 adults to enjoy great hikes and in Shenandoah and other nearby activities. Highly recommended rental home.

What can I say about this place??? First, it's SOOOOO nice. The decor is phenomenal and the finishes are top notch. This place looks FABULOUS!! On top of that, the beds are SO comfortable and the rooms are large. There is a garage for two cars and a long drive. The multi-level deck is where we had the most fun! There's a grill, an umbrella table and the hot tub!!!! Lots of bench seating as well. This is definitely our go-to spot now for a quick getaway. Before we left we were trying to figure out when we could come back! Thanks so much for providing us with a memorable weekend!

The house is overall amazing. It is fully stocked with all of the possible appliances needed to cook a meal. The house was clean and they don't hold back on the decor. You can tell they take pride in their rental. The jacuzzi is nice but it's missing the neck pillows and it may be time for it to be cleaned. I saw some dirt that didn't come from me. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the wifi. The Wifi is terrible. It tends to go out at night. The kids wanted to watch a movie on Disney + and it wasn't cooperating. If you plan on teleworking on your getaway, this isn't the house for you. Overall, I enjoyed the space and would love to return if they get a new internet company.

We booked this stay over the long thanksgiving weekend for me and my spouse and 2 adult children. My other adult child and spouse live in the area and we always stay at Massanutten. The home was clean and well kept. It was the perfect size and we were once again very pleased with our stay in Massanutten. I would recommend.

This property is very nice and close to all the massanutten attractions. We stayed here and loved everything about it. Only thing is recommend is the hot tub needs a cleaning it smells pretty musty and moldy in there, otherwise we were very happy with it!

My family loved the house and all that we had to do in Massanutten. The waterpark and family adventure park are a short drive from the house. The house was spacious, clean, and seems recently updated. The communication before, during, and after the trip was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We are beyond happy we chose the Cozy Mountain Song for our family summer vacation. We had a 4.5 year old and a 1 year old. There were only pros about this place! When looking, I loved that they offered a travel crib (pack n play) for easy sleep accommodations. Everyone had their own rooms and the basement was a bonus for play time and relaxing. My husband and I really enjoyed the hot tub at night! The place was super clean and had everything you needed to feel at home. Very close to all the resort amenities. We cannot wait until our next vacation here! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!! :)

It was two couples. By it being 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooma, we had plenty of room. The house had EVERYTHING you would need. Even the little things you seem to always forget, they had! We were very please and would recommend this location to anyone.

This place was awesome! We loved the layout of the whole property! The deck was beautiful, rooms spacious, everything you ever needed in a home away from home was in the property. We were there for a 4 day weekend, we wish it was for a month. We will return again when we can!

The property name says it all! I hummed the whole time I was there. The house is so relaxing and well equipped. They have thought of everything. Each room was clean and modern. They even provide a stack of beach towels for the hot tub. Which by the way was perfect!! Very private and cozy atmosphere. It was a perfect place for our three day trip. The location allowed us close proximity to enjoy the area around Massanutten Resort and a short distance to Skyline drive. What a great house. Laura was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and offered her knowledge of the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a lovely adventure.

This year we took a trip as a family instead of buying gifts for each other. The cozy mountain song was the perfect house for a trip to Massanutten. The proximity to the water park is wonderful.The house is absolutely beautiful. It was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed at. They even had a Christmas tree. It fit six adults and four children perfectly. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, even when we forgot our crockpot. The house manager was amazing, and I even left shoes accidentally and they shipped them back to me. The hot tub and the fire pit area is beautiful. The two living rooms made it perfect for when the baby was up at night. The only complaint I have is the beds are a little hard, however, it may just be personal preference. We would 100% stay here again. We will be booking for next year!

The property was great and we enjoyed some great ski days. We have stayed many places in Massanutten and this was one of our favorites. Communication was great and check in was easy. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

My family loved the house and all that we had to do in Massanutten. The waterpark and family adventure park are a short drive from the house. The house was spacious, clean, and seems recently updated. The communication before, during, and after the trip was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Cozy Mountain Song has everything that you need and more during your stay! We enjoyed cooking on both the grill and the Blackstone. The location is convenient to the amenities on Massanutten but also other activities throughout the region. Check in and out were easy and instructions were provided throughout our stay. We booked a last minute very short ski trip and loved our stay. The house had everything you’d need if you wanted to stay in and was in the perfect area to get to ski slopes, indoor water park and other activities. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home in a lovely mountain town, had great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, cooked great meals on the grill and flat top blackstone. We had a great time! Our family of 6 (teens and young adult kids). We went to the national park for hiking and the luray caverns. We loved the ping pong table and hot tub! House had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect and hosts and property manager were very responsive.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home situated in the woods. We spent most of our down time on the back deck (3 levels) with our friends chatting, using the hot tub and watching the wildlife. There were families of deer and pileated woodpeckers and even a hummingbird came to visit! Close to supermarket, liquor stores and many good local restaurants (Hanks BBQ, Romanos, 33 burger in Elkton and Thirsty’s Burger. Hiked the Manassutten Ridge trail and went to Grand Caverns for a tour (a must see!). Beds were all comfortable and everything was perfect! Thank you for a great vacation!

Everything about the house was great. Hot tub and ping pong table were wonderful additions. House and furniture were in good shape and kitchen had everything we needed. House is located within a short drive from Water Park, Outdoor Adventure Park, Petting Zoo, and Shopping area. 100% recommended and will be the first place we try to book on our next trip.
