Struttura immersa nel retro di una struttura fatiscente di tipo industriale, di per sè con le vetrate di ingresso si presenta bene, tutto sul bianco con tocchi qua e là di quadri e arazzi 'antichi'. Il receptionist ci accoglie bene ed è cordiale anche se quasi ci obbliga a scendere l'indomani per fare colazione alle 8 perchè gli altri orari erano già prenotati. La camera è 'esterna' cioè si deve passare su un terrazzo. All'ingresso si percepisce una sorta di profumo (se vogliamo chiamarlo così) e notiamo diverse macchie appiccicose per terra con capelli e brillantini. I bagni sono imbarazzanti... tavolette del bagno rotte e rigonfie, rubinetti sporchi di gocce e doccia del bagno più piccolo che sa di cane bagnato. La notte il condizionatore / aeratore nel soggiorno dell'appartamento fà un discreto casino e visto che non siamo stati fortunati ci è toccato il complessino del ristorente sotto la struttura a far casino fino a tarda notte. La mattina ci rechiamo a fare la colazione dove c'è lo stesso receptionist che ci serve le cose calde, il buffet è piccolo ma c' è un pò di tutto (per me qualità non eccelsa). Per il Cechout dopo aver aspettato e richiamato l'attenzione del receptionist abbiamo portato le chiavi presso il buffet visto che non si poteva allontanare da lì (Credo). Sicuramente non torneremo.

Wir hatten leider Rost in den Leitungen daher Zähne putzen nur aus der Flasche. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war ok. Also mit 4 Sternen hat das Hotel nichts zu tun meiner Meinung nach. Zwischen 2 und 3. wir waren 1 Tag als zwischen Station dort als Familie.

Do not stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is awful and the hotel is just not nice. I travel a lot for business so cleanliness of the room is my top priority. While the room was mostly clean, the bed was disgusting. I check all mattresses since I spend so many nights in hotels, and this was probably the worst I've seen. The hotel offered to change my room, but I didn't take that since they likely all have mattresses in such a horrible state. They did agree to not charge me but I had to take a taxi to a decent hotel which was a huge hassle.

We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel doesn't look like the picture in the Ad, but it comfortable and the breakfast was great. My room was very larger compared to other hotel rooms. I wish they had at least one English speaking broad cast channel on the TV in the room.

It was pretty amazing here the only reason why gave a 4 on property is because the air Conditoner is a central air and heating is for the whole building and there is no single aircondiontiong per room. But other than that everything was amazing everyone is very nice and helpful, breakfast is great.

Ok for a one night stay prior to a busy 40 minute drive to FCO for a mid day flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very well stocked supermarket is located across the street. Overall, hotel and room are showing signs of aging.

The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty.

Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!

This hotel was nice in the inside rooms are beautiful but there was a guy at the front desk who made us feel uncomfortable and he was very rude older gentle men bold headed. We got there early and were hungry and it was still 8 in the morning. So we went to get breakfast right inside the hotel and the guy at the front came and Told us not today tomorrow. There was a lady she was nice and a younger guy with glasses. All the windows have bars like a jail. Around the hotel looks deserted it nothing around. Trucks and huge buses parked there and when you walking you will see garbage when passing by. So we decided to leave somewhere else. We had no choice to stay two nights until we found somewhere else to stay. We would’ve stood if the guy would’ve never made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Avevo prenotato ,erroneamente, per il 23 Settembre invece di Agosto. Non mi hanno fatto annullare la prenotazione e mi hanno chiesto 80 euro in più per darmi la camera il 23 Agosto ,trattenebdosi anche i 99 pagati per il 23 Settembre.... Per cui ,alla fine,ho pagato 180 euro una camera da 140.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s a nightmare getting Uber or FREENOW in the area and the hotel were really helpful at arranging taxis. One day we were delayed at the train station at night, and the communication with them via WhatsApp was great. The room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen especially. The area is quite limited for dining however a pizza take away delivered to our room without fail and was amazing. Thank you! 10/10

We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!

Check-in and check-out were smooth. Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful and functional with all necessary kitchen equipment. Gym is small but has modern exercise equipment. The hotel is kept very clean. View from balcony is mostly industrial, nothing special.

Ok for a one night stay prior to a busy 40 minute drive to FCO for a mid day flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very well stocked supermarket is located across the street. Overall, hotel and room are showing signs of aging.

The hotel doesn't look like the picture in the Ad, but it comfortable and the breakfast was great. My room was very larger compared to other hotel rooms. I wish they had at least one English speaking broad cast channel on the TV in the room.

It was pretty amazing here the only reason why gave a 4 on property is because the air Conditoner is a central air and heating is for the whole building and there is no single aircondiontiong per room. But other than that everything was amazing everyone is very nice and helpful, breakfast is great.

Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!

The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty.
