I had so much fun here. It’s a cumdump’s dream haven

Head cleaning Elaine was amazing and very caring Lady thank you for making our stay a great experience!!!!

At check in, the staff person was ending their shift but was welcoming. I reiterated the specific things I listed as necessary in my booking request: fresh towels for two adults, non smoking room, two beds. He said “yes”. First room 124, the door key wouldn’t work. Instead of fixing it when I drove back to the front, he pleasantly assigned me room 125. Upon entering that room I knew it would not be ok. There was a think STAIN of tobacco on the lamp shades and the white top bed spread. It had one towel and no others. It also had a joining room door which I would not have agreed to had I known because I had my daughter with me but not my husband. When I opened that adjoining door, there were ashes and cigarette butts between my room and the next. I called the front desk and the new shift person politely asked me to come get a new room assignment. New room 204 smelled like weed but not cigarettes so we made out best effort. This room had stained towels (two of them) washed I think but truly stained and 1 wash cloth. It had no soap or cup or other bathroom items but that was fine. The toilet had stains in the bowl! We remained from 10p until 5 a huddled together and not sleeping. It was a non refundable room through online source. I think I cried twice at how dirty and how tired I felt. It’s hard to book motel rooms with outside entrances. I knew it may be a risk. I’ve had great reviews with Days Inn in the past. This was unacceptable!

Nice staff is very friendly and helpful. Wyndham rewards support has been very difficult.
